Gavin, Tom and Justin were great. We were relocating from Anaheim, CA to Hewitt, TX and Gavin gave us the best quote and was also a very nice and genuine person. That was the reason we went with him on this move. He arrived the night before to survey and also assist in packing and prepping everything for the move on Friday Dec 2. He and Tom arrived Friday morning and proceeded to load the truck. Gavin wasn't kidding when he said he was very into Tetris as he was able to load the truck to the brim, filling every nook and cranny with our belongings in a way that protected them for the long journey. We had a lot of things for a 4 br home and he did his best to fit everything into the truck, but ended up getting a small trailer that he didn't even charge for. When he quoted us the price and said there were no more additional fees, he was good to his word on that. We left for Texas and arrived Saturday night and Gavin arrived with Justin on Monday morning where they proceeded to offload our belongings. They were very careful and didn't put one scratch or ding on any of the walls of our newly built home. They were very nice and respectful and got the job done in a very timely manner. In a month where we were highly stressed selling our old home and purchasing our new one, there should have been a high level of stress moving ourselves and our belongings 1400 miles, but Gavin and crew made that process happen with zero additional stress. Gavin, CJ, and Chris were fantastic, they knew exactly what they were doing and did it very professionally. They knew exactly what would fit in their truck and used every inch of space it had. They took apart our beds and wrapped everything in moving blankets and protected all of our valuables.They drove across seven states, always keeping us notified of where they were, so we wouldn't worry. When they got to our new home they unpacked the truck and put everything where we wanted it, they even put our beds back together. Gavin and CJ and Chris are great guys and wonderful human beings. We were blessed To have gotten to use them. Gavin did what he said he was going to do, and did it very professionally. We moved the weekend of Thanksgiving. My boyfriend and I had two separate places and so it made moving a little bit trickier to plan for. I contacted Gavin to get a quote from him and he reached out immediately to ask me about the furnitures that we needed to move so that he could get the right sized truck for our needs. On move day, he took the time to make sure our furnitures were wrapped up, and packed everything up in such a tidy way!
