When we tried to resolve this, the owner, Sage, called me a liar, hung up the phone on us, and completely refused to have a sit-down meeting to discuss the situation. The facilities are poorly maintained. The equipment is consistently dirty and dusty, the Wi-Fi rarely works, and there are only four stretching mats available for the entire gym. I have also noticed bugs on the carpeted areas. The bathrooms are equally neglected. The women's restroom has been out of toilet paper for days at a time and is frequently dirty. To make matters worse, the owners are never present to assist members or manage these ongoing issues. I do not recommend this gym. The ownership handles customer feedback with hostility and fails to maintain basic cleanliness and amenities.

The studio is conveniently close but after my experience at this one, I won't be coming back. The front staff were kinda rude and when I explained this was my first time to this studio and first workout in a while, they were dismissive and not helpful in letting me know where anything was. I probably was nervous because this was my first big girl workout after having a baby, but when I didn't know where the lockers were, one of the members told me where and I heard the two ladies at the desk giggle and say "She's so lost." Wasn't a very welcoming experience. The instructor was fine, but a lady was there for her first class and fell off the treadmill. The instructor seemed to reprimand her more than ask how she was doing. Overall, I might give OTF another try because I like their workout formats, but never again here.

Must be attracted to all that wisdom we now have. Well, I didn't want them overstaying their welcome, right on my hips, any longer than they already had but I needed to up my game and do something different. Enter Orangetheory. This is a workout that will kick your metabolism up a notch. Is it hard? Yes. Unless you slack off during class. But why would you do that? You paid to be there. You want to be svelte. You want to get the most out of your body and your dollars, right? So use the heart rate monitor that you wear during class and get the most out of every minute. You will burn calories during class, and you'll burn more calories after class and into the next day. And you'll be strong and healthy and looking good. Best of all, you manage the workout. The trainer will not yell at you and push you to go harder than you should -- you're in charge. You see your heart rate, you listen to your body, you make it work. And every person at Orangetheory, from the front desk people to the trainers, are supportive and friendly. Makes it easy to go back.

LFT is where they hold strength training classes using barbell, dumbbells, etc. FLOW is yoga classes under infrared panels. And RED a HIIT training using both cardio equipment and weights. In addition you get unlimited 10 mins of massage chair time. I love the variety of classes and how they build you up. The ease of the app is great where you can sign up for your station or mat space so the there's no fighting for spots or discomfort of overcrowded classes. I do wish their cancellation is more flexible, you have to cancel 12 hours prior to class or get a cancellation fee. No show fee is greater than cancellation fee. I had a cancellation fee because I got the flu the morning of. I wish it was more like other sign-up classes like OTF/other CrossFit gyms where they allowed 2 hours cancelation prior to class without fee. But the cancellation fee is small. The instructors and staff are all knowledgeable and personable. Equipments seems to get fixed quick if there's issues. As someone with asthma, the spaces have great circulation, making it easier to focus on the workouts and not whether I can breathe. I do wish they have quick rinse showers by the whirlpool for those coming out of the sauna and steam room to rinse off before entering the whirlpool. Overall spaces are kept clean and tidy (way better than a couple of gyms I used to be a member of), layout is spacious where it doesn't feel like you're stacked on top of each other, has a good path flow to wander the gym.
