We set an appointment for Wednesday between 12 :00 and 3:00, but he was delayed by several hours due to unexpected trouble on a client call. Ryan kept us informed via phone and text. He came out around 7:00 with our permission. The problem was a sensor error which he diagnosed and repaired right away. He also voluntarily fixed a leaking g toilet valve.
