Second time that I have put in an online order for cases of printer paper for curbside pickup…read more Alerted the store on my arrival both times by the email instructions and no one came out so I went in and was told by the man working (believe he was the manager) that online orders were over against the wall and I could go get it there. When I told him I could not lift the cases he told his women employees to go carry them to my car. Same man used to always bring my cases of paper out as soon as I arrived for my curbside order. At the very least give your ladies a handcart and don't offer curbside pickup if you aren't going to respond to your notifications!
