Looking for a nice golf course? This is the place! When Katie F. and I found this spot down the road from her new home, we were excited to check it out and I'm sure glad we did! We spent the morning on the driving range, and for a bucket of 60 balls it was only $8! The range itself is huge! There is so much space to spread out, that it doesn't feel crowded with other golfers. Although we stuck with the driving range and didn't play a course, it looks like they offer a par 3 on their executive courses, along with a par 4. Not to mention, the bar and grill had a patio with a killer view overlooking parts of the range. Seeing as how we thoroughly enjoyed our morning golfing, I'm sure we will be back soon! read more

I booked a tee time through GolfNow for this little executive course that is advertised as "great for kids." I had my son looking forward to playing golf all week to be greeted by a proShop that almost refused to let us play. After going back and forth and me begging to play after driving an hour and a half to be on time to a 6:15 tee time, they agreed to let us play. On our way out of the proShop we were tough talked and told we would be removed from the course if we held up pace of play and golf etiquette(I shot even par don't talk to me about etiquette) We of course had a blast when we were out there so well done to the greens keeper! After the round we sat and had some food and a lemonade. I watched one of the staff come and publicly dress down a group for playing behind pace. The pace got screwed up at the beginning of the day as we were waiting on every shot first thing in the morning. If you are going to run an executive course- you designed it for beginners. That is why I was there with my kid and many others were with their kid. I would understand if I were at BearDance and beginners were out there and holding up pace of play but not at the links in HR. I obviously won't be back even though my dad and I played the course when I was growing up. Golf is a generational game you guys could try embracing that instead of turning folks off from the game. Lastly, fix the way you advertise your rates. They charged me $180 for myself, my kid and a cart. Website and golf now say otherwise. Very disappointing experience especially since my son and I have played on much nicer courses and have been treated MUCH better. read more

COME HERE! (Couples leagues, along with men's, women's and kids leagues are offered, along with Sunday Funday leagues!) Craving an ice cold beverage after playing 9 holes? COME HERE! (The links grill is cooking up some delicious eats and has a full bar! Killer patio and plenty of seating included!) Because we are closing on a home just up the street, we were pleasantly surprised to find Links was just a stones throw away from our new digs! Was recently introduced to this course by a co worker that lives nearby. I have to say I really like it. I've gone twice now and played both the front and back nine holes. The executive course offers a nice blend of mainly par 3 with a a few par 4 thrown into the mix. You will not find a par 5 though. The grounds are kept up nicely and the greens are quite fast. The staff is always polite and welcoming the moment you walk in. That's always appreciated. The grill offers inexpensive sandwiches and beverages of all sorts. Make it a double always I say. The Links is a bit off the beaten path near Quebec and C470 but def worth the drive to enjoy a relaxing day of golf. read more

Short executive course that is always in great condition. Pace of play is good, value is great. Kitchen/grill will disappoint, but there is great food near by. Very happy to have this course so close to home. read more

Love this course! Not too hard and not too easy! Just right! Deer literally on the course it was so gorgeous! Played a nice round with some great friends and had a fabulous time. Great golf shop staff and the bartender girls were so funny and accommodating. read more

***AVOID AT ALL COST*** Looking for a place to unwind and play some golf on a Sunday? DO NOT COME HERE!! I read the previous great reviews and saw the prices advertised on the website and thought this would be a wonderful, inexpensive place to spend a day golfing 18 with two friends. Boy was I ever wrong. First off the prices advertised online are 100% inaccurate. We paid $170 for three people to play $18 with two carts. Advertised on their website at $40 a person for 18 with a cart. From the moment I got there I was rushed and treated like I was scum because we took a wrong turn and were 3 minutes past our tee time. They told me as we checked in "well you are late you know?" like I can't read the time? They moved our threesome to the next tee time so we wouldn't be "holding everyone up" in their words. As we are pulling away from the clubhouse to the first tee box, they come over the loud course speakers and say "(my last name) group make sure you catch up to the group in front of you". So we skip the first hole to accommodate their wishes. Once we get to the next whole there are three groups in front of us all waiting back to back to back. So we skipped the first hole and were rudely rushed for absolutely no reason. Then, as we are making the turn, two of us needed to use the restroom and one was waiting on a breakfast sandwich from the restaurant. As I was walking back to my cart from the clubhouse bathroom, once again they came over the course intercom speaker and said "(my last name) are you going to make the turn?" knowing damn well we paid for 18 holes. It was at this point I told my friends I'm sorry but I am done playing here with this nonsense. We turned our carts in and I asked for a refund for the second nine because of all of the reasons I listed above. They told me they couldn't refund me because I had paid for all 18. All they could give me was a rain check for half price of the $170 green fee. Unfortunately I will not be coming back to waste my time being harassed by the most unprofessional golf course I have ever been to. They are trying WAY too hard to be a "premier" golf course by acting like they run Augusta when they're running a backyard golf course that's worth a $10 green fee, MAX. Make the course nicer and then you can act like the a**holes you are. P.S. this receives 1 star and not 0 ONLY because the lady who worked at the grill was super sweet and made a killer breakfast sandwich, which I enjoyed in my car after leaving the course. ***AVOID AT ALL COST*** read more

Great golf course. Very well maintained and excellent value for the price. Only reason it gets four stars instead of five is that the marshals were a bit overzealous and actually slowed down our pace of play by stopping us on two separate occasions for seemingly no reason. read more

Love this golf course. Staff is extremely friendly and course is always in great shape. Is it busy? Of course it is, but that's a good thing for a local business. Food is also really good. Horrible experience this morning. The pro shop staff was rude and not following recommended Covid protocols or offering accommodations for high risk individuals (i.e. single carts for non-family members). There is no mention of their cart policy on the website or any building signage. One of two people behind the desk was also not wearing a face mask (state mandated for all indoor facilities since 7/17/2020). We never made it to the course and won't return. Spend your $ elsewhere. read more

The course is nice and well maintained but the staff is rude and the manager made some racist remarks to the twosome we were playing with. The entire time the rangers watched our group like hawks and made remarks only to the twosome we were with and no other players on the course around us. They were singled out the entire day, then at the end one of the managers suggested that they find a different place to play next time. So yeah, nice course if you're not of any color or ethnicity! read more

Okay, keep in mind that I'm a lousy golfer. On a par 72 course, I shoot somewhere north of 120. That said, the Links is a course that's pretty much my speed. There are no par 5s, and their par 4s aren't very long. The last time I golfed there with my wife (who is similarly lousy as a golfer) we finished 9 holes comfortably in under 90 minutes. If you're a good golfer looking for a challenge, you probably won't find it here. If you're a lousy golfer or you just don't want a long outing, I think you'll like the Links. The course is well maintained, and I've always had a good time playing. read more

I have been playing here for 4-5 years, including the men's league a few years. The course is always in great shape, greens super fast in summer. You better show up with you "A" game if you want a great score. stay in the fairway and take it easy on your second and approach shots. This course will eat your lunch if you get to crazy. Staff courteous and kind and the food is great, much better the The Ridge at Castle Pines. Come out and test your short game and accuracy and most of all have fun. read more

Lady at the register and manager in the office were complete jerks. My friend and I booked a tee time and I decided to bring my 7 and 9 year olds with me. We asked for another cart and they refused. Attitude from the start. Completely outraged that I had the nerve to bring my kids. Manager even told my friend "Its not my fault your friend decided to bring his kids". They said two carts per group and no exceptions. The twosome that was playing with us had a cart so we were only allowed one cart. There were plenty of carts outside when we were arguing, plenty of carts when we hit the turn, plenty of carts when we finished the round. They very easily could have let us rent another cart. We werent asking for free, we wanted to pay. I paid $54 for the one cart because they charged me for 3 riders and we wanted to pay another full price for a second cart but customer satisfaction was no concern of theirs. All they cared about was making sure they made it clear that my kids were not welcome on their course so they could hoard golf carts next to the clubhouse for some reason. PLENTY of carts, all they had to do was charge me for another one and send me on my way. Instead they made a scene in the clubhouse. Went on and on about how this was the policy. no more than two carts per group. Been that way for 2 years. Even during covid they made strangers ride together because that was their policy. You should have seen they way they treated the guy in line in front of me trying to pay for his stuff with a gift certificate. These two have no business being customer facing employees. Seems these two are in way over their heads and they are taking it out on their customers. read more

I live less than 10 minutes from The Links and have played here consistently for over two years. You can usually find an open tee time any day and the course is fairly maintained. Unfortunately, the club's staff has suffered from a lack of professionalism and has lead to many poor experiences. Recently, I left a range finder in my cart after a round and immediately called the club to see if it was found. They confirmed that they had found it and I asked that they mark it with my name as I could not come back to pick it up that day. Their staff verified that it had been set aside with my name and phone number and to stop by whenever to pick it up. When I did stop by they didn't have it. One of the managers of the club told me directly that their staff must've handed it out to another person by mistake and there's nothing they could do. After losing a lot of value in this range finder I kindly asked how we could resolve this issue and I was told, "Yeah, I don't know what to tell you." It's very disappointing to receive this service level after being a loyal customer to this club for many years. While it's very convenient to drive right down the street and play at The Links, moving forward, I would rather spend the extra time in my day to go to another course. read more

Good course if you are golfing off season, other than that this course during the busy time of year to play 9 holes expect to wait alot. The older people that work in the pro shop are a little grumpy! We have played this course alot, and we keep hoping that it will get better, but unfortunately it doesn't. Expect your golfing at this course to be longer than usual! read more

Overall it's a nice executive course but I just really don't like playing small courses. It was super busy when we went and it took a while to get a tee time. I think the price is almost $30 to walk which is quite expensive. The only scenery you get is looking at retired people sitting on their back patio. The course is in decent shape but for the money there are better deals to be had within 15 minutes. I would play here again if they lowered the prices but for that price I can play a full par 72 course. read more

Flew in Sunday late afternoon and decided to get some golf in. Course was only 10 mins away from where I was staying so I decided to check it out. Nice little executive course. Short par 4s and lots of par 3s - l played the front nine and I think the longest par 4 was just under 400 yds from the white tees. If you want longer I suppose you can just move back to the blues (but I'm a hacker so I stayed with whites). I played the front 9 and it was enjoyable. Helped that I was a one-some with nobody behind me and only a two-some in front who played efficiently. The course is pretty well maintained and there is some course character so it's not like your typical muni. Very walkable. Golf shop front desk was very nice - two nice ladies helped me check in quickly so I could hop on just before the two-some. Overall a pleasant experience - when I'm in town again, I will be back. read more
