I used Abracadabra's online "request for a quote" submission form. In most cases....it takes 24 hours for most companies to respond to these web based inquires. Jeanette answered my email from her website within an hour. She prepared a quote and had my project done by the end of the day! When I picked up the order in store one of the staff members was visibly sick and sounded absolutely horrible when coughing... into their hand. This person handled my order and my orders packaging. I left and felt perfectly fine for a little less than 24 hours then had an extremely sore throat appear out of nowhere. This later developed into the same sounding cough that the FedEx employee had. It is inexcusable and negligent to not only work while you are contagious but to not take any safety precautions like enhanced hygiene or wearing a face mask. Due to this employee I am now at the urgent care needing treatment. Shame on you.
