Construction supply of course! The staff here is very friendly and will answer any questions you might have on what you should use. I thought about getting half dirt and half mushroom compost but they told me the mixed topsoil already has two types of compost mixed in and I wouldn't have to worry about adding any compost. Instead of going to your local Home Depot or Lowes and buying 30bags of top soil @ $4-$8 a piece go to Construction Supply! I got a yard of dirt= 1 ton of dirt for $23.00 versus going to Home Depot or Lowes and spending close to $100 on dirt? I don't think so! NOTE- You should only purchase products here if you have an open trailer, or a pick up truck. If you care about your truck lining you should put a tarp down to make cleanup easier. It was a horrible mistake from beginning to end. The dump truck guy banged the truck into the basketball ring and backboard during the dumping on the driveway. It took my son and husband a very long time to haul that amount of terrible soil to be dumped in the back where I wanted to kill weeds and on the side where rain water washes mulch away. I still have a large tarp covering the the leftover crap-soil, as I will use it only for areas that I don't want anything to grow. What a waste of good money!

I WAS NERVOUS TO USE STABELLA FOR ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS BUT HAPPY I DID…read more I was really nervous because of the companies low ratings and the fact that they were contracted through Lowe's. Lowes said it was Stabella's policy to collect full payment for everything up front. We're currently in the middle of a HORRIFIC remodel project in the kitchen and bathrooms with Lowes. If something could go wrong it went worse. It started in April and isn't finished yet! Stabella is the only thing that has gone right on the job. Anyway, I couldn't be HAPPIER than we chose Stabella. Carlos completely flipped the story. He drove 3 hours each way, walked in energized and ready to work. He worked with a calm, quite precision manner. We're doing granite counter tops and backsplashes. He lined the viens up so will that it looks like it's a continuous seamless slab. This level of care is an art, not a task, a true passion! He's been doing it for 20+ years and is obviously the master of granite. He's a creator a true artist, perfectionist and still loves his work. That kind of pride is rare. Honestly, I can't give enough stars for Carlos. He's a true 10 out of 5. Best of luck Carlos! Actually, I guess this review was more about Carlos than Stabella. Looking back, there was a few hiccups along the way. They were so minor while Lowe's were so major, I chose to overlook them. I didn't like the policy of having to pay in full before project was completed. What recourse would we have had if we weren't happy? There was also a few issues with scheduling, but again we didn't know whose fault it was. Lowe's or Stabella's? Anyway, we were very happy with how the kitchen granite finally turned out.

I don't know how ANYONE could be less than THRILLED with both the customer service AND workmanship…read morefurnished through Stabella Stone! I am TRULY amazed at ANY NEGATIVE REVIEW! Stabella created gorgeous, perfect quartz vanity counters in two bathrooms and did my entire kitchen to PERFECTION! I contacted them directly (ask for Tuba!) and in no time, a most professional, pleasant young man came to measure followed by adept and personable installers within a 2 week turn around time. They kept in contact, confirming appointments by text. I truly do not understand the negativity! I am sorry I have run out of projects for them to complete for me!

You do not go in to look and pick out the lumber you are looking for, put it on a cart and wheel up to the cash register. The model is to call them up 24 hours in advance to place an order and when you come in, it is already set aside and you load up and you are on your way. Otherwise you may wait for 3 hours for them to pull what you want. If you are looking for very good wood or plywood, you need to order the premium grade for both. What I saw in the warehouse was not quite cabinet level ply for a clear finish, but it was much, much better than the big box stores. I was told that although what was there looked really nice, the next shipment in may not look as good. They did have beautiful "laminate" grade 1/4 inch sheets, however, gluing that to 1/2 inch to make a 3/4 sheet is a decision you would need to make. The ply was a B B/C to a C D/E grade. I will be buying here in the future.
