The water to grit ratio was spot on and the natural grit flavor wasn't overpowered by the butter, yet the butter was present and added to the creamy smooth texture that was accomplished. The only thing I really wasn't crazy about is the ketchup glaze that comes on it. Next time I will see if I can possibly get it without the ketchup glaze and have them just serve it with the gravy that is also served on the meatloaf. Plenty of seating here. You can either sit at the bar or there are also plenty of tables in the dining room if you'd prefer to sit there. When the weather is nice they do have outdoor dining tables as well.
