When I finally got it back there was no change - the issue was still present - but it was now missing a part! He's since promised to order me a replacement part, but guess what? He hasn't called me back on it and every time I check in it's as if he's never heard of the situation. I have zero faith he's ever going to get me that part. Run away from this guy. I can't recall ever having such a bad experience as a customer.
