Took my first class (3rd overall) here with Barbara and loved it! Her cueing was perfect, easy to follow, what a big difference compared to my last class! Looking forward to my next class with her. Loved how she gave feedback as needed cause just a few words and corrections make a huge difference at least to me, and my practice. Also loved how she shared stories along the way. Very relatable and relevant. Thanks Barbara! Looking forward to taking classes from other instructors there too. BTW no issues getting into classes at all. They have a 30 min free class. You do need grippy socks but I bought mine there and I love them! I temporarily misplaced them so I got another pair. Now I have 2 pairs and am sooo happy. read more

Club Pilates Highlands Ranch West is a great Pilates Studio! They have 12 reformers, Exo-chairs, TRX, jump boards, springboards and a variety of different props you can use. They have beginner, intermediate and advanced Pilates classes. There is truly something for everyone! I am a runner and a cyclist and originally joined Pilates thinking it would be good for cross training. I found that it is so much more! It is a full body workout that strengthens your core, glutes, arms and legs. It also increases your flexibility. I had a hard time touching my toes when I first started but now it is not a problem! The instructors are great! Joseph Lyons is my favorite instructor! His classes are always challenging and he pushes me to do my best! I have been a member for 6 years and absolutely love it! It's great when you can actually get into a class. It appears this business oversubscribes their membership and don't have available classes. I have been a member since Oct-Nov and it's much worse post the new year. Classes are usually full 2-3 weeks in advance and you cannot schedule beyond your monthly billing period (I pay for 8 classes a month). Being wait listed doesn't guarantee you get in the class and when you do get off the waitlist and in a class you get an email , sometimes an hour before class. I have also waitlisted for times and days so I don't loose credits (credits don't roll over) but it means I have to accommodate this business availability including finding additional sitter services or rescheduling work/travel so just in case I got off the waitlisted and in the class. I have felt better than ever, and I love going to the classes. Great variety of classes and instructor styles. Also a variety of times to suit my varying schedule. Love me some Pilates!!! Took my first intro class here last week. Joseph was amazing. The queuing was on beat & the workout was challenging. Receptionist was welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The sales process was non threatening which I appreciate. I have done reformer pilates before but never in a group setting! So much more fun! If you've been wanting to try a Pilates studio this is it! Your first class is free. Bathroom was clean, smelled great and had lots of goodies.... dry shampoo, hair ties, lotion, deodorant spray, tampons etc. Signed up my my first full class next week. The worst professionalism at a Club Pilates that I have EVER experienced. Me and my dad had signed up for a class at 6pm, and we got stuck in traffic, due to an accident, and unfortunately we were about 4 minutes late. I walked in around this time, and my dad, walked in 3 minutes later as he had to change. He was told he cannot join the class since he was more than 5 minutes late. Calmly, he attempted to talk to the woman at the front desk and explain the situation. He noticed that he might have been causing a disruption and asked to talk to the woman outside. Upon doing so, once he was outside, the instructor of the class, whose name is Aimee, began bashing him, saying "how disruptive is that?!?" and saying other horrible things about him. There were also comments thrown around that the woman at the front desk shouldn't "have gone outside alone with that strange man". It was at that point that I got up from the class, and told the instructor that that was my dad and there was a reason beyond our control as to why we were late and that her behavior was ridiculous. I want to make it clear that I COMPLETELY understand that there is a late policy, and I am not saying that anyone was in the wrong to not allow my dad into the class. However, what I find APPALLING is how the instructor of the class thought it was okay to say horrible things about him, when he was nothing than polite. If you expect any kind of professionalism and COMMON HUMAN DECENCY from this branch then DO NOT come here. read more

Edit: I've been debating removing this review because leaving 1 star is making me feel so guilty even though I generally rely heavily on honest reviews prior to visiting any business or buying any product. I don't want this review to negatively impact the service I receive nor the instructors and staff at Club Pilates. However, I feel very strongly about my dissatisfaction with their extreme cancellation policy, so I am going to leave the review. Horrible, cancellation policy, makes it feel very much like a for-profit only, anti-member experience business. I tried to overlook this negative facet of Club Pilates for a while now but today was the last straw. As soon as I can find an alternative place to workout I will be canceling my membership. Being charged $10 if you don't give 12 hours notice is so excessive, especially given how much a membership costs. I pay $229/month for unlimited plus an extra $50/month to be able to visit more than just one location, don't you think I really want to attend classes if I'm paying that much? But life comes up, work meetings run long, traffic happens, illness happens. I feel like a 6 hour cancellation policy would be more than adequate. Today I accidentally signed up for 2 classes and called to cancel one (it's currently 9:30am and the class isn't until 7pm this evening) and I was told "Yeah there's nothing I can do about that, sorry, you have to cancel through the app and all I can do is leave notes for the manager". This review is in no way a reflection of the quality of teachers at this location, they are great, especially Sandy, and I hope they are not negatively impacted by my review. My intention with this review is to get management to reconsider their cancellation policy. Trust your members a little more, trust that we enjoy your business enough to WANT to attend classes as much as possible. Trust that we would love to shout from the rooftops how great of a workout it is. I believed in Club Pilates enough to get both of my (retired) parents to sign up for memberships, but based on the cancellation policy I would never recommend this business to anyone who has a remotely busy schedule. Awesome Club Pilates! I'm in the process of rehab and the instructors are really great! I have been taking some one on one classes with an instructor (Kristin Z), which have been helpful to get moving again with my injury without feeling sore the next day. I tried out a group class today and Kristin worked with me to make sure I used modifications to keep the workout effective but without pain. The business is clean and the front desk reception is so sweet and nice. Couldn't have asked for a better introduction into Pilates. read more

If you're new to Pilates or a Pilates Pro... do yourself a favor and try Club Pilates. I have been a member in Arizona for over a year, previous to that discovered Club Pilates in San Diego, life changer. I have been doing Pilates 4-5 times a week and have never felt better! While visiting family in Colorado I was feeling sluggish, not my best. I called the closest Club Pilates and this is where my review begins! Instructor was outstanding! I took Sandy's class by recommendation and well she did not disappoint. Sandy was charismatic, enthusiastic and encouraging during the entire class. Sandy was extremely knowledgable and you could tell took a lot of pride in being a Pilates Instructor. The whole crowd new her, the whole class was feeding off her energy and even did what seemed a choreographed ending ?! Thank you Club Pilates Highlands Ranch for the memorable experience. After an Intro class at Club Pilates Highlands Ranch, I didn't hesitate to sign up! This is the longest I've stayed with something so regularly. Club Pilates Highlands Ranch has many class types and timing options, I've always been able to get into the classes I want at a time that works with my schedule. Also, the instructors are professional, friendly and vary their classes frequently enough to keep things fresh. I have done Pilates for 3 years and now am back at Club Pilates in Highlands Ranch West. I thought I knew Pilates until I began here. With my fractured collarbone I lost my core strength. I have had 3 group lessons and one private lesson and everything is again working. I love the ability to work every area of my body in only 50 minutes! The staff are wonderful and very attentive to everyone's needs; I love their online website where I can keep track of everything you can imagine. I am already feeling great knowing I have an infringement in my shoulder. All it took was a quick check by Kristin in my private and I feel great! This has always bothered me until now. Club Pilates Highalnds Ranch West is exactly what I was looking for. I don't love exercise, but the workouts at Club Pilates became my incentive to get going in the morning. Warning, it can become an obsession because the more you go, the more you'll love it. Try all the instructors as each has their own personality and way of motivating you to get stronger and more flexible. It's perfect for any age and has done wonders for both my psyche and my core. I can't say enough good things about Club Pilates...it's been a game changer for me! I've always been active, but have never found a workout that I could stick with and that had such an impact on my life.
