The Our Personal Touch Monograming Crew is absolutely amazing. They do great work, state-of-the-art embroidery equipment to handle all of your custom designs. They also screen printed a few shirts for our business. I can't recommend them enough! If you need any advertising apparel or embroidery done, this is the place to go to hands-down. These guys are so great to work with. I had a relatively small order of 18 hats with a patch my Daughter-In-law designed. We had a small hiccup, but they took care of it quickly and came up with a solution that worked perfectly. They are professional, fast and very good at what they do. Thanks! read more

At first they were great. Then I brought in rain jackets to have a vinyl logo put on the back and they screwed them up! 6 rain jackets they had to purchase. Not only that but the replacement jackets took over a month. Then we brought in expensive 5 year anniversary Carhartt jackets and they put the patch on the wrong side. I don't understand how they can stay in business when they mess up so often. Probably because they are the only embroidery company in Redmond. We do A TON of swag but seriously, get your act together or I'll take my business elsewhere!!! read more

The work was completed well, and I'm happy with the outcome. When it came time for billing, I was surprised to learn that a second technician had been onsite, as that hadn't been discussed in advance. As a result, the labor cost came in about 2x higher than I expected. To be fair, I live on the second floor of a condo (with elevator access), and the installation was more complex due to the flooring, so I don't question the time or effort involved. To avoid any budget surprises, I would recommend confirming upfront how many technicians will be assigned to the job. Overall, I would work with Jason again and would recommend him to others. UPDATE- I had a small leak with one of the toilets and Jason came out right away to adjust it. He definitely stands behind his work! I originally set the review at 4 stars, but have adjusted it up to 5 stars because of this. Thanks Jason!
