Meet the Business Owner: Dario M.
Hi, I’m Darío, founder of Mexía Massage & Bodywork.
I’ve been practicing bodywork since 2019 and have continued to pursue advanced education in movement, anatomy, and manual therapy. My background includes certifications in Personal Training (NASM), Medical Massage, Fascia Stretch Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Decompression (Cupping), Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), and Anatomy Trains Structural Integration.
My philosophy is simple:
Treat the person, not just the painful area.
I believe bodywork works best when each session is customized to the individual rather than following a routine. My goal is to help clients move better, reduce pain, improve performance, and better understand their own bodies.
I’m grateful to work alongside an incredible team that shares the same commitment to quality care and continuing education.
