We focused on large furniture first, got all the key items handled, then worked through the rest. Communication was constant. They asked questions, followed direction, and adjusted quickly without any pushback. The team was professional the whole time. No hesitation, even with heavy items or sending things upstairs. Everything was wrapped appropriately, not overdone, just done right. Nothing was damaged, and they were careful with walls and flooring throughout. We had discussed heavier items and drive time ahead of time, and everything was handled fairly. No surprises. I was feeling a little stressed and came to yelp to get mover quotes from multiple movers. I ended up picking Sunshine Moving and was so grateful they were able to accommodate a next day move for a very reasonable price and they did a great job for us. The movers showed up early at the ABF location. I was so happy to see them as we were already there. They helped us unload the items from the container to their truck and then drove to our place. They did a great job and were very careful with our items. There is a 3 hour minimum but they were done well before then since we opted to do the unpacking of the boxes ourselves. They did help us bring the heavy items up the stairs and placed them in the location we requested. I would definitely use them again for our next move.

Enter EZ moving company. We had gotten several quotes in the area that made me want to straight up sell all my stuff but EZ moving company swooped in and literally saved the day. To start they were affordable and the entire package. Once we explained our situation as well they were so KIND offering words of comfort. We put down a deposit and three weeks later on a Friday morning 4 guys showed up on time to pack up our place. They were nice and worked fast, a little over 5 hours and everything was packaged with such care and I was able to ask them to leave out our necessities for the next few days. Saturday morning the crew showed up on time and ready to work as they loaded their truck not once but twice to move our things over to our new place. They took apart and put back together our furniture. Put most things in the places I requested and UNWRAPPED everything! Meaning I didn't have to fight with my nightstand for months later bc it was already cleanly unpackaged. And drumroll.....NOTHING was broken. Not a thing. Not a piece of furniture, not one mirror (we have 3), not a dish or glass bowl, or lamp or anything.
