To fix it, they sent out a technician who admitted he had never worked on that type of fireplace. He did get it working but when he left it quit working again. When we complained, they said that we just don't know how to run the remote. OK, then did they send out someone to show us how to run the remote? Of course not. We had another company come out to try to fix it but they had no experience with it either and put in a new valve. When the propane supplier (Ed's) inspected the fireplace, we were advised to not run the fireplace until it was fixed properly. We are now working with a third company to fix it properly. This "upgraded" fireplace has not worked properly.

Over the years I have worked with several HVAC companies for personal and professional matters. I recently fully remodeled my mother's house, including a new roof, flooring, paint, appliances, and an updated HVAC system. I called around and got a quote from three different companies. Sisters Heating and Air came back at 1/2 of the price of the other local companies recommended to me. They explained that her existing furnace could be used but would need some new parts added to it and that if done this way the lines could also be used and she would need a new outdoor unit. Everyone else said this was impossible because her furnace "was too old and wouldn't work with any new systems." This was a perfect solution for us and we are very happy Sisters Heating and Air. It's truly a wonderful and reputable company. I would trust what they tell me, vs. many other companies around. Thank you!

In addition, I would like to add a "call out" for Valerie, who assisted several times with the scheduling and made it seamless experience!
