I had passed by it once or twice before and thought it was just a factory. But being that I had started coming in the area twice a week. I decided to park and peek in. The shop on the inside is very nice and clean. They have nice display cases displaying all the different chocolates they make. The gentleman who makes the chocolates is super nice and very friendly. I've had multiple conversations with him about his chocolate. From what I remember, they use more cocoa and less sugar similar to a European chocolate over an American chocolate. I would say there was probably a while where I was coming in and buying a half pound every week. I think my favorites have to be the turtles, the non-parels, and the truffles. I know they also have an online store, so if you are not local you could always order from online. However, if you are local it is worth stopping in. They are only open Wednesdays through Saturdays and they close around 5: 00.

The ice cream was smooth, creamy of course, and had the perfect amount of Biscoff crumbles mixed into it. Their cookie dough topping pieces were a little bit smaller in size than other ice cream places, and they were sweet and easy to chew. After passing by this cute little shop for years, I'm so glad we finally stopped in! It's definitely going to be my staple 'sweet treat' location for the New Brunswick area.

They've got a broken seat in the corner, which cause one of our group to almost fall into their ice cream! Hopefully they can get that fixed soon. Ice cream is decent! Smoothie also. What drew me to her page initially was the fact that she uses organic ingredients. If you're gonna have a cake, why not have a somewhat healthy one? Despite being across the country and working with a time difference (I currently live in California, but my godson is in NJ), I was able to coordinate with Nicole about the cake I had in mind. Given the pandemic, I made the tough decision to not attend his first birthday party out of safety concerns. Naturally, I still wanted to get him something special for such an important milestone.
