Additionally, they scheduled a follow up appointment today (exactly a week later) to check on the maintenance and follow up on their previous appointment. They have been a pleasure to work. Richard Rolls, their tech onsite, was very personable and easy to work with. Dave and Kris, as the owners, are fantastic people all around. I'll be changing from my previous company for maintenance to AccuAir. Overall, a great experience!

I would not use this company.

Monday morning at 8 AM a team was at the house ready to go! How was that for service? Tyler Clark was on site for three days installing and carting away the old system, installing the new system and calibrating with added amenities. Another Tyler and Maxime and others came and went as needed. We also had them clean all the heat/air ducts and the dryer vent of the 22-year-old home we recently purchased. Ricky helped us out with our financing and all the necessary paperwork. Overall it was simply a pleasure working with all these customer oriented and friendly people. ** one star and unfortunately, it's well deserved **…read more Our experience with Severson Plumbing started with an issue involving our sewer tank and work that was already covered under the company's warranty. You would think resolving an issue with previously warranted work would be relatively straightforward. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. The first point of contact was Stephanie, and dealing with her was like pulling teeth. Her communication was consistently rude and unprofessional. On two occasions, information provided to us was simply not accurate, and that same misinformation was apparently relayed to Jason Severson, the owner, who was out of town at the time. I understand that people travel and take time away from work. However, when a customer has an unresolved warranty issue, some level of communication and follow through should still be expected. After waiting more than two weeks, Jason finally returned my call. Unfortunately, rather than taking the time to understand what had happened, acknowledge the frustration or make an effort to resolve the situation, he came into the conversation without having the facts straight. What followed was even more disappointing. The conversation was condescending, dismissive, and completely lacking in any meaningful effort to understand or address the underlying issue. Rather than taking ownership and trying to find a resolution, Jason spoke down to me and ultimately hung up on me. Let that sink in. This is the owner of the company. Customer service starts with the first person who answers the phone, and it certainly doesn't improve when the matter reaches ownership. Mistakes happen. Warranty issues happen. What distinguishes a reputable business is how it responds when something goes wrong. In our experience, neither the initial customer service nor the owner's response demonstrated the professionalism, accountability, or basic courtesy that customers should expect. I'm leaving this review because I believe other homeowners in our community deserve to know what our experience was like before choosing this company. I would not recommend Severson Plumbing & Mechanical. The issue itself was frustrating, but the way we were treated throughout the process was ultimately what made this experience so disappointing.

For our furnace replacement, I had three companies that were either personally recommended or had decent reviews come out to provide a quote. Diversified won out by having a slightly lower price and by being a bit more willing to listen to what we wanted rather than push a higher performance appliance that we didn't need. Between having their rep come out to provide a quote (which was provided that day) and completed installation, just one week elapsed. Two days of that was us waiting on getting another quote. That time included their obtaining a permit from the city. And it was just two days later that the city inspector came out and approved the install. Despite being a relatively basic model, the new furnace heats the house much more efficiently than the previous one, which struggled even when it worked. Diversified gets a fifth star because of the way they handled an issue getting the correct model installed. Once the problem was identified, their technicians fixed it within hours without a hint of pushback.
