I have to update my last review, I mentioned not being able to hear some do the instructors. That was only one, the rest have to over-modulation thing figured out. This place is welcoming, fun and motivating. I look forward to every ride!

My husband and I have taken about 10 classes here, new riders just started about 3 weeks ago. So far all classes have been wonderful! Very energetic, friendly and professional. Have recommended this studio to many friends and brought some along with me! Keep up the great work Cyclebar Lone Tree!

Umm goodbye regular gym, helloooo Cycle bar. What a fun & interactive way to work out! I mean seriously, had it not been for my beating heart, or the sweat beads down my face I would have totally forgotten I was at a gym! The DJ, techno music, and the flashing lights all made this workout experience unique and as enjoyable as a tough workout could be! The instructor's energy was incredible and definitely contagious which definitely helped my endurance. Things I loved: -the music/lights: this makes the workout fun and bearable as it provides some distraction from the killer ride you're taking -the lockers: they are free to use and you can make your own locker code for the duration of your class so your items will be safe ! Also you can charge your phone IN the locker while you workout (how cool is that?!) -email of your stats: once I left class I got an email with my calories burned, rank in the class, among other fun facts which was cool to see -amenities: water bottles, towels, shoes for rent, hair ties, you name it-they have it! If you are looking for a killer workout at a well-maintained gym that is interactive and fun, you have to check out CycleBar! I am seriously such a fan--if only I could afford the unlimited monthly pass! *sigh*

Fun night!!

What an incredible workout! 50 minutes of kick ass, sweating AWESOME-NESS. I feel refreshed, energized & RECHARGED! I am not one to work out on the regular but could see myself LOVING THIS! Seriously a great alternative to the gym! Plus loved the darkness in the room, with lights flashing to keep you engaged, GREAT motivational instructor and a LIVE DJ! Very clean, friendly staff, wonderful amenities (various types of water, towels, fruit, just in case Bobby pins, hair ties, deodorant) Free lockers with a phone charging station in each locker! Pretty cool! Work out and come back to a charged phone! Loved this spin class! The intense techno music with great beats kept you going and the lights helped keep your alert. A LIVE DJ really added to the ambiance in the room. I for one enjoy the dark room! Sometimes in spin classes I get self conscious because I swear a lot! It was also helpful to stay motivated and energized throughout the workout! I really liked the simple baton like 4lbs weights with the workout. It was FUN!! The 50 minutes of SPIN flies by and the 10 minute cool down and stretch was perfect! Definitely open a franchise near Cherry Creek or Lowry/Stapleton! I'd sign up for a membership!

A big Thank You and shout out to Yvonne!!! What a dynamic cycle instructor!! She is very motivating and a blast to cycle with! The digs are very clean and fresh and everyone is so welcoming and friendly. This was my very first time in any kind of cycle class and it was great and fun! Even though I looked and behaved like a beginner, I felt so welcome. It was a privilege and an honor to be invited as part of Yelp Elite and not only will I be returning but I definitely recommend this to anyone.. I am a senior, so if I can do this, you can to!! Check it out! 45 minutes felt like 15!

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that a Cycle Bar opens up closer to downtown but absolutely think it's worth the trip either way.

I finally built up the courage to visit this studio for a Zumba class and my mind is a little fuzzy…read morein my after class exhaustion but that is a good thing. The establishment is located in a plaza that can get busy during peak evening hours, mainly, due to the daycare centers. My suggestion is to always turn right out of the plaza and go to the Parker Rd light during those times. It's less of a headache in the long run. Within the facility, there is an office or two, bathrooms, and a cubby area for belongings. The studio itself is nice. It's a medium-sized room with two walls occupied by full-length mirrors and a window respectively. It's comfortable right now (only referring to Zumba) but I can see the need for an additional Zumba time each day, in the near future, if more bodies show up & decide to become regulars. The class was lead by Keith, the owner of the studio and it was high energy. Keith is engaging, full of stamina, entertaining, and an interactive instructor. He can use an assistant to help him juggle various tasks in between classes (i.e. greeting, punching cards, questions, liability release, etc) but he manages. The playlist was non-stop, the music had great rhythm, beats, and sound (thanks to his new subwoofer:)), and the class was full. The class schedule seems to be organized well, offering one of each class available, at least, once a day including weekends. The class times were recently adjusted but seem to work well for most 9 to 5ers. He also has several trial and/or discount offers out there. I look forward to continuing the Zumba classes lead by Keith and the other instructors and eventually working into the other classes available. The studio is also offering virtual classes now so I'm excited to experience that. Now I'm going to moisten this rattle in my chest & nurse my sore, dancing feet but you can soon look for my cameo in Step Up XIV, thanks to Let's Do This!!!

What a great way to close out the night! Thanks to WWP, I was able to experience Barre again!…read more Katie and Britney were amazing! The studio is nicely tucked in a neighborhood along with food places. Free street parking if you get there at the right time, but there are parking garages if needed. The studio is clean, they have a small retail area, and most importantly the staff were very welcoming. Britney did an amazing job keeping our heart rate up and body moving! The best thing is if your body is saying no to an exercise, you can ditch it and Britney will come over for modifications. All-in-all, I had an amazing time rediscovering my body and muscles!

As a regular gym and studio junkie that loves a good group workout, Barre3 had all the elements I was looking for- strength, cardio, core, and jamming good tunes. First- let's talk location. You know that old cliché that location is everything? Well this holds true here! The newest studio is located just off I-25/Belleview, near the new Belleview Station development. For me, this makes coming to class extra convenient. I work downtown and live in the DTC- so I frequent the Belleview station park-n-ride. Boy is this convenient! It's literally on my way to and from work. Love it! Parking has not been an issue for me. I usually park on-street, but if that gets too busy (it might, with all these cool businesses opening), there's covered parking that's free. Good to have options! Okay, the studio. It's BE-U-TI-FUL! So clean, so bright, so welcoming! I'm in love with the simple color scheme and wooden floors in the studio. It is very inviting and energizing. Lockers are available for use that include a key, or you can also tuck your shoes in a cubby and hang coats on a hanger. The bathrooms are nice- they have some amenities like feminine products, hair ties, dry shampoo (YES! A must for me before work), and deodorant spray. Class workouts will be FUN- they definitely challenge you, but it'll ALL be worth it. I will say the big take-away is most movement have layers of modification- so you can crank it up if things are too easy, or you can notch it down if you're feeling stress and pain anywhere. I haven't met an instructor I don't like yet- all of the ladies are super welcoming, friendly, and willing to listen to individual needs- like injuries or conditions. Finally, the overall pricing packages make this a spot I will look forward to frequenting. I get it- the market is a bit saturated with fitness options, various special gyms, and group classes. Barre3 provides you with ALL your props (ball, mat, resistance band, weights), towel service, and a flexible schedule with classes from early evening to late after work-hours. Definitely worth your time to check this spot out! Get your sweat and shakes on!

Many times my watch shows a decibel level of 97+ decibels. That is not healthy. The cafe there has a motto that says, "if it's here it's healthy". That is not true with the classes because the music is so loud it will damage your hearing and nobody wants that. And nobody wants the instructor to be yelling constantly. That is not motivating. This happens in more than one class with more than one instructor. Not sure what they are thinking.

I haven't been playing USTA tennis in Colorado for very long, but we recently played one of the tennis teams from LT Centennial. One of the things I like most about Colorado is the people and the laid-back and friendly attitudes. The LT team we played against was rude, condescending, lacked ethics, had a superiority complex and frankly were the most unpleasant group of women I have ever been around in the tennis community. I'm surprised that management at LT Centennial isn't trying to change the culture when it comes to their facility, but I'm sure that eventually they'll see it in their bottom line.
