I was hoping this shop could have helped me with a quick decal transfer project. While they did have the capability to complete my order with the materials requested they fell short in many ways, so I took my business elsewhere. (1) They take several days to get to and process your order. Other shops offer instant approval and comps if you know your files are correct. (2) The DON'T allow multiple items to be printed on the same page, or in a ganged layout, even if they are different or the same. What if I put the design together into a continuous pattern I can trim apart myself? They WILL NICKEL and DIME you! Other shops just charge by the page size with transfer die cuts versus making you separate each little item that might look similar. How lame, this is all automated CNC cutting anyways, I understand it's a business, but very few other shops make you separate similar items on the same page just for extra profit. (3) Customer email response is dreadfully slow. If you're doing one-offs, great, but sometimes it's nice to have two or more extra cuts or prints since you're spending the time and money to complete a job or project. Larger stickers and die-cuts make sense as single charges, but for something maybe a few inches in size it's just profiteering with no regard to earning customer loyalty. For these reasons I moved on to a different shop that approved my order within hours, processed and shipped the following day. The other shop also allowed me to add multiple items to the same page (no questions asked) to be die-cut as a transfer sticker with similar pricing while offering the same variety of materials and more. read more

I placed a custom order for parking stickers. Created the artwork on their site. Signed off on the design and placed a rush order with 2 day shipping. The price was reasonable for the stickers and I was even ok with the $52 in rush and shipping fees. I received an email confirmation of my order with the approved artwork. This was Friday night. On Tuesday night I received a shipping confirmation email that had my same order summary except now my artwork had been reversed, a mirror image of the approved art. I had a sinking feeling that there had been a mistake somewhere, but since the stickers had shipped I decided to wait until Wednesday when I received them to say anything. Sure enough when I received the stickers they were mirror images of the approved art, designed to be stuck on the inside of a car window facing outward. I contacted the company with the screenshots of the approved design and the changed design and requested that what I had ordered be overnighted. After a long email exchange explaining to me how i had ordered the wrong thing, that it was my fault, I should've known that "front facing" meant reversed, that obviously the art was going to be switched, that they wouldn't cover additional shipping or rush fees, and the best they could do is offer me 25% off of my next order, I gave up and filed a dispute with PayPal and brought my story to you. You have an option for static cling laminated or stickers. I read the Material section as "White Vinyl, Front Facing, with Adhesive. Reverse Cut- No." Even if everything carstickers.com said was true and accurate, and it was 100% my fault, (it wasn't, but that's besides the point) we live in a world where you don't have to drive across town to find their competitor, all you have to do is click. There are companies out there that actually want your business and will do whatever it takes to keep a customer happy, think Amazon.com and the amazing people over at diylettering.com. I absolutely can not give carstickers.com a good review when it would've have been so easy for them to make this mistake right, but they didn't even try. I told him I wanted to make sure the proportions of my text wouldn't change (since I put dimensions as 3x1 when the actual size was smaller). He replied same day that he wouldn't change a thing. Received emails with each update to the order. Got my stickers in the mail a week later. Definitely pleased. Packaging was just fine (priority mail envelope, stickers stacked and shrink wrapped). The vinyl is a little thinner than other vinyl cut decals I own, but still seems good quality. Sticks really well upon first application, and picking at edges isn't doing a thing. This company is misleads customers with their example images for die cut stickers. I ordered a die-cut sticker because on their example image, it goes with the shape of your image. I placed my ordered and received an email from customer service saying what I ordered would have a "thin" white border around it and instead, they tried to upsell me on a more expensive sticker (double the price) to not have a border. Confused, I asked how big this border would be considering their example images did not have one. They gave no design mock as to what the sticker would look like with the border, no measurement to allow me to guesstimate, and no other comment aside from their original "thin white border". I studied their images again and saw what looked like little white pixel-like borders around the edge of the image applied on the glass. That must be what they meant, right? I told them if it was thin like the example images, I was fine with what I ordered. I received my order today and the difference is laughable. There is a half inch thick border around the entire image. Check out the uploaded image to see for yourself. The colors also came out much lighter than they should have, and the sticker is extremely thin. I could deal with it... but maybe those would be bigger issues if the giant white lines around the sticker weren't glaring me in the face. read more

When I called to complain, the woman on the phone was rude. She said "that's what flex cut looks like." I asked why I paid the 20% extra. She said that "otherwise we have to cut them by hand and it doesn't look as good." What???? Their website says: "Q- What is the difference between Square-Cut Finishing and Flex-Cut Finishing? A- With Square Cut finishing, the backing that you remove your sticker from will be cut to a square or rectangle. With Flex Cut Finishing, the backing that you remove your sticker from will be cut to the shape of your design. This option increases the price by 20%." Not for me though. For me, flex cut just means paying a 20% idiot fee. Multiple emails didn't help. In their defense, I guess, if you want a round or square sticker, these people are probably fine. But I wouldn't give them my business again. read more

I contacted customer service and they were not very helpful. Although, I finally got a 50% refund, the quality was not there and there was a lot of back and fourth. I had to turn around and order new stickers from another company since over half the stickers would not be useable for our customers. I would recommend using Sticker Mule.
