We used Certified Air to check out our AC unit a month ago when 1 unit was blowing out warm air. I thought it was a capacitor but wanted it checked out. Daniel came out the next day and checked my system and said I did have a bad capacitor. He made repairs and we talked about doing a full maintenance inspection on both units later in month. Daniel came today and did a full inspection on AC n furnace. Again he was honest and clear on any issues. Jason was very professional and explained what needs to be done. Initially he came just for a maintenance visit but in the interim our A/C went out. Great service! We found them through their ad in the local paper in Sun City for an A/C inspection at a stated price. Joe was our tech, and he was terrific. He did the inspection and said all was well. We asked about getting a digital thermostat, and he showed us the one he had, but it would not work for our particular system. He told us he has another style but it was more than we wanted to spend right now. He said no problem, and gave us our bill in the amount stated on the ad. Dan had installed the furnace as part of a remodel too many years ago. The control board in the furnace was failing. Dan came out and tried to solve an intermittent problem twice. Finally he threw in the towel and ordered a new control board and installed it. Three visits for one service call charge plus the miniscule cost of the new board. This review is long over due and VERY MUCH deserved. Great customer service - Lisa called me the morning my service was scheduled to ask if the Tech could come early... No one ever comes early. Then to my ultimate surprise the service tech Jaime was right on time and so kind. He quickly through process of elimination discovered that my AC unit was just fine (what a relief) and that the thermostat settings were needing to be reset. I thought I would have to do that myself but Jaime was so kind to step right in and in minutes be had it all fixed. When double checking everything he found that a supply duct in my addict was not connected (more than likely stepped on from the cable/saddle light tv people) and this is probably why my living room did not get very cool and took so long. He actually took pictures with his cell phone and showed them to me so I could really understand what he was talking about. Then he took pictures after fixing it all up. I can't say enough about how much I appreciated him taking the pictures. Once Jaimie fixed that duct that I had no idea was disconnected you could feel air blowing all over downstairs. I had issues with the thermostat that was installed a 1 1/2 years ago by another company and it stopped working. Now that the weather have turned, I called Certified due to the amazing YELP Rating of 5 Stars by all the reviewers so far. I couldn't believe how cool D&D team was! I called earlier in the AM, and 1/2 hour later, Dan called back to let me know Daniel could be at my home in 30 minutes - and he was! He not only diagnosed the issue, he installed the thermostat, climbed up in the attic and inspected the Furnace, as well as the Air conditioning units. Highly recommended! Certified was one of three companies I called out for quotes for how to rebalance a not-well-done HVAC system on a house I bought. In particular, I expected (and budgeted for) a newer more efficient AC unit -- my main goal was to reduce my AC bill. Cerfitied's bid was not only the cheapest, it was the most thoughtful. Daniel assured me the system as it was could be fixed and recommended some changes and inexpensive upgrades rather than changing out the whole AC unit. Despite the work ranging all over the house with changes to vents and conduits taking two days, the bid was very reasonable (certainly cheaper than a new AC!) and Certified stuck to it. They installed a number of new conduits and a couple of new vents, rerouted some of the existing conduits, put in a new thermostat and a new zone for our existing multi-zone system, as well as adding an exhaust fan and an attic fan that I requested and the whole job was very inexpensive. It's now been a few months and the new system is working great! I expected to have to put in a new more efficient AC unit. Instead, I have a much more efficient system and my AC bill is indeed $150-$200/month less than last summer. Thank you, Certified! read more

Let me talk to you about Dan and his team. The first time I met Dan he came out to one of my residences and fixed the problem for me while I was deployed. Today I had Joe come out and install a thermostat for me. Because silly me thought I could install it myself, I got pretty far but got lost along the way and Joe was there to guide me. He never attempted to upsell me on every nook and cranny. But showed me things that he noticed well he was doing his preventative maintenance check on my heating and air-conditioning unit. We ended up changing out two ballasts, That were starting to go bad and he said could potential he go bad. He not only took the time to show me with the voltage meter but to explain exactly how they worked and why they were starting to go out. He did such a great job with the install maintenance, preventive maintenance, and coming out in a timely manner to my residence. Hopefully I won't have to call them anytime soon but if I do this is the company you need to go with they bring service and take care of the customer. read more

These guys are awesome!!! Our air went out this morning. I called them and the lady on the phone was super friendly and told me unfortunately their first appointment wasn't until tomorrow at 4pm. But she said they'd try and get to us today. She called me back later this afternoon and told me a tech was in the area and would be at the house soon. Certified Air saved us. After a transformer blew in Eastvale leaving us without power, our heater wouldn't work. I contacted another local service who came and quoted $725 for a control panel.
