It was a business called: Artisan Cottage Sourdough Bakers I quickly read some reviews and found out that they're quite popular and sell out at times, so I jumped in line. Service was very friendly and helpful! I got the last loaf of Spinach Garlic & Onion sourdough bread... and a Cinnamon Raisin loaf. Slicing the loaves up at home, I chomped on the Cinnamon Raisin sourdough first... delicious and chewy! There were so many raisins in the bread! The Spinach, Garlic & Onion sourdough had a more subtle flavor. I fried a slice in butter and made it crunchy and better! I heard the owner tell another customer that this bread makes great French Toast. He also recommended slicing up the loaves and freezing them so they're ready to eat!
