This place is legit my home away from home. I LOVE this gym because it truly allows you to create a sense of community. Unlike other gyms where you just walk in, do some bench press by yourself, then leave, this gym puts an emphasis on creating a community of people and everyone looks out for each other and pushes each other, from Mark the owner, to the coaches (Derek, Leo and Clay are my boys!) to every single member. Not only is it beneficial to learn a new skill like boxing, jiu jitsu, muy thai, etc. but you will also get the best workout in you have ever had in your life. I wear a MyZone strap to track my calories burned and I consistently burn AT LEAST 600 calories every 50 minute class. Sometimes I will even top 1000. You won't get that at a Planet Fitness I guarantee that! If you have any doubts, come give it a try and I guarantee you will leave impressed... and drenched in sweat. read more

Well, shame on me! I just realized that I have not left a review in quite some time!! I have been a part of the u f c team for 5 years now and have watched the management , come and go... Mark, who is currently the owner and has been for several years, has a wonderful team and does a great job! I love this gym! I always get a great workout in with the different classes that they offer and the instructors/teachers are amazing. The facility is really nice too if you don't want to do the classes and just want to lift weights. I really enjoy this gym for the variety of classes, but they also do personal training and other one-on-one sessions. There are many days where i don't feel like working out, but once i get to the gym, the energy here is great and it pumps me up. I think the instructors are high energy so that really helps. I also love their heart rate monitors and app so it makes it easy to register or cancel classes. I highly recommend this place! read more

I had the the best workout experience at UFC Lone Tree last week! The Wednesday boxing class was amazing, I've never been so challenged by a workout and supported by staff. From Anthony assisting with my wraps, to the owners Rebekah and Adam encouraging the entire class with focused motivation and hands on technique development. As a 40 yr old mom of 3 kiddos, I was amazed at how much I enjoyed a boxing class and all this UFC gym has to offer. The gym is absolutely pristine, Super clean and offers a warm, welcoming, supportive and challenging environment. I was in town visiting family and stopped by UFC gym to train some Jiu Jitsu. There was a good energy in the gym. While I was rolling jiu jitsu there were people lifting weights and doing cardio machines, others were doing bag work or doing private lessons with the coaches. It was an enjoyable place to be. Great place to get your sweat on and get technique recommendations for the experience kickboxer/mma fighter. They offer a plethora of classes from Jiu jitsu, sparring, weight lifting classes and more. The teachers are very experienced with their own goals of classes competitions and fights. Not only do you get a great class but you get a mat family for life. I've been going for over a year now and I at least come once a week even if my life to hectic. Couldn't ask for more. I was a little bit nervous about trying out boxing classes. I have no prior experience and am completely out of shape but the trainer was super attentive and helped me out whenever I was struggling. The equipment and gym are in great shape and the people working there are very friendly. T.J. was kind and helped explain the different classes available and really seemed to care about me achieving my goal to get in shape and lose weight. Great gym. Everybody here is so nice. I've definitely found my new favorite gym. I love the non traditional workouts, they really work your whole body. The sparring classes on the weekends are a great way to put the classes to practice. All the trainers are fantastic but Leo's 9am kickboxing classes are probably my favorite! I love this gym. The variety of classes, times, and personal training makes it easy to fit into any routine. The trainers are all awesome. I cancelled my membership on September 6 over phone and confirmed via email. They have charged me every month since. Not only that, but Anthony at the front desk is incredibly belittling and unprofessional. Talked over me the whole time and even a few names calls, nice touch. Let me first just say how happy I am that I joined UFC gym. Let me also note that I am a member in Dallas at the White Rock gym and this was the first time I have traveled and went to a gym outside my home. First, I called earlier in the day and spoke with TJ who was extremely nice and informative as I didn't know if I could go to another gym outside my home gym. While I was asking my questions, he not only answered them, but made me feel like a member vs a stranger in a different city. So I finally show up at 6pm for the 6:30pm kickboxing class and met the GM Chris Burris who again, not only welcomed me like a member but even when we found out my membership is a single club only and not nationwide like I thought, never told me I couldn't work out there. He showed me around, and even offered to wrap my hands for me. Everything about this guy is customer service and manages the place like he owns it. I even met Steve, one of the instructors who shook my hand while Chris was showing me around. 6:30 rolls around and class is about to start. Damn, it's Steve teaching the class. Let's just say I just now am trying to start getting back into shape so I have plenty of room to go. Steve not only keeps you moving and changing things up so just when you think you are going to quit, next combo or stretch or exercise. I think I was about to quit every 5 minutes because I am that out of shape. I didn't though. And although a big intimidating guy to some, his positive reinforcement and taking the time to walk around and help everyone was amazing. Bottom line, great gym. Keep it simple. RUN AWAY!! Start 2020 off positive, find a different gym, run the other direction. I would NOT recommend this gym to anyone. Lots of gyms in the area with better value for the money! Got my son into boxing when we lived back in Salt Lake City--signed him up with TJ today. This young man was deeply knowledgable in the sport and he himself has won championships in the ring. He was very concerned about making sure the boxing routine is geared towards my sons size and not going to harm him in anyway. He was very informative and it's very well priced. It's been a while since I've returned to this gym, probably a little over a year, I'm thinking about signing up once more. If you're in Colorado and looking for a decently priced gym then I honestly believe UFC is the best to go, other martial arts or boxing gyms are expensive going month to month. Now the price isn't where I'm impressed, this gym in particular is keen on value. The classes are always welcoming as your teacher is happy to have you, they never force you to stay until the end. Every teacher that you run into is extremely knowledgeable, each with there own style of working out. And the culture there is very respectful, I never ran into someone I didn't like. Love this gym! I took the kickboxing conditioning classes and always got a great workout! My only hesitation on giving 5 stars is that some of the instructors are so experienced and good at what they do professionally as fighters that they forget that sometimes new people won't get or remember their kick/punch sequences. I felt like sometimes they got annoyed repeating themselves. I did reach out to one of the instructors about this privately and when I was in his class he went the extra mile to make sure he was helping everyone get the sequence and get their technique correct. It was so appreciated that he took time and you could totally see the difference it made in a really positive class! Best part of this gym besides a tremendous workout is the people-if you are willing to talk to the instructors or management with about an issue my experience has been that they listen and will try to resolve it. They really try to be a community and part of their community and in a world where often it is just about the bottom line it is very refreshing. read more

Just moved to the Denver area not too long ago. I was struggling to find a gym that was similar to the last place I went to before I moved out here. I wanted a place that had all equipment to lift or do cardio but also a place that offered classes that I enjoyed . UFC Lone Tree was just what I was looking for. They have a variety of classes at all times of the day but they also have a gym that you can use if you don't feel like taking a class or you can't make it to the scheduled time. I am aware other box gyms have this flexibility but this place feel like family immediately. I can guarantee you will be on a first name bases with all the employees in a matter of days. I took my first class with Kaleb. He acknowledged me, introduced himself and walked me through the class so I felt confident and comfortable the entire time. They work to push you but they also work on technique so you can get better each time. If you love to workout and don't want to be overwhelmed at a crowded cookie-cutter gym, this is the place for you!!! So happy I found this place! I highly recommend! read more

So I waited a little bit to give my review, like almost three months worth. But now i feel like i can give a full one. So this gym is awesome first of all and all the coaches are so welcoming and supportive. When i first walked in, i was really intimidated. I was looking for a gym that could teach me some kickboxing as well as fitness classes at the same time that made my money worth it. And fit my crazy busy schedule. But the moment i walked in , was greeted and felt welcomed. Thanks to TJ and Matt. This place is great because i work two jobs with varying schedules but the classes and times vary day to day that i could always pick one i like and attend it before or after work. Now ill be honest: will you learn how to fight in the classes? No. The classes are meant to challenge you and knock the wind outta you (i saw stars my first day) as well as implement some boxing/kickboxing cardio. But can you learn? Yes. The personal training sessions help you out immensely with basics and advanced techniques and there are sparring classes to take if youre feelin froggy. I personally started out with classes and wanted to learn more so bought a couple of sessions. Im not a fighter by any means but my pt sessions definitely helped my form and understanding. Not to mention they have pretty decent weights and some cardio machines to use after classes. The only con i can think of is that there are only three bathrooms, one women, men then a free for all. So it kinda gets crowded during busy hours and its hard to get a shower in before work. So when you decide to shower and go to work, just make sure you shower fast to be considerate or try to come when its not too busy. Despite that, i highly reccommend this gym, especially like newbies like me who are intimidated to go to mma gyms. read more

Tough work out, I sweated my ass off, Gym has been remodeled and is just top notch, has everything you need to stay in shape, and most of all the instuctors, GM, employees, and members are awesome and made me feel so welcomed. The management of this gym is f***ed. My daughter was sucked into a year long contract that she struggled to pay as a student. The amount she was quoted was also false. When she was finally within the timeline to cancel, they 'lost' her cancellation paperwork and continued to charge her account for months. She lives no where near the gym and cannot meet their demands to fill out more paperwork. She had to close the account they were billing (Target fraud) and now they are calling to harass her weekly. She tried to have a reasonable conversation and was told she must pay hundreds of dollars in fees to cancel... TO CANCEL!!! She hasn't stepped foot in the gym for over six months and now they are threatening to report this to credit bureaus. We are proceeding with contacting the BBB next. read more

This is the 3rd boxing club that I have been apart of. First one in Denver. I love it! The gym is a decent size. There is a large bag area where most of the classes take place. Very accommodating. Boxing/kickboxing/circuit classes. All the trainers are super nice. You will get to know them quickly. They each bring something very unique to each of their classes. Then there is a gym/free weight area for your personal use and they also offer classes that incorporate a gym workout. They also offer one on one training to help increase your skill level and knowledge of the sport or whatever other area you'd like to improve. Another awesome perk that they offer right now is that they give you a heart rate monitor when you sign up for a membership! They have a display up during the class so you can see just how hard you're working. Also compatible with the Under Armour apps like MyFitnessPal, which I love. I use it when I do free weights too! They also have kids classes and Jiu-Jitsu. So there is something for everyone and all levels. Come check it out!! You won't be disappointed I am so glad I came across their ad on Facebook. This really could have turned out to be a bad situation that would have left me with a bad taste in my mouth about the gym. UFC Gym offers such a variety of training, I always walk out sore and feeling like I really worked all my muscles, which is the point of getting a good workout! The staff and trainers are very knowledgeable and they definitely push you to the limit so you see the greatest results. I would recommend this gym over any other membership gym. Wonderful trainers and awesome workout but super shady management. The manager got me sucked into a contract even though I still had 1 more month at another gym. His selling point... He would take a month off at the end of my contract. He wanted me to sign that day because supposedly it was the last day to get the grand reopening price. I asked him point blank if he would write a note in my contract for the discount and of course the answer was yes. Well it came time for the end of my contract and guess what... it didn't happen. I "reminded him" and he said he would contact corporate to adjust it. And he said he would followup in 2 days. Of course I never heard from him. So I called several times and he ducked my phone calls. I never received a call from him at all. What's really sad is I would have been back. Finances was the only reason I didn't stay. I was with the Parker location for 2 years prior with no issues. But I won't go back to UFC gym again now!! read more

My wife and I joined UFC in it's old location, they have a lot of different skilled workout levels. I have a bad knee, the trainers were still able to give me a routine that fits me, my wife was able to customize a routine for her. This is a great gym, I would recommend this facility for anyone trying to get in shape and drop some lbs. It was amazing the different intense levels of people working out at the same time, yet all working together. Awesome! read more

This company is terrible. My son joined for a month and told them at the beginning this was all he could do since he would be headed back to college. After several months a collection agency started calling he talked with Chris and Chris let my son know he would handle it and it would be no problem. My son followed up with a e-mail. Two months later another call from the collection agency , now the amount of money has tripled and Chris seems to be sick every time my son calls. He did not follow up on his promise to take care of the issue and now doesn't want to deal with it. This is such bad business practice its unbelievable I would appreciate an email or some correspondence from this company explaining themselves and their business practices. My advise is do not sign a contract with this company...There are a lot of really good gyms that believe in great customer service. This is not one of them. read more
