I was very impressed!…read moreI probably sent about 6 requests for quote out to different companies and Lynn at Express Haulers was the first to call me within a minute of sending the request, and the only one persistently following up with me. I told every company that we have a small move as we had been moving things little by little by ourselves, only Lynn provided me with the lowest minimum hours and competitive pricing. When I said I would get back to her, I appreciated her persistence in following up. They estimated 2.5 hours of work and Carlos and his team did a great job efficiently moving things, only took 30 more minutes than they estimated. They also didn't have any hidden charge for wrapping material for couch etc. My husband at the receiving address said they were very careful with our newly renovated home, the floor, the wall etc as they moved and assembled furniture. I cannot believe the gaslighting, the lengthy defensive explanation. He is not a team player, nor is he collaborative. Nima is for Nima and to heck with you if you don't like when he changes pricing at will. As an attorney, he is well versed at changing the realty to match his defense. We did not even have the contract 3 months when he said accept the 50-70% increase or take your food and bags and go somewhere else. We had no idea there was extra food and were told the food would be in an air conditioned environment. He refused to give us an inventory of what he had on hand for 5 months. Easy for him to say things did not go according to plan when he was the one who didn't follow the plan. They opened the bags, did not pack per our guidelines and there was no extra food as stated. He has not been in this business for more than 2 years; we have been in the business for over 30yrs know exactly how to run our business. He is the absolute worst business person I have EVER dealt with. The reader will believe what they want, but I will say I told you so when he also doesn't return your phone calls, does not give you proper inventory, does not ship products on a timely basis, and your product spoils because he did not follow very clear packing and storage protocols.
