Just had my carpet and air ducts cleaned by Guaranteed Cleaning today! Dave came on time and was super nice and polite. I do not even recognize or carpet after they did their job (TURNS OUT IT'S WHITE!). The air duct cleaning I was a bit skeptical about and Dave told me I would start noticing it within a few days. Well it is just a few hours later and I already notice a difference in my breathing. My fiance also said she could tell as well. We are big advocates of putting natural organic things in and on our bodies so to not be breathing in dirt from our air ducts is right up our alley! If you value your time, don't waste it with these guys. This was to be the third time we used Guarantee cleaning. The first two times we used them for duct cleaning and both times they were 30-45 minutes late, this time they were over an hour late and David (owner) made no apologies and was very unprofessional about the whole thing. I had Guarantee come out today to clean my ducts. The guys finished in about 15 minutes. After asking them exactly what was done I told them That was a bit expensive for 15 minutes of vaccuming. I said I thought they would at least sanitize the ducts and they told me the owner said it would be another 10$ a vent after spending almost 900$ I did not think that was appropriate. Anytime you are spending more to clean your ducts than to seal your driveway you should think twice. I feel this was A company just taking advantage of me as a retired homeowner. Then I asked if they had seen the toe kick vents and they had missed all of them. Bottom line probably won't get my ducts cleaned again for another 20 years. If you lower your prices you will find people will use your service more often and surprise! you will make more money than if you jack your price to the stratosphere for one cleaning. Follow up After complaining to my heating company who reccommended Guarantee I was contacted by David and he apologized and offered to reclean my ducts. I agreed, and so today he came with a crew and did it. It was much different And I feel it was done right. Thank you David for being professional and backing your work! I got my air ducts cleaned for the first time. Guarantee had the best price in town. The service man Nick was very nice and answered all my questions. He was very respectful of our home and accommodating to the pets. I trusted him in our home. He worked hard and did a good job. The vents are blowing strong, they sound squeaky clean. I will never wait that long to clean the air ducts again. Very pleased! The owner seemed to take good care of his employees and that is very important to me. David and his team came out and cleaned it and then returned for special treatment of problem spots - job well done and this customer is happy. I had spilled tea on my 20 year old 8x8 oriental rug. It was about midnight on Monday. I proceeded to do the things I read to do... so I put baking soda all over the very large tea spillage area with a damp washcloth. I added club soda and white vinegar to the mix. After making a huge mess I retreated and rolled it up and brought it to Guarantee early the next morning. As tea is used as a carpet dye and vinegar can "set" colors I waited for the results. The Carpet was delivered back to me on Wednesday afternoon. The stain was gone! I cried a little joyfully for my luck. Luck called Guaranteed Carpet Cleaning. I judge this company for the quality of its work! They were as exited for me as I was about the success and that's a friendly bonus. DO NOT USE GUARANTEE CLEANING SERVICES INC!!! David Hart came out and cleaned the ducting system on our furnace while cleaning the cold air return he blew dust into my living room also dust came up threw one of my registers in my dining area. He apologized saying that his system couldn't keep up with the dust coming out. Dave and his assistant continued to clean our entire system. While inspecting the ducting we noticed that were ducting coming up threw the floor there had exposed insulation. David gave us a referral to a local home heating company witch came out and inspected our ducting and said that we needed to replace the fiberglass lined ducts and that by cleaning the ducts Guarantee Cleaning Services had actually created a problem by loosening partials in the system and then when we turned the system back on it scattered more small fiberglass partials threw out our entire home? Let me back up here and say the reason that we contacted David Hart & Guarantee Cleaning is that my wife and I were having itching problems and that is what we told David Hart when he came out and did a preliminary inspection of our home. That is when we first discovered that you could see fiberglass insulation at the top of the ducts. While speaking with the heating company representative I mentioned that I was not so happy that David Hart and Guarantee Cleaning had in essence made our problem worse. The gentleman from the Heating company got on the phone and told David Hart that we were unhappy with the results of his services and asked if he would be willing to give us a complementary carpet cleaning to rectify the situation. David Hart said he would be more than happy to do so. David Hart said that he would be at our residence between 9 & 9:30 am he arrived at 10:05 am and came rushing into our home to start. I showed him what needed to be cleaned and he said he needed to make a phone call. After his call was complete he said "you don't expect me to do this for free do ya? This will take upwards of four hours". I said yes I do, how long did you expect to spend here? He thought about 45mins? From there the conversation went down hill very quickly. He said why didn't I call him earlier if I had a problem and his system didn't leave any dust in our home. It got worse from there and all I can say is this is the worse customer service I have ever received in my life. Needless to say the carpets are being cleaned by someone else. read more

We asked our heating company to recommend someone to clean our furnace ducts and they recommended Guarantee Cleaning. They came right out and after checking the dryer vent and cleaning the longest duct in the house, discovered very little dust. Said we didn't need to clean for another 2 or 3 years.
