We brought it back about an hour later hoping there was anything they could possibly do to save it. What happened next is the reason I'm writing this review. The owner went completely above and beyond for us. She stayed HOURS later than she needed to, personally working to rebuild and restore our cake. She somehow managed to bring it back to life and make it beautiful again. She didn't charge us anything for all that extra time and work, and then, incredibly, even gave us another cake on the side. That kind of kindness and dedication to a customer is something I won't forget. I'm back at Pinho's again now for another birthday because after that experience, choosing where to get the cake wasn't even a question. Their cakes are beautiful, creative, high quality, and absolutely delicious, but it's the people behind them that made me a returning customer. 5/5 for the cake. 11/10 for the service.
