We were in Hawaii and wanted to try out a food truck. We decided on Earth Aloha Eats since they were vegan. The food itself was a little underwhelming. We got the cheeseburger and the vegan fish tacos. Everything was fresh and the texture was nice, but the flavor itself fell flat. The burger just tasted like ketchup, and the vegan fish had no real flavor. However, we respect the fact that they are plant based, and perhaps we just didn't get the best options.

Back in Honolulu for the day and couldn't wait to have lunch at our favorite place. I got the Gyro and hubby got the Thai chicken tacos with a peanut sauce. The food was delicious and fresh to order. We washed it down with a few Hibiscus drinks. The prices are average for a tourist area. The service is great and the staff are friendly. This is a food truck court so you are subjected to the weather. Thankfully we had a beautiful day. We will back on our next trip.

It seems to be closed. We have tried this location a few times and it's not open when their hours say it should be.

Absolutely bomb-tasting vegan food. We got their popular menu items which were the pulled pork fries and fish tacos and they were soooo darn good! The fish's texture was unlike any other plant based mock meat I've tried and I absolutely loved it. The sweet pork on top of the crunchy fries with coleslaw gave it a great mix of flavour and texture. The only real pain is parking - good luck cause we had to go around multiple times till our order was ready. Despite that, I still wanna come back to try their other menu offerings. Edit - we did come back to try their teriyaki fried and chicken wrap. Both yummy and huge as usual!

OK, the Snickers is so yummy. I can't wait to come back and try their vegan chicken sandwich among other items and of course the service from Simon is outstanding. Plenty of cute tables to sit at and people are friend. The lighting in the evening is just perfect. This is part of a center with many food trucks Oh and local organic as much as possible. Gluten free options too

I was welcomed with Aloha by friendly staff - super social friendly picnic table vibe. I enjoy supporting local businesses and a lot of their ingredients are from Maui. I went with staff suggestions and tried fish tacos- I am a vegetarian since childhood however I'll eat locally caught mahi & ono - otherwise no fish or meat. The fish tacos were out of this world vegan (and not the fake rubbery meat you can buy in a store) The flakey flavorful texture was unreals bra - #nokaoi dabest I will be back - I discovered them because my brother frequently goes to Thai place which had unreal lines. Locals it's on edge of Waikiki but this food truck place is worth it - parking is challenging at times but if you're patience I got a spot on side street just by waiting in 3 minutes

The service is great here! A gentleman who served me asked for my name and when I ordered my food and when I came back several minutes later, he remembered it and asked if I wanted crème brûlée, which by the way is delicious! I highly recommend it. It comes in a cute reusable jar too. Why mail that I ordered was the pulled pork fries. It was very delicious! The fries by itself was very good, but the pulled pork had a little saltiness, sweetness and spiciness! I also ordered the epic hibiscus drink. That was very good! I like the atmosphere as it's outdoors & they do have some umbrella covering and it was a nice, breezy day.It

What amazing food! We were looking for food we could take to go and discovered this food truck just 5 minutes from our hotel...and holy crap, it's so delicious! We got the pulled pork fries, teriyaki fries, and the Mexican street tacos. All of them were amazing, filled with so much flavor, they were all visually appealing, and just all around a great experience. We may just have to come back before we fly out in a few days! 10 out of 10 recommend!

During our one week in Honolulu I think we came here 5 times! The food was so delicious I should have taken pics each time! As vegans it is sometimes hard to find things that are healthy but also 100 percent vegan but this place was awesome! Things we had while eating there...fish tacos (OMG!), pulled pork sandwich, gyro, felafel, Thai chicken tacos....we will be back next year and already we can't wait! If you are vegan this is a must and even if you aren't vegan you would love it!

Erik and Johnny are awesome! My family loves coming here whenever we can. It's worth the drive from Ewa Beach for sure. This whole food truck is a vibe in itself. The service here makes you feel like you are eating at a friend's house and they just hooked you up with a delicious meal! If you are in the area, you need to swing by and give them a try. Oh, did I mention the food here is plant based with amazing taste?!?!

I'll go here any time im in town. I'd have more pictures to share but honestly the environment just makes you want to live in the moment. The worker there are super friendly, definitely in the spirit of aloha which we need more of. This is a food truck. Surprised by not only other food trucks, but vendors, and lots of chickens and roosters lol On to the good stuff... The food is pricey but worth it. I've probably had everything on the menu but the Gyro was my favorite. Not everyday you find a vegan one. All of the drinks are refreshing. The Nozzarela stick are also yummy. Honestly, try everything lol

I was planning to check this place out ahead of my trip to Hawaii as a vegetarian who is lactose intolerant and it surely did not disappoint. I was planning to try the teriyaki bowl but was recommended the fish tacos and they were amazing. I also got the hibuscus drink which was also really good. They were very friendly and it was peaceful the time I went which was late in the afternoon. Do not be fooled though, this area is bustling with food trucks later at night. I also asked for some good vegan spots in the area. :) I wanted to go again before I left Hawaii but sadly they closed early due to some electrical issues. I will surely be back on my next trip!

I don't normally try vegan food but decided to try it "one time for the one time". Boy am I glad I did!! I got the pulled pork fries and wow!!! The fries were super crispy and the vegan chicken ended up tasting literally like pork!! Don't normally see "vegan", "chicken", nor "pork" in the same sentence but hey it works!! I always wanted to say this and can finally do so safely... this "pork" is halal lol. Not sure what black magic was done here but it was worth the party in my mouth. Jeremy is also an amazing vibe! Love his personality. I'm going to have to come back here again before we leave. Thank you for making our babymoon that much more memorable!

One of my longtime favorites is their Yuzu Lemonade, but I think the new Aloha Energy Drink may have officially taken the top spot. It has medical-grade beet powder, natural caffeine from guarana, ginseng, and maca -- and you genuinely feel the aloha and the power. Today I ordered the spicy Yakisoba, and the noodles had the perfect bite and mouthfeel. The salad was fresh and crisp, and while I personally could handle quite a bit more spice, I appreciate that they balance the heat so it's enjoyable and approachable for everyone without overpowering the dish. Beyond the food, the atmosphere is always welcoming. The chef is consistently friendly, the staff is kind, and the restaurant is always clean. It's such a great feeling being able to eat somewhere with confidence knowing they're using fresh, clean ingredients. Highly recommend SYOY! Deb B

Indoor and outdoor seating was available. We chose to sit inside and relaxed among the beach decor and pop music. The menu was limited due to happy hour but several wonderful options were available. We opted for a Strawberry Matcha Latte, the Organic Carrot salad, the Garlic Shrimp and a Mixed Berry Acai Bowl. Our food arrived in a timely manner, was well portioned, artistically plated and absolutely flavorfully scrumptious. The favorite was the carrot salad. It was lite, tangy, fresh and well textured. It was also surprisingly filling. Service was outstanding. Our server, Bruce T. , was highly attentive, personable and helpful. Pricing was reasonable. We would definitely return.

And it still retained much of what it was. Today I took my wife there and the menu is a shell of what it used to be. There was no steak option anymore. And the server (who is sweet) just let us sit for far too long between seating, order, delivery and check. And while the food is still good it is not superlative like it used to be but the prices are high, even by Honolulu standards. The lack of line out front tells the story: an outstanding restaurant has succumbed to the lowering standards that are evident in our whole society.

I went around and looked at the 5offerings... it was easy for me to choose it had to be quick so I ordered at aloha by the slice. single slice with a "twist" I say twist cause initially I wanted Sausage and humbly the worker (Teddy M) expressed nicely that they didn't have sausage and I asked for ham... now remember I wanted the "single" slice with one"topping" and no sausage but ham was available. If many of you follow my reviews... I don't care for Hawaiian pizza.... The last Hawaiian pizza I had was at "Spitfire Grill" in the Dukes lane Market and that got 5stars BECAUSE- it had pork grinds on the Hawaiian pizza - which by the way is really delicious and I found it an epic addition to the pizza The reason for my 5stars this time is because Teddy decided that he give me a Slice of Hawaiian pizza that has the "Ham" & Pineapple on it.... Even when I asked for the single topping slice... he was perhaps going above and beyond ((there was an impending line in back of me)) so he choose to take the slice already made warm it in the wood fire stove then take it and cut in half.... He did this for the right person... me!!!! Happiness to hit one customer with a slice that had two toppings... I will add that I realized this may not go as well for other people... but if your one to understand the food service part of it then you get where my 5stars comes from... Thanks Aloha by the slice... I'll be going back again. (I'm still not a sucker for pineapple on my pizza)

Night 1, ordered slices from Aloha pizzeria and Hashi & Spoon (Karaage). Decent all the way around. Night 2 was strange. Ordered Karaage again (my 4 yo loves chicken). And tried to go to get Mexican food from La Pina, and short of saying I'm ready to order, I tried to make eye contact with any one of the 4 teenagers / young 20yos, to infer as much besides obviously standing in front of the register--they were more concerned with an inside joke between each other to bother with me and my son. After waiting a full minute with still acknowledgment, I counted down from 10 out loud to my son and when I reached zero with still no acknowledgment, I dipped. Maybe that was ok, because the al pastor was the only thing that looked somewhat fresh. Went to Greek grotto instead and boy, you really pay the penalty tax for eating right there in Waikiki. Not only was one of the orders wrong despite asking and the workers correcting each other, the gyro plate was abysmally small. Barely 3 oz of gyro meat. I didn't find out all of this till I opened up the container at our hotel room. Irritated, I couldn't go back because I've got a tired 4 yo. The chicken karaage was slightly burnt, which means the outer crust was a tinge bitter, and mostly cornmeal, totally different from yesterday, which also disappointing. Not coming back. Only giving two stars because the service at Aloha Pizzeria was solid and the pizza crust tasted good even cold the next day.
