After the first appointment servicing, an iron Baffle bar fell from the top inside of the stove, onto my fire. Called them to come out and fix it, did not show, had to call them again. Second time out, used my brand new gloves without asking, to move bricks and bars around inside the stove. They removed an iron T-Baffle Support and a S-Baffle support that holds the bricks in place and said it was okay without them. A friend of mine who is a Fire Marshal was at my house recently and noticed the Baffle bars outside of the stove and said that this was now a fire hazard as the bricks could fall into the fire and spill out of the wood stove. I now had to spend $150 to another company to have the wood stove put back together properly with bricks and the original Baffle Bars.
