I was a little disappointed with the blueberry yogurt cake - tasted stale (ugh), but the mochi donuts were yummy! This location is pretty new, less than 1 yr old. Right around the corner from Chipotle, on the 18th Avenue busy hub. Self service, tray, line with parchment, grab your goodies and pay. The staff are nice and friendly. Clean, roomy enough for customers to browse what they want but smaller than the location on 86th St. Although the price point is higher than your Asian bakery, the aesthetic and variety and taste makes it worth while. **First Time Visit & Definitely Not the Last!** I stopped by this location for the first time and loved the self-serve style of dining. Walking in, the space was clean with a calm, quiet ambience and light music playing in the background -- such a relaxing vibe. You're greeted right away, then directed to the plastic trays, a box of parchment paper what company will logo and your own single-use tongs. From there, you get to browse at your own pace through two beautiful display cases filled with beautiful desserts and cakes, and tarts. Also well as two fully stocked fridges filled with drinks, sandwiches, and salads (which looked SO fresh and delicious -- definitely trying those next time!). The two baristas working were incredibly friendly and engaging. They were knowledgeable about the drinks, happy to offer recommendations, and made the experience feel welcoming. They offer cakes, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate -- perfect for pairing with dessert. Now let's talk about the good part... the pastries I tried the jumbo twisted cinnamon donut, a croissant donut, and the chocolate supreme croissant. I remember when I first visited a Paris Baguette in the city 10 years ago and was so impressed with their pasties and cakes. So I was very happy to hear about one opening up in Bensonhurst. I like to get my fix of pumpkin spice latte here but I like to go in the morning for the pastries because that's when they are mostly fresh. I've gotten them in the afternoon and they are always so hard to eat. The staff here is so kind and was very helpful when I was trying to figure out how to use the coupons that was mailed to me. I'm over the moon about this Paris Baguette. Why, because finally there's one where I can walk to instead of takng the subway. It's right on the corner of Chipotle too. I cannot believe it's been a month since they opened and I just found out about it. I checked it out during one of my walks with my baby. I bought my favorite croissant pastry with citrus icing and a pecan pastry for my husband. Delicious! The best part of the experience was that when I went up to pay, I found out I could redeem a free pastry because of the points I accumulated on my Paris Baguette app. Yay!! I loved that the inside of the shop was neat and organized. The pastries were not cramped but displayed nicely and they were inviting. The service was good. The employees were friendly and helpful. This newly opened location is fairly small compared to other Brooklyn branches. Came in to redeem my PB points for an Iced latte drink. Display counter was fully stocked with cakes and pastries, and staff members were able to assist customers with orders quickly and efficiently. Some seatings were available at the corner end of the store and were kept clean. The condiment table was also kept pretty tidy/clean. Overall, a good PB location. read more

Finally! They opened a Paris Baguette close to my mom's house! Much more convenient to get pastries and cakes for family events! The store is nice and clean and the atmosphere is comfortable. The staffs are super friendly and can provide suggestions on drinks. The pastries are fresh and delicious! I got the lavender matcha frappe. It was not too sweet so perfect for the summer. When you walk into an establishment such as this one, you expect to be greeted by the smell of baked goods, not the smell of what I would call a dirty, wet mop. It's not inviting what's so ever. I personally love Paris Baguette and have visited several, this is the only one that when you walk into, you want to turn around and walk out immediately because the smell is so overbearing. **Updated - So I sent an email as instructed, guess what - nothing, not even an acknowledgement after 3 days.** While I have always been a big fan of Paris Baguette - please stay away - FAR AWAY from this location at 6502 18th Avenue. I placed an order for the Winter Village Holiday cake and requested if they can add a penguin figure that I was willing to pay for. Long story short - my cake was completely missing the Village center piece and there was not a single strawberry on the cake. What did I get instead? 4 penguins playing in brown turd. See attached photo. This cake ruined my holiday party. I can understand if the request cannot be accommodated or they ran out of the Village center piece, but the least they could do was to call me. I was excited to see this place open up but knew it would change soon. Came here 3 separare times. Already this place is a turn off, teens flood in (even at night!) hang out, even when seats aren't available. As expected given how the area is now..I've lived in the area my whole life (since 1980) & it's gone downhill, unfortunately. It's like we can't have anything nice open up in the neighborhood anymore because the people that moved in the area don't care about cleanliness & can be rude! Also have someone handle the cashier & another different person handle food/coffee please! One of the girls who had gloves on behind the counter was handling money AND pastries/coffee.. she was wearing a wig under her hat & I saw her scratch her hair with the glove she was wearing then make a guy, coffee.
