They must be under new mgmt. Our last 4 orders were wrong every time, even though the receipt had correct info. For example; Veggie cream cheese on a sesame bagel became melted butter on an everything bagel. This isn't good for people with food allergies or restrictions. There is definitely a communication problem, speaking and reading. We gave it 4 tries before writing this review. On the quest to find the best possible bagel place in my area this one probably won't be ending my journey unfortunately. I had a Taylor ham, egg and cheese..with salt and pepper that never made it onto my sandwich (is this becoming a trend lately? Lol) I upgraded one to more egg and meat and it was loaded but also 2 or 3 dollars more. Egg and Taylor ham were fine, bagel was meh, not bad not amazing, just meh. The second sandwich which wasn't loaded was pretty skimpy, I'm glad I got the loaded one because the normal one would've had me hungry still probably. I also got strawberry cream cheese and a half dozen bagels, cream cheese was ok and bagels again just nothing too special. Dirty environment past few times I've been in there its been fly infested. The one guy who is there is extremely unfriendly and never gets your order right. Terrible quality. Terrible service. Missing items. I have held off writing this review to give them some time to try and improve a bit. The last three times I ordered from here there have been items missing from my order or stuff outright made wrong. The service is slow and the staff is unresponsive/dismissive to customer concerns. Been here hundreds of times and it's consistently good, with awesome staff that move quick and put out delicious food. Taylor ham, egg, and cheese- ketchup and pepper on an everything bagel is EVERYTHING!! Some kettle chips and a snapple green tea good to go! I've tried their breakfast burrito too and it's pretty damn good. Parking could be a pain, but these bagels are moderately priced and certainly better than several other bagel spots around here. Their breakfast sandwich was absolutely amazing. I was there today (Sunday) and it was busy there. But, I met the owner and he helped me, I told him it was my first time, very professionally and quickly. I had a Taylor ham, egg and cheese and sausage and cheese no egg. Got it done with in 5 mins. Very disappointed. As a kid borderline bagels was the Bees nees, NOT ANYMORE. The bagels tasted like dirt and I asked for a toasted everything with cream cheese the order was correct but they must have toasted the bagel for about 5 seconds. Normally i would rate this bagel store a 4 but they are the best bagel place in New Milford/Dumont that I have tried. The bagels are good big,chewy, with a beautiful outside. They cook to order and even when there is a long line I still do not have to wait long. I always recommend this place to any one that lives near here. I actually drive by two bagel spots to come here. This comment is mainly based on the actual bagels and bacon egg and cheese or taylor ham egg and cheese. I have not really tried anything else.
