I had a planned 3-day stop in nearby Redmond, so searched DDG for 'small engine repair' in Bend. I did a walk-in at mid-day on Mon and explained my situation. I was promised both units back by Wed, but instead, I rcvd a msg later that very afternoon letting me know they were ready. In addition to the requested work, they also performed much-needed oil changes. In summary, the shop may be a bit hard to locate, but the price and workmanship were well worth the trip. Highly recommend!

However, when we called around, nearly EVERYONE was booked 6 months out! Luckily, VLS does a lot of lawn services in our area, and had helped us previously lay some mulch. When we reached out to him, Victor said he could be ready to start the following week! He and his team rolled up their sleeves and got our job done in 72 hours, at the onset of the heatwave, no less. The job was efficient, quick, and so professional! I've never seen such a quick transformation. It looks amazing, and more importantly, he was able to accommodate us at a fair price. In past year, Victor has expanded his business and with it, appears to have changed his business plan. Appears Victor Jr has taken on a more ownership role in company and with it a more aggressive pricing. Am disappointed I couldn't hire them again.
