I found Harry messerian online and used his persian carpet cleaning services about 5 months ago. After I got home with my beautifully cleaned carpets, I noticed that there were two more rugs rolled up in another corner of the living room! So back to Harry I went and dropped them off. Messerian Rugs is a good 45-50 minute drive from my home so I was a bit annoyed with myself for not seeing these two rugs earlier but because Harry is so nice and does such beautiful work, I did not hesitate to go back to him. I recently cleaned my oriental rug at Messerian oriental rugs for the first time since my mother purchased this rug over 25yrs ago. I thought this rug is lost cause due to food and dog urine stains which also had an unbearable smell. However, Mr Messerian surprisingly restored the rug and completely removed the urine smell. I recently got my rug cleaned from here and absolutely love the results! I spilled wine on my rug and immediately dropped off to get it cleaned. It took them so much effort to get it off as wine is one of the most difficult stains to remove. But when I went there to pick it up, I couldn't even see where the stain was!! The crew returning the rugs was professional and they were diligent in ensuring my satisfaction with the results of Messerian's expert restoration and the placement of each rug in my home. As an added service I requested mats for each rug which Messerian made at nominal cost to go either on top of carpet or hardwood floors. I rarely write reviews on yelp but felt compelled to do so as my experience was so positive with Harry at Messerian rugs. I actually own a very old and expensive Persian rug which my bichon puppy has taken a liking to. My rug was cleaned beautifully and returned quickly which I appreciated as I was having a dinner party! I have used other rug cleaners in the area over the past few years but Messerian Rugs impressed me the most with their professionalism and quality of work. Everything you reading in these reviews about Harry and Messerian Oriental Rugs is 100%true - in fact 5 stars doesn't due them justice. I wish I could give them 10 stars. I brought in a bright blue wool flat weave Moroccan rug that I was terrified to clean because I was certain the color would run, as I had been warned by other places. It also has a lot of hand stitching that I was concerned would be damaged. I traveled with it all through Morocco and slept on it in the desert, it has tremendous sentimental value to me. Besides traveling with it, I've had it for 15 years 7 of which it was in storage- to call it dirty would be an understatement. It now looks like it was made yesterday. The color is vibrant, not a speck of dust on it, it is still soft and flexible, and it smells sooo clean. Not only is the quality of the work done at Messerians superior, but dealing with Harry was a pleasure and a privilege. He is a truly lovely man a very gentle personality. It is rare that you meet someone who is in business to truly do good. Do yourself a favor and have that rare encounter with Harry. He is strictly interested in making people happy with with the quality of his work and doing so at a fair and reasonable price. Never once did he try to up-sell me or pressure me into purchasing a mat for underneath the rug. He even texted me to let me know that it was ready. This couldn't have been a better experience and I look forward to having my rug cleaned again in the future. It was such a great pleasure for me to get to know Harry and I'm so happy I found this place!! A week ago my son had sneakily played with some slime toy in our living room and had spilled it all over our rug. Seemed like my son tried to clean up the mess by himself by rubbing it with Kleenex which made the color penetrate even deeper into the fabric. By the time I found out about it, the chemicals had dried up leaving orange stains all over our rug and I wasn't able to get it off at all. He gave me a very good price and said he will try to do his best to clean the rug. My fiancé and I were moving into a new home and were considering ordering a rug online, until we were driving on Colorado blvd. and saw Messerian so decided to stop in. We were so glad we did. Harry was very helpful with helping us to choose some options for our new living room and along with his staff, laid out various options of rugs for us to see (looked like a lot of manual labor even to do that) until we chose a few that we liked best. We set up an appointment time then for him and his employees to meet us at our new home and they showed us all of our favorite options one at a time, until we chose the rug that was best for that room. Harry also chipped in and gave us advice on some of the color scheming with the rugs and some couches that we had specially designed for the room (which helped us greatly in deciding on our final rug).
