These guys were great! We had them clean the air ducts and dryer duct on a house we bought recently and it all went very smoothly. They were friendly, took the time to answer all of my questions and explain how everything worked. They were even able to wrangle and trim down the ducting behind our dryer to leave it much better than the tangled state it had been in. Very pleased! I plan to have them out again next year to do a routine clean on the dryer vent when it's needed again. read more

They took the time to take a closer look and clean everything in and around the chimney and stove. Dan and David did fantastic work. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Our heating system is old and hadn't been cleaned in probably 15 or 20 years. Despite the systems' funkiness and the accumulation of decades of juniper/pine pollen and forest fire particulate matter, they methodically and efficiently worked their way through all the heating vents and ducts (and clothes dryer vent too), taking the time needed to thoroughly clean each and every one of them. My wife and I solicited Sunsetter Awnings for a purchase estimate. Doug Raley with Master's Touch, is a dealer representative for Sunsetter, so the service call was routed to him. On the date of the estimate appointment, shortly after the agreed upon time, Doug called to say that he had arrived and found nobody home. As it turns out, we were in fact home, and that Doug had actually recorded, and then driven to the wrong address. He eventually made his way back to our house, recorded measurements, fabric choice, and placed the order electronically. After he left, we realized that he had left a bag of his product samples, as well as failed to provide us with any purchase receipt for our order. We recontacted him, and he returned once more to collect his samples. He also admitted that during his initial order process he had failed to record our fabric choice. He stated that he would re-submit our order, and that we could expect to receive the awning within 3-4 weeks. After a period of 5 weeks, we had not received the awning, and I called Doug to check on the status of the order. He stated that he just assumed we had already received it. I explained to him that we hadn't, nor had he ever provided us with a purchase receipt or any type of tracking/shipping information. He then provided an email to us with a tracking number, that when traced, showed a shipment that had effectively sat idle in Salt Lake City for over 2 weeks. After further research on our end, we discovered that our awning had been lost at some point in transit, totally unbeknownst to us or anyone else. When we conveyed the information to Doug, we found him to be largely unaccountable for the situation in general. In summation, his attitude was that after he placed the order, the production, shipping and delivery (if he is not being paid for installation) is out of his hands, and that it was up to Sunsetter to realize that the order was never received, so that they could "automatically" create an internal re-order, on their end. Not being comfortable or satisfied with his explanation or attitude, we had to press him on two occasions to follow up on the status of our lost order. The second occasion lead to a heated telephone conversation between he and I, that ended in him telling me I would need to take him to small claims court to try and get our money back, in the event that we eventually were to never receive our awning. At that point, I chose to deal with Sunsetter Corporate, directly, to rectify the order and delivery of our awning. My initial conversations with them yielded completely different information than which Doug had providing to us. Eventually we did receive our awning, however the experience dealing with Doug, from the onset, was less than desirable. He initially seemed to be a nice enough guy, however his "scatter brained" approach, lack of business efficiency, and poor customer service, left us unsatisfied. We would NOT recommend Doug Raley or Master's Touch for sales or service of ANY type. read more

We have loved in our home for 5 years and had never had our air ducts or our dryer vent cleaned and we figured it was time. When I called, they were very friendly and helpful in setting up an appointment. There was only an hour "window" I was given for our appointment which was great. They called before they were on their way and showed up on time. The men were extremely nice and respectful when they came to work, even asking if they needed to take off their shoes and wore masks the entire time. They were efficient and finished earlier than expected. They cleaned everything up and showed me all the dust they got out of our system. When they left there was a little bit of a smell, but it dissipated a little while after they left. The owner called the next day to follow up and make sure that the smell had gone away. Would 100% recommend Master's Touch for your air duct and dryer vent needs. read more

Have used this company twice. They are family owned which we love and very responsive. Thought we might have a critter who got into our ductwork and they came out and inspected the duct and then made sure that all our ducts were covered so that no birds or squirrels could get in.
