If it's your first time then you have to use one of the tablets to sign a waiver; this only takes a minute or two. Once signed you'll show your ID to the staff upfront. It's a quick check in. This interactive gym that's got climbing walls, a yoga studio and a regular exercising area are spacious and clean. I mostly saw young/younger generations of people but didn't you worry; I'm very much middle aged and although it was my first time climbing today and I was able to manage most of the beginner/entry level ones with no issues. We all did some sort of climbing when we were younger, right? Then all you have to do is to let that younger self come out of you!! Depending on your experience level, you'll get to pick where you want to do your climbing (the levels are clearly marked.) It was a busy night at this fun gym but people were very respectful to each other taking turns. I walked around the entire facility to check things out and I was impressed as to how immaculately they maintain the place. Even women's locker room was extremely clean with no trash or whatsoever. I didn't realize that climbing was also a good cardio workout. This was much needed exercise for me for sure. If you end up making blisters just walk up to the front desk and ask for a band-aide or two. But the climbing compared to the other gyms was just meh. Englewood is still the biggest Movement location in Colorado as of April 2024. Work was still being done in the women's locker room and hang boards were still pending as of April 6, 2024. Parking was plentiful. That was nice. There wasn't a lot of seating next to outlets. Nothing special here either - there was talk of a sauna and/or steam room but I guess it didn't pan out. But a nice option for climbing if you are in the area.

Wes, the store manager, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the differences between several treadmill models without any pressure. He also helped me put together a weight bench with a leg extension attachment that fit both my fitness goals and the space I had available. The service doesn't end after the sale, either. They deliver and professionally set up the equipment, which is a huge plus for someone who's mechanically challenged like me.

Never have I ever been charged a $25 late fee if I accidentally missed the payment. GOLDS GYM, EDGE FITNESS, even PLANET FITNESS will simply let you know the next check in. And you fix it on the spot. No big deal. Btw. Rarely have I even missed the monthly payment anywhere else. So I call their customer service number and the lady could not have been more RUDE or unhelpful. I told her, this is my first month...blah blah blah, and she did not care. 'It's in the fine print' $25 late fee, then she simply moved on with ' what else do you need?'.... Wow. Okay. So I went to my bank. We bLOCKED VASA from taking anything, and now I'm at CHUZE FITNESS in Highlands Ranch and wow!!! What a difference!! Clean LOCKER ROOMS that do not smell of piss!!! I called back to VASA and told the guy what happened and that now I have a new gym. He told me they could remove the $25 feet as a courtesy as I'm new, and asked why the first girl didn't offer? I don't know why. So rather than help me out, for a measly $25 bucks , now they won't get the full year. Smart!! That's how you run your businesses?? Sad. So thanks because I actually love CHUZE FITNESS in Highlands. This worked out well for me. ( maybe try to actually retain members. Not piss them off..) buh2-byeeeeeeee!

I reached out multiple times trying to sign up for a membership and received no response. Instead of taking accountability or offering a professional apology, I later received a hostile and insulting response on Instagram after leaving an honest review. I was mocked for expecting communication from a business, accused of wanting "instant gratification," and told I was hurting their business over a "minuscule first world problem." That level of unprofessionalism speaks for itself. Businesses miss messages sometimes -- that's understandable. What is NOT understandable is attacking a potential customer personally for expressing frustration. Customer service and professionalism matter, especially in the fitness industry where people are looking for a welcoming and supportive environment.
