There are people there from all walks of life and fitness levels but you work as hard as YOU can with no judgement. Pete (the owner) will push you hard, and the workouts are hard, the payoff is worth every second! I can feel a difference just if I skip one day. I have lost 14lbs in 4 months. For those of you who have injuries this is a great place to go! Pete works around all injuries and strengthens muscles to help your injuries. I have a spine issue, spondylolisthesis, that I got while playing sports in high school. Since having kids I have been in severe pain, some days I couldn't stand straight up and ended up getting steroid shots in my back. In December I was scheduled to have a procedure to numb some nerves in my spine to help with the issue but after going to manic and strengthening my core and legs I have Zero pain and ended up canceling my surgery. To say manic changed my life is an understatement. Highly highly recommend!!! Try it out!

He said few words to me while I signed a liability waiver. I explained that I'd had surgery to reattach my biceps 8 months ago, so I wanted to be careful with that arm. He shrugged and said, "You'll be alright." As the class got going, I didn't know what was going on or what station to go to. He put us in two groups but there were lots of stations all around, so I just floated aimlessly, trying to do the exercises. After class, I walked over to ask him about membership since I still didn't know costs. He ushered me out the door saying, "Get some rest!" So that was that. No follow up. Ummm, okay.
