I'd already taken care of the issue though. As I stated in the original review, all my contacts with any employee of this business has always been a pleasant experience. This episode was probably just a "one-off." I sincerely believe they want to do right by their customers. Changing my rating. I've used the company twice before. The first time was when they first started in the business. They showed up on time, were extremely professional and the cost was reasonable. Fast forward a couple years later and I use them again. Showed up on time, the employees were again very professional but the cost was considerably higher, especially since I had less stuff to remove than the first time I used them. OK, I get it. Costs go up, that's the way of the world. Recently called them again and am given a two hour morning window of when they will show up. No show, no call. Give them another hour before I have to leave. Of course about five minutes after leaving the house I get a text saying they will be there in about 10 minutes. I call them and tell them not to bother. The nice lady I spoke with offers to reschedule me. Nah, I'll take care of it myself. Being expensive AND not on time doesn't work me. Probably won't use them again.
