If you're looking for massage therapists who actually do real work, this is the place. I've seen both Helen and Heajin, and they are exceptional in different but complementary ways. Helen is incredible for deep tissue, especially hip work. She goes deep, she's effective, and she is not afraid to work through tension. This is not a light, spa-style massage. It's therapeutic, intentional, and results-driven. Exactly what I want. Heajin specializes in Thai and lymphatic massage, and she is phenomenal. Thai massage is more like assisted stretching, and she incorporates it beautifully. She also took time to explain lymphatic flow, gave me tips on how to support it at home, and clearly cares about long-term wellbeing, not just the session itself. One thing to note: at Unwind, therapists may get on the table with you, especially for Thai or deep tissue work. That's part of the technique and something to be aware of if you're new to that style, but for me it speaks to how seriously they take proper body mechanics and effectiveness. The space is calm, professional, and welcoming, and the level of skill here is outstanding. If you want thoughtful, strong, therapeutic massage from practitioners who really know the body, I highly recommend Unwind.

My son suffered a serious tibial tubercle avulsion fracture in July that required emergency…read moresurgery, and his recovery has been extraordinary. I truly believe so much of that progress is the result of the care, attention, and expertise he has received at CNMR. I especially want to recognize Jonathan M. Kula and our physical therapist Megan Hartnett. Jonathan's assessment was incredibly thorough and thoughtful. I reached out after calling several places but wasn't getting my questions answered. I left a message and Jonathan called back within an hour. He made time for us to come in the next day (even though he was booked solid) and even offered to meet me and my son in front of the building in case I needed help getting into the office. He and Megan Hartnett took the time to understand my son's injury, read all of the reports, asked pertinent questions, and then proceeded to explain to us the plan and process for his recovery. His first priority was getting my son mobile and moving forward safely and confidently. That level of attention gave us tremendous reassurance during what had been a very stressful experience for our family. Megan Hartlett has been equally exceptional throughout his rehabilitation. She has approached his physical therapy with such care, patience, and skill, while also knowing when to challenge him and help him recognize how much progress he is making. Watching him regain his strength, mobility, and confidence has been remarkable. We still have a ways to go but here we are over the half way mark and I'm happy. There is a big difference between simply providing treatment and truly caring about a patient's recovery. Jonathan and Megan have made us feel that difference every step of the way. We still have more of the recovery journey ahead of us, but I wanted to take a moment now to give them both a very special shout-out and to say how grateful we are for the care my son has received. This isn't a fancy 10,000 square foot facility that looks super slick. I've been to those and nothing compares than the personal patient care. And every single person here--from the warm welcoming smile of Ms. Sharon to the other PTs I've never even met but see in passing--all have been nothing but kind, courteous and caring. And he goes hands-on whether it be massage or be cupping. And then gives you exercises and make sure you don't leave until you understand what you have to do. I even convinced my own wife to give Jordan a try as her PT and she truly understood what I was talking about. The front office staff is always helpful and polite Every time I call she picks up immediately and it's very helpful. They take my type of insurance which would be a dealbreaker if they did not accept Blue Cross Blue Shield. Every appointment with Dr Jordan, I leave feeling heard, encouraged, and like real progress is being made. If you're looking for a PT who will treat you like a whole person and not just a case file, look no further. Highest possible recommendation! It'll be a sad day when I no longer have any PT issues. I came in to see Petar for a Deep Tissue massage for the first time this week. Prior to my massage, I was in a LOT of pain. I have been dealing with a lot of stress and muscle tightness due to exercise. Not only was Petar attentive to the problem areas that I specified, but it is very apparent that he has a lot of knowledge about the body and what was causing pain in different areas. He was informed on muscle groups and pain areas for athletes as well, so if you're an active person, I highly recommend seeing Petar. An hour and a half was just the right amount of time for focus on the areas causing me pain, as well as attention to the rest of my body. My pain is now 100% gone, and I'll definitely be returning on a regular basis. When I arrived I was a little confused because the sign on the wall said "Revive Massage" and not "Ascend" but don't worry! I think there's a bit of rebranding happening at the moment--but you're in the right place. The location isn't anything fancy, but it's clean, comfortable and professional. If you're looking for a bougie spa-like experience this might not be the place for you. But if you're experiencing pain, and want a solution--see Petar. read more

If you're looking for an exceptional massage therapist who can work wonders on your tense muscles, look no further than Petar! I found Petar by chance one day and have been seeing him for over a year now. I have to say that he is one of the best massage therapists I've ever had. Petar's technique is simply amazing. He is incredibly skilled at finding those knots and tight spots in your muscles and applying just the right amount of pressure to release them. His deep tissue massage leaves me feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated each time. Not only is Petar an exceptional massage therapist, but he's also a friendly and personable guy. He makes me feel completely at ease from the moment I walk into his studio, and he takes the time to listen to my concerns and tailor the massage to my specific needs. Overall, I can't recommend Petar highly enough if you're looking for a talented massage therapist who can help you unwind and feel your best, look no further than Petar. I have had the same massage therapist for 4.5 years but due to COVID he was no longer available. I was referred to Peter at Ascend Massage and he is extremely talented. Peter has a very calming personality, friendly and warm and very professional. What makes Peter stand out is the quality and thoroughness of his massage. I get the sports massage because I am very active and consequently have the typical knots, minor aches etc. Every time I go to Peter he is able to find those trigger points and smooth them out very comfortably. Peter is also a master stretcher, he warms the muscles up and then stretches the muscle increasing flexibility. I highly recommend Peter, he was a great discovery for me and a welcome one. Get a massage with Peter and enjoy, you will not be disappointed. read more

This is such an easy review to write because Petar is such an amazing massage therapist for many reasons. I am usually super picky and never find someone strong enough for my back but Petar has magic hands and he knows the body very well. It is clear that he is a real professional, courteous, always on time and an unbelievable massage therapist. The other quality I appreciate is that he is flexible with his hours and always goes above and beyond. She has a very gentle touch, but can apply a lot of strength if necessary. This was further demonstrated during my second visit. In the course of unpacking/decorating after a move, I'd had a large picture frame hit me in the head and effectively give me whiplash on one side of my neck. When I woke up in pain the next morning, I called her, and she was able to fit me in for an hour the next day, a Sunday (she also had a half-hour slot the same day, but I decided to wait). She asked me relevant questions and then got to work, spending the entire time on the area in pain. I started to feel some relief immediately, and while the healing process will probably take another couple days, I have no doubt that she sped it up considerably. Oh, and her prices are VERY reasonable. She doesn't accept gratuities, so the price listed ($75 for one hour, for example) really is the price. Just awesome.

The staff member came into the room loudly talking on the phone and after a few minutes told me to get dressed and that we would start with the foot massage portion. Unfortunately, this didn't make for a very relaxing experience! The massages were fine - the pressure was a bit strong for my preferences. I wish this was a more relaxing experience! The prices were reasonable.

To me, it didn't feel super technical - more so like a lymphatic drainage. It wasn't bad, just not what I was looking for. A lot of oil was used. The service was great, but unfortunately when we arrived at our appointment time they asked us to come back in one hour because they didn't have enough staff for 3 massages. My masseuse also took a call during the massage. I will gladly support a small business, but for what they are charging i think it should have been better.
