This business was recommended by our HVAC company Quality Heating. And they did not disappoint when they arrived today, just 3 weeks after my initial call to schedule. The crew was polite and respectful, and showed us before and after photos of our return air duct. The difference was substantial! And after 13 years, that isn't surprising. Recommended time between duct cleanings is 7 years, so we have it on the calendar for 2033. The price was lower than expected. We will be using Guarantee for future duct cleaning at home and at our mountain cabin, as well as recommending them to family and friends. read more

Our home went through an extensive restoration due to a fire. Our restoration contractor brought in Guarantee Cleaning for duct cleaning services. The house is 12 years old and has never had the ducts cleaned previously. Dave arrived as promised and was very professional. He showed me how the duct cleaning worked and I was amazed at the dirt, dust, pieces of construction drywall, etc that came out of those ducts! His work was done quickly and I'm very pleased with the service. Noticeable difference air quality now in the home. read more

I had Guarantee come in and clean my carpets (for the first time in 3 years!!) I know, gross. But still- they did a great job, there was no residue left over on the carpet which I wanted to make sure of because I have a dog and some ferrets who are down low to the ground and I wanted to make sure they were going to be safe from the chemicals. David is very professional, and they were in and out and my carpet was oh so clean! read more

Just had my carpet and air ducts cleaned by Guaranteed Cleaning today! Dave came on time and was super nice and polite. I do not even recognize or carpet after they did their job (TURNS OUT IT'S WHITE!). The air duct cleaning I was a bit skeptical about and Dave told me I would start noticing it within a few days. Well it is just a few hours later and I already notice a difference in my breathing. My fiance also said she could tell as well. We are big advocates of putting natural organic things in and on our bodies so to not be breathing in dirt from our air ducts is right up our alley! Thanks Guarantee and Dave you made are carpets white and our air clean! I'm Hopefully our dog and cats keeps them white... We will be recommending you guys to all our friends. read more

If you value your time, don't waste it with these guys. This was to be the third time we used Guarantee cleaning. The first two times we used them for duct cleaning and both times they were 30-45 minutes late, this time they were over an hour late and David (owner) made no apologies and was very unprofessional about the whole thing. Use another company. read more

I had Guarantee come out today to clean my ducts. The guys finished in about 15 minutes. After asking them exactly what was done I told them That was a bit expensive for 15 minutes of vaccuming. I said I thought they would at least sanitize the ducts and they told me the owner said it would be another 10$ a vent after spending almost 900$ I did not think that was appropriate. Anytime you are spending more to clean your ducts than to seal your driveway you should think twice. I feel this was A company just taking advantage of me as a retired homeowner. Then I asked if they had seen the toe kick vents and they had missed all of them. Bottom line probably won't get my ducts cleaned again for another 20 years. If you lower your prices you will find people will use your service more often and surprise! you will make more money than if you jack your price to the stratosphere for one cleaning. Follow up After complaining to my heating company who reccommended Guarantee I was contacted by David and he apologized and offered to reclean my ducts. I agreed, and so today he came with a crew and did it. It was much different And I feel it was done right. Thank you David for being professional and backing your work! I will recommend Guarantee in the future. read more

David and Austin from Guarantee was great. Service scheduling was within a week. I had my carpet cleaned in my Master Bedroom which is an ivory colored. Albeit new it was pretty dirty and had a few pet stains. Austin did a great job and they looked new again. A couple of very hard throw up stains are still faintly noticeable. I knew they would be difficult to come out. I mentioned it to David and he said he would give it another try when he is out my way. They also cleaned all the duct lines under the house. Amazing how much less dusting needs to be done. I will be using this company again on my other carpets. read more

I got my air ducts cleaned for the first time. Guarantee had the best price in town. The service man Nick was very nice and answered all my questions. He was very respectful of our home and accommodating to the pets. I trusted him in our home. He worked hard and did a good job. The vents are blowing strong, they sound squeaky clean. I will never wait that long to clean the air ducts again. Very pleased! The owner seemed to take good care of his employees and that is very important to me. I like to support local and small business's that take care of their staff. read more

Had a problem with a rental - the tenant's pets apparently confused the carpet for grass. David and his team came out and cleaned it and then returned for special treatment of problem spots - job well done and this customer is happy. Duct cleaning and area rug cleaning are also services they provide and I'll be using them for both when it's time. Thanks Guarantee! read more

I had spilled tea on my 20 year old 8x8 oriental rug. It was about midnight on Monday. I proceeded to do the things I read to do... so I put baking soda all over the very large tea spillage area with a damp washcloth. I added club soda and white vinegar to the mix. After making a huge mess I retreated and rolled it up and brought it to Guarantee early the next morning. As tea is used as a carpet dye and vinegar can "set" colors I waited for the results. The Carpet was delivered back to me on Wednesday afternoon. The stain was gone! I cried a little joyfully for my luck. Luck called Guaranteed Carpet Cleaning. I judge this company for the quality of its work! They were as exited for me as I was about the success and that's a friendly bonus. I have had other rugs cleaned over the years and they always come through. Thanks and now my fingers are crossed for the chair! Fast forward... the chairs look as good as new! Thanks Guarantee. read more

I recently moved out of my old place and had these guys clean my carpet for me to get my security deposit back. The guy that came was very professional and very nice. Everything was done in a timely manner and they kept everything clean! This is the first time that I have ever called anyone to clean my carpets for me but I am very glad I did. These guys rock! read more

We called Guarantee Clean to have our furnace ducts vacuumed. They had never been cleaned before. The young man who came out worked for several hours without any breaks. He was very nice and polite and did a great job. I will call Guarantee Cleaning again in the future. read more

My original comment still holds true. The other review he is claiming was written by my husband was not composed by MY Doug R (same name coincidentally) however, my husband does agree with his opinion of this company. If you actually look at the dates of the review by 'Doug R.' he refers to, it is from 1 year and 3 months PRIOR to my review. Customer beware....this business owner is sketchy. read more

DO NOT USE GUARANTEE CLEANING SERVICES INC!!! David Hart came out and cleaned the ducting system on our furnace while cleaning the cold air return he blew dust into my living room also dust came up threw one of my registers in my dining area. He apologized saying that his system couldn't keep up with the dust coming out. Dave and his assistant continued to clean our entire system. While inspecting the ducting we noticed that were ducting coming up threw the floor there had exposed insulation. David gave us a referral to a local home heating company witch came out and inspected our ducting and said that we needed to replace the fiberglass lined ducts and that by cleaning the ducts Guarantee Cleaning Services had actually created a problem by loosening partials in the system and then when we turned the system back on it scattered more small fiberglass partials threw out our entire home? Let me back up here and say the reason that we contacted David Hart & Guarantee Cleaning is that my wife and I were having itching problems and that is what we told David Hart when he came out and did a preliminary inspection of our home. That is when we first discovered that you could see fiberglass insulation at the top of the ducts. While speaking with the heating company representative I mentioned that I was not so happy that David Hart and Guarantee Cleaning had in essence made our problem worse. The gentleman from the Heating company got on the phone and told David Hart that we were unhappy with the results of his services and asked if he would be willing to give us a complementary carpet cleaning to rectify the situation. David Hart said he would be more than happy to do so. David Hart said that he would be at our residence between 9 & 9:30 am he arrived at 10:05 am and came rushing into our home to start. I showed him what needed to be cleaned and he said he needed to make a phone call. After his call was complete he said "you don't expect me to do this for free do ya? This will take upwards of four hours". I said yes I do, how long did you expect to spend here? He thought about 45mins? From there the conversation went down hill very quickly. He said why didn't I call him earlier if I had a problem and his system didn't leave any dust in our home. It got worse from there and all I can say is this is the worse customer service I have ever received in my life. Needless to say the carpets are being cleaned by someone else. read more

A tenant caused significant damage and we called Dave on a Sunday afternoon and he met me at the house later that day to assess the damage. His crew started work the next day and did a great job cleaning the carpets and putting the unit back together. I appreciated that Dave worked with me to do only the things that needed to be done and did not try to over-sell the job. read more

Excellent timely service. Very professional. I had quite a few stains on my carpet that I worried would not come out. They all came out and it looked brand new. read more

We asked our heating company to recommend someone to clean our furnace ducts and they recommended Guarantee Cleaning. They came right out and after checking the dryer vent and cleaning the longest duct in the house, discovered very little dust. Said we didn't need to clean for another 2 or 3 years. They charged us nothing! Can't beat that. read more

We've benefited from Guarantee's superb service several times when we needed area rugs cleaned and "rehabed" after pet "accidents". In our experience their pickup and delivery service is unique among cleaning services in this area. Staff was prompt, courteous, kept us informed and returned our rugs clean and on time. Justin was especially helpful with care advice and he didn't just return a rolled up rug. He laid it for us and made certain we were satisfied before leaving. When it came time to have our carpets cleaned there was no question about who we'd call and we were very pleased with the outcome. read more

I brought my beige Area Rug in for cleaning and I thought the stains that were on it were beyond repair. This was my last attempt to get them out or the area rug was going in the garbage! To my amazement Justin (the Area Rug Technician Specialist) got the stains out and my area rug looked brand new! Thank you Guarantee Cleaning!!! :) Anne M. read more

Super friendly and helpful. Very thorough and willing to work with you. Great company to clean your carpets.

Dave was very professional. I needed to have the ducts and carpet cleaned in less than a week from initially contacting him, and he scheduled them to come two days later. They arrived on time and went right to work, explaining the process as they went. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves, leaving everything clean and in order. I would definitely use them again. read more
