Let me first start off by saying I've been wearing fake lashes for about 10 years now. Yep! Since freshman year in HS! My go-to is the disposable strip lashes (ardell, daiso ones, and whatever is sold at skylark in GG). They're easy, handy, and affordable. I love Lien and am so excited with my gorgeous new lashes!! I only wish I had found her sooner because mascara irritates my eyes and so do the mascara removers. I have very fine and sparse lashes, and I wanted a light, feathery look, so Lien gave me the faux mink lashes in a medium length, and I couldn't be happier!! She is an expert, so gentle and her demeanor is peaceful and lovely, so I felt comfortable and trusted her completely. This is my favorite place to get my lashes done. You can text or call for an appointment and they respond pretty quickly. The prices that they offer are very reasonable and not expensive at all. There are a couple of girls in the shop that you can go to but I don't really have a specific person I like to go to because I think they're all great. I've been here more than a handful of times and they always make my eyelashes look full and gorgeous. It's a tiny shop near the corner of a small plaza but I never had trouble finding this place or trouble with parking. If you're a first timer, I definitely recommend coming here because everyone is so friendly and nice and they'll explain to you how your lashes would look. read more

Lien is second to none. She is meticulous with her work and quality-conscious when it comes to her services. I go to her for a routine relash and she's great. She's quite the charm and will remember everything you tell her, whether it be about your nephew's upcoming birthday party or that you landed a new job. She is undeniably sweet and attentive. She takes her time with each client and may go 5-10 minutes over, but that's just her adding some extra awesomeness to her service. She was running late one time and she texted me saying that she's going to be a tad bit late. Her husband hangs out at the salon as well, and he is very kind too. Lien is the type of person you can be frank with if you prefer this over that, because she will go to great lengths promising excellent service. I had been going to Mesmerizing Lashes for almost a year but the last time I went I had my lashes done by JOY. Please don't get your lashes by her!!!! I went straight from work due to my busy schedule and she was upset with me because I had some eyeshadow. Many of the times I had gone before they never made it a big deal. She made me take it off and I asked her politely why others have done the lashes with my makeup on. She was upset that I asked and she started talking to other workers in other rooms while she was doing my lashes. I know she was talking about me in her language since she kept repeating make up. She was so upset that she poke me with the eyelash wand which had liquid. She never apologized and didn't care. My eyes were burning. At the end she just ripped the tape off my eyes as well. My eyes were so swollen the next day and she did such a bad job by using so much glue. She used so much glue that some eyelashes were stuck together. I am so upset since eyelashes should be a delicate process since it is being placed on your eyes. Her unprofessionalism was so atrocious and unethical. I will not be returning to Mesmerizing Lashes. THEY BLOCKED MY NUMBER LOL. This review is overdue by a week, but I came back to say that you guys are very unprofessional. I only came here once & admittedly, I really liked it. Don't get me wrong, their work isn't bad. The environment seemed nice too. So I called to make an appointment for my refills. Although it was out of my way from where I live and work, I figured it was worth it. However, I got held up at work that day and my appointment slipped my mind, nor was I able to pick up my phone to make calls- it's a policy of ours. Either way, I take full responsibility for not calling in earlier to cancel my appointment. When Mesmorizing Lashes texted me about it, I apologized and told them my situation. They left me with, "Next time, if you can't make it, call to let us know." I'm like alright, understandable. So a few days later, I tried calling both the number listed on Yelp and the number they used to text me & it went straight to voicemail. I thought their line was busy, but for both lines to be busy?? So I hid my number and called instead. What do you know?? It went through. That's how I knew they blocked my number LMAO. So I took it to yelp to book my appointment anyway, I thought whatever, I shouldn't be pissed about it. Again, I sent them a message and apologized. I asked if they had availability that same day. They responded and asked for my number (probably to find it in their block list and unblock me). When they texted me all they said was "Sorry. We all booked for today." That's it. No follow up. No, "Would you like to schedule for another day?" Nothing. Keep in mind this was my FIRST time ever scheduling an appointment with them and not making it. I've only been here one other time. Your tactic was a little drastic don't you think? So two stars cause I admit their work was okay, better than the last place I went to (Lashify). I love this place! The price is amazing compared to other lash places. Usually most lash places are 100+ dollars but for me a full set was $80 and fills were $50. The environment is really nice and relaxing and everybody who works there is super nice. The last 3 times I have gone to Ivy and I think she did a really good job. My lashes were very full and they lasted quite long. If you pay with cash you get $10 off which is a bonus. If you want to make an appointment I would do it early because they tend to fill up and get super busy sometimes. Another thing I like about this place is how fast the lash technicians are. For a full set I was in and out after 1 hour, and for my fill it only took around 30-45 minutes. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody who needs there lashes done. read more

I finally found my go to place for my eyelashes! Niki is great! She gets my eyelashes to last 4 weeks! $50 for a fill and $90 for a full set. When I first came here Niki charged me $80 for a fill though. I honestly don't know why. I mean, I came in with eyelashes from another place, which is also probably why she charged me $80. But I was really glad and satisfied that she was willing to work on my left over lashes from another place! Other lash places, they don't want to work with someone else's work. She told me that the reason it's $80 though was because I asked for a really volumized lashes. Anyways, no big deal. Other than that one time, I've been charged $50 every time. The man in the front is also very nice and friendly. I waited one time for 30 minutes and he was very apologetic, which was really not a big deal to me. The only reason I took one star off is because the 2nd time I came there I got another lady named Ivy. Let me tell you. My lashes started falling off that 1st week. They were crooked. The eyelashes kept poking my eye because she didn't apply them correctly! Or something I don't know. AND she was sick the ENTIRE time she was doing my lashes. So she was sneezing and coughing in my face while applying the lashes. That is very unsanitary. It's infecting your customers. If you are sick in this business, you shouldn't come to work. Also, which is also probably why my lashes were crooked because she kept sneezing and probably wasn't able to stabilize herself in applying the lashes. Anyways, other than that complain. I will always stick to Niki now. When you call and schedule, make sure you schedule with the lash lady that you want so you won't be disappointed. I have an appointment with her in 2 weeks again, and I can't wait, my lashes looks fabulous! Saves me so much time getting ready in the morning for work. This a great place for eyelash extensions! It was my first time getting extensions and I really didn't know what to expect. I wish I could remember the name of my tech because she was great! I explained that I wanted them to look natural and she delivered. I kept getting compliments and some people even asked what kind of mascara I use or if my eyelashes were mine. I answered yes, I paid for them lol. The whole process took about an hour and when I was paying a gentleman came up to me to ask what I think about the service. I'm giving this place three out of five stars because although this service is great and I love my lashes by Emily I come here to relax and I could not do so today during my appointment. There were about four kids yelling and playing music awfully loud and because like most lash salons there is not closed rooms it was very annoying. I have a son as well so I understand kids are loud but I think it's a little inappropriate to have your very young children there unsupervised while you get your lashes done causing other customers to not enjoy their experience. Best eyelash place EVER! It's affordable and they're friendly! I've been coming to them for almost a year now and I have gotten my eyelashes done with a few of the girls there and they all do an amazing job! There's a couple things I don't like from this place, though. Number one, it's right next door to some liquor store/smoke shop and about half the time there's questionable individuals hanging around the parking lot, some of them asking for money. Number two, sometimes other women who work there (maybe in their breaks or down time) will stop by to chat with the woman doing your lashes, it's quite uncomfortable. You have a woman talking when she's only inches away from your face, not very professional.
