This cafe in a small plaza has plenty of parking on any given day. They have inside and 2 outdoor seats. The service is very friendly and quick, have never had an issue and they always greet me. I really wanted to like this place however, after today's experience I might stay away. Yesterday I ordered a turkey sandwich with mayo and vinegar. You would think it would be dressed with those two condiments however, it was dry. If you want mayo I would suggest immediately ordering extra since I barely had a taste of it. I then ordered a double espresso which I enjoyed. I like the bean they are roasting. I wanted to give this place another try today as I have been craving a lox bagel. To my surprise they forgot the cream cheese! The order with a double espresso was $10.65, kinda pricey especially with no cream cheese. I didn't bother to correct the order since I thought putting cream cheese would be more fattening at this point. Bagel & lox it was! The staff is very friendly. Been ordering from this place for a few years. Our most recent orders and experience has been horrible. Orders being left on the public sidewalk by delivery person because they do damn lazy to open the door. Items missing from our orders in which we have paid for. Call the store and young lady states to call back at a later time because they too busy to credit you for the items missing. She was so rude she even hung up as I was in mid sentence. Phone back for the 3rd time requesting a manager/owner to be advised to he was not in and they will give me the message to call me. I've been ordering delivery from here the past few weeks for my family to give them something different than Frosted Flakes and Oatmeal. I order on their website, which at first can be a little tricky. They have so many selections and different combos, you gotta keep track of your order and make sure it's right when your done. I usually order late, cause I'm up anyway so the order will be there waiting for them to see when they open. Since I'm ordering late after everyone is asleep, it's up to me to decide what to get everyone. I keep it simple, just Bagels with different variations. My wife loves Everything Bagels, so I get her one with cream cheese, lox, red onion, and tomato. The Bagel even with delivery is still warm and has a nice toast to it ( which BTW is an option to select on the online ordering menu ). The Lox has a nice smoked taste, the red onions a great crisp bite, the tomato thinly sliced perfectly. One bite into your toasted perfectly prepared bagel your in heaven. There are a couple of downsides though. Never with the food or quality of it. Delivery times can be long, now like I said I've only ordered delivery from here recently so I can understand delays. These are trying times and I'm sure their doing their best. I ordered last night bagels for this morning, everything went well but the kids order. I ordered them 2 mini bagels, but they did not make them. Ok no problem they gave us 2 regular bagels instead. I wasn't going to complain about something like that. On their website when I checked out the bagels I purchased, the prices weren't right. There was like a $1.15 difference per bagel than what my original total was. Once again not going to complain, so it cost me an additional $4! I got a phone call an hr prior to the delivery to inform me of this error, so no surprises. One thing that really bothered me though the delivery person while wearing a mask did not have gloves on. I paid and left the tip online but still had to sign a credit card receipt. I usually don't have to do that when receiving delivery orders. In retrospect I should have gotten my own pen to sign, but I was trying to keep the kids from running outside. I can't blame the establishment for that, once the driver leaves there's no possible way for them to know what safe practices they are taking. Bottom line is in these tuff times, support your local businesses as much as possible. I will continue to support this establishment, for the quality of their great food, courteous staff, and just staying open when so many others around here are closing. read more

Stopped by today because my husband wanted a corn muffin to go. After seeing how clean the cafe was how appetizing the food on display was, we can't wait to return. Reading the menu didn't help me decide what I would be ordering because everything looked delicious! By the way, the corn muffin was the best my husband said. Everytime I order it's either I get the wrong item or it's missing. Smart thing to do is put everything in the bag and close it up so it won't be no issues with the Uber driver. There used to be a blonde lady who worked the counter who was very pleasant-- haven't seen her in a while-- the atmosphere is pretty dead and elitist now. Had them deliver to work once, they screwed up the order and we're pretty unapologetic, however, chalked it up to a one time issue and didn't make a big deal out of it. Well, fool me once... Second time getting delivery the order was all wrong again -- and after we tried to reach out to them, the person on the phone was curt and made a big deal about it (when obviously it wasn't anyone's fault but whoever packed it). The delivery man was pleasant at least. Then took a look at a greased up crumpled bag only to realize it was the cookies I ordered all mashed up. I thought they stuffed greasy French fries in it. I've passed by this establishment for years never thinking to stop in. Today I decided to give it a try instead of taking the trip to wonderbagel in Jersey City. That was a mistake. I read some reviews after, some having to do with an older gentleman who seems to have some issues with service. I ordered a bagel with lox, scallion cream cheese, onions, capers, and tomatoes to go. A classic in the bagel world. The person who took my order didn't make my order which a flaw right there. But my issues starts with 1. The older gentleman puts plain when I paid for scallion. I get his attention by saying sir 3 times, one louder than the last because I realize he has a hearing aid. I get his attention and he begins another sandwich. Now that I notice this mistake I'm paying a lot more to construction of my sandwich. 2. I notice he only has one glove on making a cold sandwich. Come on man this isn't a home this is a food service business. I just watched him handle the register then went to handle food. If your not going to wear gloves wash your hands. Also he was making the sand missing more items that two people had to come to assist him one of the owner and the only women employee. Here's the kicker they also didn't have gloves on!?!?! Go get sersafe certified please!!!!! Then train your staff properly. 3. My order was to go and it was brought out to me to stay. I tell him it was Togo says ok and begins to take it back but I say no I can wrap it myself because I just don't want it to be handled with bare hands anymore. So at this point I'm grossed out and should have asked for my money back but I didn't feel like going through the process and took it for a lose. I had things I had to do and didn't have the time to wait. So I wrap it take the bag he gave me and walk out. Soon after the whole this isn't sitting well with me so I don't even eat the sandwich and throw it away. All it takes to get sick from food is unwashed hands, a over used towel, and unclean bread knife to get you sick and have a hard day at work the next day. If I go in again I will start with telling them to wash their hands and putting gloves on both hands. Because someone needs to inform how to handle food properly. So I can't really review the decor or what not, but I can tell you even though they say they need 45 mi for delivery they come within 20-30 which is a blessing. "Ramsey what about the food??" Hold on I'm getting there! I've ordered their egg and cheese sandwiches, pancakes, waffles, hungry man, and breakfast panini. They all tasted heavenly. And for the price? Definitely a steal.
