Settling does not cause widespread floor failure, plumbing issues, and furnace problems. These point to poor workmanship and low-quality construction. The worst part? They've done nothing to resolve any of it. We've been left with unsafe, unreliable systems and expensive repairs, while Haden Homes refuses to take accountability.
