I needed my stove serviced but that didn't happen! I was charged $195 for the cleaning! Called and expressed my concern with no real explanation from them! I wouldn't recommend them for pellet stoves as they lied about their service but gladly took payment for a nothing job! Terrible! Don't say you do a job when actually you don't !

Didn't need a lot of work done; but required to work on a ceiling fan 13 feet above our concrete…read morefloor. They had the ladder and looked like they spent their whole life working up there!!! No problem at all. Just needed to replace a circuit board in the ceiling fan. Not successful at first but then they both thought their might be another circuit board in another part of the fan. YEP!!!!!! That solved the problem. These two young fellows both had easy to meet personalities, very polite and they knew what they were doing. And not afraid to work. They will be my go-to electricians in the future. Much appreciated guys. And they were working on the problem a few hours after I called the office!

What perhaps speaks the most loudly however, is that I'm writing this review after purchasing from another Hot tub, manufacturer and another store in town. There was no lack of effort by Darlene, as she was excellent.
