The food and drinks were delicious, the service was great, the place is clean! I wish they have more tables, but it's a food truck, so it's given. The address that shows up on the map is the general area of pearlridge, but it's closer to wear Sears was before. I would definitely come back and eat here again.

I had the ribs it was nice and tender but a little too sweet for me. If you like sweet than it's right up you ally. Next time I'd like to try other items in their menu. I enjoyed the Ube-Chata drink. Very delicious!!

Yay to more Filipino eateries opening up! Checked out their food truck at Pearlridge twice and ordered their sisig nachos, Bisteak and eggs, Taiwanese fried chicken, and lumpia to go. Everything super tasty. Owners super friendly too. Go early to avoid the lines.

Finally got to try this spot. I work close by so it was super convenient and I always grab lunch for my coworkers as well. So I told them about this spot and they were excited to try it too. So we ordered the chicken inasal, bbq ribs, Sisig and Ube horchata. Also pancit and lumpia as well Presentation was really nice and the food was pretty good. The horchata was super good and I wish it came in a bigger cup lol I definitely will be back to try the other dishes. The couple was nice and very attentive.

Beef Bistek with egg, I ask for mine over well.

Beef Bistek with egg was good. Made to order dish, it appeared freshly made. Located at Pearl Ridge Center parking lot, easy to find. Portion size was sufficient.

So good! Highly recommend! I've been wanting to try for awhile and finally got to. Everything was delicious! I loved the nachos and my husband loved the sisig on rice. Coming back soon

Lumpia

I was really excited to try this Filipino fusion spot in the Pearlridge parking lot and was not disappointed. The mango sago hit the spot with the heat today and I think I downed it in 5 min of getting to my car. Some reviews said you have to wait awhile for your food, but honestly I got mine within 15 minutes of ordering and it was FRESH. All of the rice dishes come highly recommended, but as I came later in the day they were sold out, but I'm not complaining because the pancit was fire! The prawns were so fresh and well seasoned despite being shell on and the pancit had canton style noodles that were tasty with lots of crunchy veg and balanced flavor , even the yolk of the egg was still slightly jammy. It's the attention to detail that show how much care and intention goes into their menu. As for the lumpia, it's probably best it comes in a snack size because I could put away a bucket of them otherwise. This spot is going on my neighborhood top spots list. Thank you again for a wonderful meal!!

Super Bowl Sunday main eats were ordered from here and the whole family was happy with what we…read morechose;)! Ordered by phone the day prior, and just gave them my phone number as usual (it's how they identify you when you pick up, with no worries about duplicate or misspelled names.). Every time I've ordered in advance, our order has always been packed neatly and ready in a box for takeout. (My brother had brought a box just in case, and smoothly offered it to their staff for someone else's future order.) The restaurant has several tables for dining in, and markings on the floor for those waiting in line. It's brightly lit and clean as well. I appreciate their staff, food, service, and generous servings. They make us look so good with our potluck contributions! So what did we order? Half chicken katsu, half chicken wings, a small platter ($45 for the small pan, but picture a much loaded tray) - it's a great value deal! It was the same order our cousins loved when we brought it on Christmas Day (they especially love the wings, but we love the katsu-so this year we asked for half-half instead of all katsu, and they were so happy, ha ha!) Oh, and they give you a nice big container of yummy katsu sauce;)! I like their panko and cooking method, as whatever they do, the chicken is nice and crisp, and tasty - with, or without the sauce, actually. First time that I actually tried the wings, as I'm not a wing person. (I didn't even try it at Christmas, lol.). But, it was nice and crisp, lightly seasoned, and the wings had lots of meat on them. Easy finger food, and they were not dripping in oil, either, which I appreciated! Also ordered (for the first time) a small platter of chicken chow mein (a little over $30?). It was based on a good recommendation by an admittedly biased family member of the owners, and we were pleasantly surprised! The small pan was covered in wrap and then foil, because the mound of noodles was seriously kinda big! My brother was like, quick, go tell mom to come look before we open it (as she's picky, so it's hard to impress her). It was filled with lots of veggies (sliced carrots, cabbage, onions, etc) and bbq chicken pieces, tossed with great flavor (I want to say it was a nice sauce, but this wasn't a wet noodle dish.). My dad added Chinese mustard soy sauce, but my mom and I thought it was perfect the way it was. Oh, don't laugh, we're only a family of four, so yes, we ate two meals - lunch and dinner - and still packed a ton of leftovers! As we watched the game, we commented to each other what great choices we had made. (We also had sushi trays and other treats, and of course, chips, and my brother's dip. My brother said we may not have had a favorite team to cheer on today, but it was a great excuse for a party, ha ha!) I know we're doing a repeat for our next occasion, for sure! We'll gradually try some of their other foods, and it's farther away than we'd like to drive (I know, it's not that far, but we live on the other side, ok?). My brother agrees it's worth the drive - it's across Aloha Stadium and literally in the same spot as Ice Palace; and we saw quite the line at the Taco Bell drive through when we were looking for parking;). He also compared it to the cost and serving size of what we ordered on New Year's, from a restaurant much closer to where we live. Hands down, it was not even a close comparison, his emphasis added. So go here, it's perfect for family dinners and potlucks and I hope you agree with my assessment;)! Oops, I didn't take any pictures, aiya!!!

We were right there, so I ordered a Smoked BBQ Rib plate. It came with 2 sides. We chose Baked beans and Green beans with smoked turkey. Service was very friendly and efficient! I believe that they worker said, "I appreciate you!" Wow! That's very nice of him! We took the plate home (it was too windy to sit alongside the busy sidewalk) and discussed the tasty ribs, sweet (molasses?) Baked beans and yummy green beans with smoked turkey. Mmm! I would return and get the catfish plate, Po Boy sandwich, and walking tacos!

Unfortunately, they were out of collard greens, so ended up ordering a fried catfish plate with Mac & cheese and green beans. Man, I don't know if it was because I was hungry, but this was one of the best classic Mac and cheeses I had in a long time, and by far the best green beans I had. The catfish was freshly fried after ordering and was perfectly cooked and seasoned. At $26 per plate it is a little pricey, but it was about a meal and a half and the taste was excellent. I would suggest calling ahead to see what they're out of and to ensure you don't have to wait.

The sausage was yummy, too The pork on top of the Mac & Cleese had a great flavor, too. We shared fried okra. It was crispy and came with a great sauce. We enjoyed our lunch & think you will, too. It's the Southern atmosphere that makes the place unique on Oahu, there's no other place similar. A big part of that atmosphere is the music selection. In the past they've usually played Southern Rock and Country, or at least had it in the mix. The past year or so though, every time I go in, it's hip hop or pop on the sound system. I can go to dozens of other establishments on Oahu and hear that plus get decent food. A big part of why I go to DG, is not to hear that! Bartenders join is fine if there's nobody in the place, please bring back the Country music when there's customers, or at least get an electric juke box, so we can mix it up a little.

Looked over the menu and found a handwritten "Bento" sign located below the counter. Bento price is $7.50 except for the Meat Jun for $8.50. It comes with the main entree, 2 mandoo, 1 veggie and a scoop of rice...wow, good deal! Main entree choices are: Mochiko Chicken, BBQ Chicken, Chicken Katsu, Fried Shrimp, Fried Fish, Shrimp Tempura, Meat Jun or Musubi Combo. The veggie choices are: Choy Sum, Corn, Kim Chee, Shoyu Potato, Bean Sprouts or Japchae. You can substitute the rice for an extra veggie. I ordered the Meat Jun with Choy Sum. For $8.50, they gave a good amount of food which I enjoyed and had leftovers for another meal. The guy behind the counter was nice and service was fast. I would definitely return to try something different. This place is in Palama Supermarket that's located at Waimalu Shopping Center. Lots of free parking but this complex is always busy. Sometimes it's hard to find so park at the first stall that's empty. There are 2 entrances/exits that circles around so if you can't find parking, you have to circle around again because the isle is only one-way.
