This coffee shop, which is so nice and clean and friendly and has delicious food and drinks has been in the area for a couple of years. I'm talking about Weymouth, which is my hometown. I don't know why I hadn't stopped in before. I did stop in twice this week and I highly recommend it. The people are very friendly and the food is good. They have lots of salads and different sandwiches. I just had an egg cheese bacon on a croissant And a peppermint iced latte. I hope you will visit. It's nice to have an alternative to Starbucks, although 1 am a Starbucks fan. read more

I haven't been in Fuel America for a few months, so I was happy to be back- and I wasn't disappointed! The coffee is delicious, the baked goods are delicious and everything people were ordering looked delicious! Customer service is still so good, even though my favorite smiling face (Mary) is no longer there, and the customers who were sitting inside looked happy. There's a lot to be said for an independent coffee house that a big chain just can't provide. I'm happy to stay local with Fuel! read more

Service was friendly, it's not a place for groups more than about 3-4. The cookie we got was good. The turkey bacon sandwich was also good, nice airy soft flatbread but there was one slice of turkey, and one slice of cheese. Not worth the money. Iced chais were your normal chai, not my favorite but it was fine! read more

I wanted to like this coffee shop more but with the high prices and average food there's nothing that was keeping me coming back. The atmosphere is nice and clean. I got a bulletproof coffee for $9.00. The bagels were average at best. read more

A group of 6 of us went to Trivia last night and it was so much fun! Between all of us we tried almost the full menu and have only praise for the food and drinks. My fav was the burrata. And the wine list is good. A suggestion: chairs with backs (not benches) for seating at the low tables. And cushions for the Adirondack chairs ... I've also enjoyed the musical Saturday afternoons. Nice spot to grab a quick coffee on the go. Definitely an upgrade from the usual Dunks, Mary Lous, and Starbucks options in the area. The cold brew was smooth and 24 oz for around $4 isn't bad. They had a standard list of coffee drinks so don't expect many specialty lattes here. It was very quiet inside for a week day afternoon so you could certainly work inside or enjoy working outside. Better yet the library is next door so you can walk over and work out of their beautiful space. There is a parking lot in the back so no need to deal with street parking. read more

New favorite coffee shop. I've gone here a couple times during the week and it's been minimally busy, always multiple seats to choose from on either side of the coffee shop (I prefer around the corner away from the counter, there is more seating and if you're lucky you can sit in some fairly comfy arm chairs). Each time I've come here I've stayed for a couple hours to either write or get other work done. There are outlets scattered around next to various tables/seating options for if you bring a laptop and it's definitely a place you feel welcomed to settle in and stay for awhile. The noise level is tolerable though I do bring noise canceling headphones because of course there are other humans and there is music playing though not obnoxiously so (and they actually have a nice playlist going). Their lattes are really good and the baked items I've tried are delicious (just the croissants and peach muffins so far). Staff is fairly friendly and service is quick. I will continue to return here. read more

I used to love Fuel America. Although it is a franchise, it had a local coffee shop feel. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and it is usually calm and quiet. My most recent visit was disappointing. The service was slow and we were the only customers. The coffee is good but overpriced, and the pastry was not up to their usual standards. The croissants tasted stale. It was the end of the day, but I've been there in the late afternoon several times and did not get stale pastry. The milk and cream decanters were empty. I'm going to take a break from Fuel; there are several other coffee shops in the area. It's too bad because it is a convenient location and has off street parking. read more

I really like this place and I'm glad they're in Weymouth. The variety of menu items they offer is great. I'm a big fan of the smoothies/acai bowls. Today I tried the prolatta coffee drink in Salted caramel. It was delicious and bonus, kept me full for hours. I ordered online and it was ready sooner even than promised. Coffee is fine. I go often enough to consider myself a regular and to support the business of a coffee option in the area that isn't Dunkin. Staff is friendly enough, but do not seem to have the basics service and barista training. Find myself often waiting on them to get off their phones at the counter and having to walk them through how much ice or milk goes in a drink that is offered on their menu. I am hopeful they improve as a community business and less as a chain. read more
