Jimmy is a professional, a man of God, a pererson with integrity, and a humble heart. Quickly did he offer to make things right and I gladly gave him the opportunity. He checked my file and clarified the financing wonky loan statement by the finance company. Everything was cleared after I spoke with the goofy finance company. I submitted a service request on Yelp, and within minutes Chris personally called me. It wasn't an automated system, a scheduling service, or an AI assistant--it was Chris himself. He was able to fit me into his schedule the very next morning between 7:00 and 9:00 AM, confirmed the appointment by text, and even gave me a courtesy call about 30 minutes before arriving. Chris showed up right at 7:30 AM, and by 7:40 he had already diagnosed the problem and explained the solution. In less than 30 minutes from the time he arrived, my AC was blowing cold air again. I had a ton of questions about which product to install and the installation process. Edward was very patient and explained everything in detail. He installed the mini split quickly and professionally with zero issue. His pricing was very competitive and fair and he uses top of the line products. The only hiccup would be that I wanted a 115V installed but it ended up being a 230V even after I was assured that it is a 115V. Unfortunately, that meant my electrical panel is completely full and I wouldn't be able to have Edward install another mini split for me. Regardless, the mini split has been working perfectly for an entire year now. No weird sounds, zero issues with cooling or heating and my electric bill went down significantly.
