I recently fully remodeled my mother's house, including a new roof, flooring, paint, appliances, and an updated HVAC system. I called around and got a quote from three different companies. Sisters Heating and Air came back at 1/2 of the price of the other local companies recommended to me. They explained that her existing furnace could be used but would need some new parts added to it and that if done this way the lines could also be used and she would need a new outdoor unit. Everyone else said this was impossible because her furnace "was too old and wouldn't work with any new systems." This was a perfect solution for us and we are very happy Sisters Heating and Air. Monday morning at 8 AM a team was at the house ready to go! How was that for service? Tyler Clark was on site for three days installing and carting away the old system, installing the new system and calibrating with added amenities. For our furnace replacement, I had three companies that were either personally recommended or had decent reviews come out to provide a quote. Diversified won out by having a slightly lower price and by being a bit more willing to listen to what we wanted rather than push a higher performance appliance that we didn't need. Between having their rep come out to provide a quote (which was provided that day) and completed installation, just one week elapsed. Two days of that was us waiting on getting another quote. That time included their obtaining a permit from the city. And it was just two days later that the city inspector came out and approved the install. Despite being a relatively basic model, the new furnace heats the house much more efficiently than the previous one, which struggled even when it worked. Diversified gets a fifth star because of the way they handled an issue getting the correct model installed. Once the problem was identified, their technicians fixed it within hours without a hint of pushback.
