Visiting from Boston and stopped in for the first time--hands down the BEST bagels I've had. I picked up a dozen bagels, a breakfast sandwich, and a coffee to go. The bagels were perfect: crisp and firm on the outside, moist and chewy on the inside, and a great size. My whole family enjoyed them. The breakfast sandwich was amazing--flavorful egg, melty cheese, and tasty ham all stacked on one of those fresh bagels. The coffee was excellent too, and they nailed my order with just "a touch of milk." Staff was super friendly and welcoming--big thanks to Sayed! Loved the sandwich and really appreciated the service. My only critique? I should've bought 2 dozen bagels instead of one, because they didn't last long at all. Highly recommend this spot. read more

When I order my egg sandwich which is specific and every time it arrives exactly as ordered [scooped out everything bagel, well done eggs, tomatoes, onions, ketchup and black pepper]! I was previously told the lack of cream cheese was due to a new employee, which I understood at the time. However, after giving this place multiple chances, the quality continues to disappoint. Please consider providing better training for your staff ... customers shouldn't have to ask for a reasonable amount of cream cheese on a $5 bagel. read more

It's easy to be distracted by the thrills of some bagel shops with the different spreads and sandwiches. I gauge the quality of a bagel one way only- I order a plain bagel with plain cream cheese. Why? Flavored cream cheeses and sandwiches will always taste good. But only good quality and very fresh bagels will pass the plain bagel and cream cheese test. And this places passes every...single...time. So maybe I AM biased because I remember how often they had fresh bagel batches coming out during the day or because I remember the amount of time and effort they put into each customer's order.
