There was a lack of follow through and our experience required a lot of patience with them during their move. BP staff could use some customer service training. Our order which cost us over $1,000.00 was printed on extremely poor quality garments. We were promised (by Jocie) what we ordered had little to no shrinkage and so we agreed to the purchase. What we received were (pretty much) one-time use shirts. After one wash, they shrink 2 sizes and are disfigured. When we called to speak with Jocie, she expressed little to no concern and said she had 'no control over what we agreed to purchase". We won't be using BP again.
