Went here for breakfast, not a huge breakfast menu but food was solid and portions massive. Very nice people as well. We were staying at the hotel across the street, so later while in the pool I decided to order some tacos to pick up. Walked across the street and they were ready immediately, way cheaper than anything I'd get at the hotel and absolutely delicious with huge portions again! The quesa birria tacos were 10/10 and my wife ended up back every morning to get their ice coffee. If I could give it a zero I would. Worst tacos ever. Not real Mexican tacos! The people cooking are not Mexican and extremely rude. They have a lot of Peruvian hot sauce so not sure how this place is called Mexi cafe. They seem to not want to be bothered with any questions about the menu. My wife and I started with two iced caramel lattes... real caramel and not just "flavor". Very tasty. We got the Steak and Carnitas tacos - the steak cubes were juicy but the shredded pork (not dry, but very moist) was more seasoned. The sauce was incredible! I came to order a avo cado toast with no egg and they putt SOO much butter on it this is the first time in my life I have ever had butter put on a avocado toast I have a really bad dairy allergie and I puked after I only ate a few bites I came in and asked for a new one cause I can't eat dairy and they couldn't do that for me cause "you already ate some" I felt like they completely didn't care that they ruined my morning never going back their again and told all my friends not too hopefully you can learn not to put butter on avo toasts its very ADNORMAL but at least have better service and be more understanding read more
