The first time they had to come out and replace the machine because it would stop digging. Then 3 weeks later we rented one and again it stopped digging. Called Jordan to have him bring another machine. He offered a completely different walk behind machine that couldn't do all the things we needed to do. Called again and no answer, next day called and texted and no answer again. Third day finally got a answer when I said come get this POS. They charged me for the whole weekend and I only was able to use the bobcat for 6 hours after paying $500.00 for 3 days!! I had over 100 holes to dig and we got a total of 6 done! Sad!
