I love this gym but everything is always broken... Today I…read moregot on my first treadmill and it was unplugged, easy fix? Sure. Before plugging it in I move to another and the screen wasn't working. Okay moving on through my workout 1st stationary bike, screen broken. Moved to gym floor & started the circuit machines - only 1 of 6 not working today. Better than usual I suppose. Workout completed One of my favorite things about this gym is the recover area, so I went to do the leg compression. 1st set (size small) air leak in zone 1. Next set (size small) air leak zone 1. Sitting in 3rd chair down, decide I'll just stick with this set and skip zone one but the chair is broken and won't lean back at all. Decide if I am going to switch chairs at this point I should grab another set but then I was informed the other two sets left out all had leaks too. So I do my 10 minutes with leaks and sitting up straight. Swing by the front desk because I've been a member for over a year and this is pretty much a regular visit here. Once during a GTX class the front plate of the treadmill just fell off while the girl next to me was on it. All we could do was laugh Hate to complain but decide it's time to say something although I've heard from other members it won't change anything... I give it a shot. I report all the items while my husband orders us two protein shakes (about $21) and she said I can file a concern on the app or she can relay the message Monday. I have no intention of figuring out how to report each thing on the app, I honestly don't care that much because we can always switch gyms but I thought I'd give a heads up to anyone considering joining. I do love lots of things about this gym but it's not seeming to be worth the price tag currently. Some pros include the private sauna's in each bathroom and their additional coed saunas by the pool. The pool area in general is awesome, the kids love the slide and the snack bar (not outrageous but priced like you are at a beach club) They do have an adequate amount of equipment, so even with a bunch of broken things I can usually find enough other things to do to complete my workout. Large parking lot and great location.

I've only seen it split into 4 smaller courts for kid's basketball but I see the hoops to be able to make Into larger courts as needed. There's a walking track above the courts. They have an indoor ice rink that can be used as a hardwood for roller hockey, soccer and I don't know what else. There's an indoor turf for soccer. There's also a climbing wall that looks cool and a workout area. My tip- the upper parking lot is much easier for parking!

ZERO STARS I have…read morenever felt so disrespected and unwelcome at a recreation facility by KERRY (also front desk) your manager (KERRY) that represents this dirty stinky place. I came here specifically because I needed a private shower. The woman (KERRY) at the front desk, KERRY did not explain where the private showers were or properly direct me. Instead, I ended up having to go into the locker room, which was dirty showers were with hair and looked like they had not been cleaned scrubbed in days it was disgusting and unpleasant, only to discover that the shower I was given was COLD. I then spent another $4 purchasing a towel, went back to the front desk, and told KERRYthat the shower was cold. KERRY 's response and attitude were incredibly dismissive. She didn't come check the shower, offer another option, or show the slightest concern that I had paid for a service that wasn't functioning properly. What made the experience even worse was how nasty and disrespectful the women at the front desk were toward me. (KERRY) Their (CAMERON) tones and attitudes made me feel unwelcome, as though I was beneath them or an inconvenience. Instead of treating me with basic courtesy, they were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I came in, paid my money, and expected reasonable customer service. Instead, I left feeling embarrassed, frustrated, and completely disregarded. I had to Argue with KERRY to give me my $2.50 back she finally did the 2.50 and then wouldn't refund me for paper thin towel ($4) she sold me. Said I used the towel. How was I supposed to dry off after ice cold water was dumped on me. She (KERRY) stated she was not allowed to refund me ($4) for the towel and continued to argue with me. If you're going to charge people for access to facilities, you should make sure those facilities are clean, functional, and that your front-desk staff actually care when a customer tells them something isn't working. Staff (KERRY manager) should also treat customers with professionalism and respect, regardless of the situation. I would absolutely not recommend this place based on my experience today. The $7 fee wasn't the issue--the **way I was treated by **

They could definitely use a few extra high use machines. The recovery room was awesome. I plan on using the pool, jacuzzi and sauna when I go. So far I'm happy with the gym and my needs. The cardio area was not well ventilated and I know the staff is aware. I personally thought the gym was well staffed and everyone was super kind. There was a gentleman going around cleaning the equipment regularly wearing a shirt saying cleaning staff. Another note the people using the gym that I got to engage with were all super kind. Even the meatheads were nice. I have no issue recommending this gym.

Today a customer asked the GM of this store Mackenzie to the woman locker room and showed here there is no soap comes out of dispenser, without even go ahead push it Mackenzie said: no there is soap in it. I helped push all of them and none of them dispensed soap. Then she said "they are just broken". The customer said they are broken for months, Mackenzie said "that's not true", customer asked her "are saying I'm lying ?", then I said they indeed were broken for months. Mackenzie appeared to be mad. I also pointed her to the pile of garbage in the shower room and all the dark stuff and she shrugged. I said i come here almost everyday but never saw a janitor, she said "that is not true". The other customer tried to show her something else, she just left. I saw the customer chasing her out and asked what is your name. She said something rude as the customer was astonished. I found her name at front desk, and I'd like to post exactly what happened. Hope this helps when you are looking for a fitness club.

But the coaches left and the new ones were nowhere near the quality of the others and the equipment started breaking down and would not get fixed. The microphone screeched and the music was way too loud and awful. Seems like a business taking its members for granted.

75% improvement in squat depth in less than an hour!…read more Owner Jesse knows his stuff! I came in looking to improve my squat technique and depth and was blown away by the results achieved in a single session. I'd thought my ankles were the problem, but he accurately pinpointed "frozen" SI after a quick visual test and brief hands-on exam. I'm needle-phobic so had never tried acupuncture or dry needling before. Jesse was deft, gentle and professional throughout the procedure. I won't say I enjoyed it, but the discomfort was entirely manageable and the results were amazing! In under an hour, he achieved more improvement than I've managed in 5 years of frustrated effort! I compete kettlebell sport and lack of mobility has been holding me back - excited about the possibility for growth in strength and stability that this may unlock! My teenaged son also had beginner powerlifting workouts with Jesse and Matt - both were patient, encouraging and made sure he learned proper technique. The gym atmosphere is family friendly - a rare find among weightlifting gyms. We look forward to attending classes again once the Covid-19 restrictions are lifted!
