Thr parking is the only tough thing about eating at this food truck. You have to find a spot on the street and it is located in an area with a lot of one-way streets so circling around is a likelihood. The good news is it is fast so if you wait a little bit, someone is likely to finish up and leave. The ambience is definitely casual since it is a truck. There is covered picnic-table style seating for this truck and the other trucks nearby. The food is SO good. I read rave reviews on here for the fish tacos so I orderes them and they did not disappoint. The vegan sour cream is so creamy, thr coleslaw is perfectly tangy and crunchy, and the vegan fish is delightful. My husband got the chicken tacos which were hot, in contrast to the fish tacos. They had avocado and a green sauce and we also liked these though the fish were our favorite. The hibiscus lemonade was lovely and refreshing also. The service here is very fast. We basically ordered and then looked around at the other truck menus and by that time our food was ready! My friend and I stopped in before a nearby work event and felt so lucky we did because this place is a total gem. I have honestly never had a better vegan chicken wrap. It is way beyond a basic wrap with a real multitude of flavors and textures from the marinated chicken, coleslaw, and three house made sauces. The vibes were high and it ended up being such a delightful lunch break. They even offer a student discount if you show your student ID. The man working was incredibly kind and helpful, took the time to help us decide what to order, mentioned he could make items more or less spicy depending on our preference, and even offered to cut our sandwich since we were splitting it. Back in Honolulu for the day and couldn't wait to have lunch at our favorite place. I got the Gyro and hubby got the Thai chicken tacos with a peanut sauce. The food was delicious and fresh to order. We washed it down with a few Hibiscus drinks. The prices are average for a tourist area. The service is great and the staff are friendly. Absolutely bomb-tasting vegan food. We got their popular menu items which were the pulled pork fries and fish tacos and they were soooo darn good! The fish's texture was unlike any other plant based mock meat I've tried and I absolutely loved it. The sweet pork on top of the crunchy fries with coleslaw gave it a great mix of flavour and texture. We tried the golden fish tacos, fish and chips, and crème brûlée from this food truck during our trip to Oahu and everything was delicious. The fish was perfectly crispy with fresh slaw and really creamy sauces. The tortillas for the tacos tasted very fresh too, which made them even better. Both entrées came with lemon wedges that added a nice bright touch. The fish and chips were great and the fries were perfectly crisp. I still think about the crème brûlée. The texture and caramelized top were spot on. Portions were generous as well. We were staying at a nearby resort so it was an easy walk for us. The service was good, although we came when there was not much of a line. The truck is located in a lot with several other food trucks so it is easy to find. I cannot speak to parking since we walked. There are a couple of benches in front where you can sit and enjoy your food, and the truck sits under a huge tree which gives some nice shade from the heat. I went with staff suggestions and tried fish tacos- I am a vegetarian since childhood however I'll eat locally caught mahi & ono - otherwise no fish or meat. A gentleman who served me asked for my name and when I ordered my food and when I came back several minutes later, he remembered it and asked if I wanted crème brûlée, which by the way is delicious! During our one week in Honolulu I think we came here 5 times! The food was so delicious I should have taken pics each time! I was planning to check this place out ahead of my trip to Hawaii as a vegetarian who is lactose intolerant and it surely did not disappoint. I was planning to try the teriyaki bowl but was recommended the fish tacos and they were amazing. I also got the hibuscus drink which was also really good. They were very friendly and it was peaceful the time I went which was late in the afternoon. Do not be fooled though, this area is bustling with food trucks later at night. Earth Aloha Eats was definitely a highlight of my visit to the island. Everything I ate was hot, fresh, and full of flavor! Over the course of two visits, I had the Pulled Pork Fries, Gyro on gluten-free wrap, Mozzarella Sticks, and Hawaiian Sunset beverage. My friend, who lives on the island, has a gluten-intolerance, and some items can be made gluten-free by request and up-charge. I tried my friend's gyro and prefer the gluten-free wrapto the traditional wrap, so I ordered another on my second visit for myself. The gyro "meat was so delicate and tasty. The sauces complimented the wrap very well. I think it depends on the person cooking each day, the first visit the wrap was served open-faced and the second, wrapped like a burrito. I didn't mind either way. The Pulled Pork Fries are unique to Earth Aloha Eats and delightful; I inhaled them on my first visit! When ordering the mozzarella sticks, the staff notified me that it may be a different texture than expected, but I told him I'd take a chance. I assume that maybe someone said something negative related to the texture. However, the texture was on point! Soft and cheesy! I think the key is to eat them while still hot and not to let them cool. These were the best vegan mozzarella sticks I've had! I dare say they would give dairy mozzarella sticks a run! My only issue was how small the sticks were for the price; I think it should be at least 8 sticks for that price tag. I couldn't bring myself to buy them again on my second visit, due to the price tag, but my friend ordered them for me because I enjoyed them so. I don't normally try vegan food but decided to try it "one time for the one time". Boy am I glad I did!! I got the pulled pork fries and wow!!! The fries were super crispy and the vegan chicken ended up tasting literally like pork!! Don't normally see "vegan", "chicken", nor "pork" in the same sentence but hey it works!! We tried the "fish" taco and plate since they came highly recommended. The "fish" tasted a lot like the Gardein plant-based fish fillets I get at the store-- tasty! The fries were perfectly crispy, and we also ordered the pulled pork fries, which had great flavor. My plate came with two small cups of white sauce that worked well as a dip for the fish and salad, though I'm not sure if the salad was supposed to have a different dressing. A perfectly named biz... This plant based food truck originally from Maui is here in Waikiki woohoo!! You can find this beautiful massive truck in the lot of Ohana Hale which is right on Kalakaua though access to this truck is closer to Pau Street which is a one way street so you just need to make a left from Kalakaua Ave and yes street parking is the luck of the moment as there are some street parking though you need to be mindful during afternoon rush hour it's a tow away zone. Menu offerings are quite massive with Bowls, Plates, Wraps, Sandwiches, Tacos and yes something for the little ones as well though their Teriyaki Fries was something I couldn't resist as this loaded plate of fries is topped with vegan chicken and diced onion, drizzled with house teriyaki and tzatziki sauce garnished with cilantro all freshly made was a vision my phone almost was too slow to eat first as I instantly dove in sitting on one of couple benches right beside the truck the fries were freshly made and had that perfect crisp the entire dish worked together so perfectly. This is the best vegan in Waikiki, hands down, no holds barred, 100%, and I say this because I tried all "3" of the vegan places in the area during a recent trip. We ate literally everything on the menu at some point during our week there. What we didn't enjoy: teriyaki fries, what we did enjoy: everything else.
