Good amount of food for your money. We got the skirt fries. It's tasty. Heavy. I like the crusted cheese layer on it. Leftovers are still good. I added some crema and cilantro and tapatio. Delicious! It's cool to see that the younger generation was helping the owner. Good discipleship for their growth. They are at a lot of places. We went to the one in What the Truck in Waikele. read more

I got the (big azz) I think it's called Cali Burrito with steak and Cheese SKRT fries with Chorizo. That was a huge burrito and it took like 4 tries for me to finish it. There were a lot of fries in there. The fries were a winner! So glad I got it with chorizo, I'd order it again for sure! read more

First time trying Jeremiah's at the Bayview Night Market. I was so excited to try out these fries! Everything looked so delicious! I ordered the cheese skirt fries for $20 which i think it's a great deal for how much they give you. I loved the corn that they added in, something different and good! The steak was perfectly cooked and i loved how everything was so saucy. The burrito looked amazing and even the Trust Me plate as well. I can't wait to come back again to try their other plates! The employees were friendly and hardworking, they have a great team! read more

I saw the sample plates and they looked good so I decided to order. No prices on the menu but it ended up being $20 per plate. At the time I thought that price was in line with the portion size considering it's pretty big. We ordered the loaded fries and Cali burrito. While we were waiting for our plate, my husband pointed out that the fries aren't fried, they're just in mounds on the griddle being turned every so often. Then, who I would assume is Jeramiah, kept hitting the griddle loudly with the spatula and saying LETS GO LETS GO. I get it, trying to hype up your workers and get attention from passerby's, but it got annoying after waiting for 20 min for our food. When they passed out the food, they kept giving it with the top open. Idk why? Wow factor? So it doesn't get soggy? It's big? It ended up with us having to pick up everything that was falling out as it was hot and while we juggled everything else we were carrying. Just close it for us please? Now for the food, it was underwhelming. Yah big portion sizes but uhhhh all I was eating was fries. Since the fries weren't fried, but was just dry potato. My burrito was a French fry burrito. Barely any meat and was dry. I ate half hoping it'd get better and then opened up the other half and at what little meat there was. Spanish rice was cold and hard. The corn was cold and seemed straight out of the can mixed with some hot sauce and cheese. My husband thought the loaded fries were okay, and would be better if the fries were fried. Oh, and we found a piece of the blue Latex gloves they were wearing in our food. Don't want to pay $40 for potatoes again, so we won't be back. read more

Saw them at the Pearlridge Saturday Night Market and there was no line! Got the cheese skirt fries just with steak for $20. The portion with HUGE and came with all kinds of toppings on top Cajun crinkle fries. I loved the corn and the cheese they use to sprinkle on elote. The staff there were so incredibly helpful and nice. The food came out super quick too. Would definitely come back and try the fries with the steak and chicken. read more

Tried this spot at the Waikele What the Truck Event. I've only had Chamorro breakfast before so this was a first for me. Tried the Trust Me plate for a little bit of everything. My favorite would have to be the ribs. It was fall of the bone and tasty. Not a big bbq chicken fan and the red hot dog is another local staple. Overall the food was tasty. Rice reminded me of Spanish yellow rice as did the elote. Could skip on the garden salad, just cause it was under the meat so I didn't even eat it. Steak was not bad but the onions were mushy, not sure if that was just because they're preparing food in large quantities. Workers are nice and the food comes out quick. Lots of people were ordering the Cali burrito which looked so good! I would also want to try their loaded fries. Just so many vendors to choose from at the event it's hard to eat it all! read more

While shopping around at Waikele Premium Outlet, there are food vendors/truck in this lot. We were hungry and spotted this place. I love to try new food and I'm glad I did. I believe it's Guamanian. We ordered the: The "Trust Me" Plate $20- comes with different meat (chicken, steak, and pork ribs) laid on a bed of white rice. Choice of 2 sides that we chose red rice and mac salad. The portion was pretty big, I had to share it. The meat was very tender and flavorful. It's mostly on the savory side and I like that. Red rice was a bit plain tasting. Mac salad was okay. I definitely would be back to order the lunch plate here again. read more

Stumbled upon Jeramiahs during the International Market Place Night Market in end April'22. Jeramiahs had a food truck at the venue closest to the water and next to the beer garden. There wasn't a line to order food, but it did take a bit for the food to come out, maybe 15 min or so. We ordered the fiesta plate with bbq chicken, bbq ribs, chicken kelaguen, red rice and toss salad. Food came out less warm than I expected (because our food was sitting for awhile before staff handed it to us). Nonetheless! The flavors were delicious! Everything was really good. I wanted to try the steak too, but didn't have enough stomach room to try it out. Wherever Jeramiahs pops up...be sure to give it a try! Follow the adventure @shoyuthebest on IG! read more

Håfa ådai in Chamorro is a greeting for hello :) Hello and how wonderful to see this blue truck offering Chamorro Inspired Fushion item got my palate excited. I was lucky to have known few friends who's from Guam and when one is a chef I had unknowingly got many little samples of items especially the bbq chicken and who doesn't love that here lol!! Here there's no carnivore selection shortage as the only difference here is steak, chicken or combination of it all yum!! I can't tell you how it's made but know that it's different in a great way. I got their "Fiesta Plate" which is Bbq Chicken, Bbq rib, chicken kelaguen and choice of two sides (red rice, esquites, tuna mac salad and white rice) and it was esquites (Mexican street corn) and tuna mac salad for me. Woah!! check out my plate it's massive!! The bbq chicken and rib done just right nice and flavorful and yet so moist, chicken kelaguen I could just eat up with rice in a bowl itself that lemony yumminess was just light and so refreshing!! The esquites is spicy so not recommend for the spice challenged folks but was okay for me personally the same for the tuna mac salad. My one vice is they don't post their price on each items so you need to approach and ask, they do have some menu photos and items that included in their plate but not much more than that so if you're unfamiliar with Chamorro dishes sadly their missing out solely because of that, you need to check them out!!! Thank you!! read more

Proud to know the owners are family! I stopped by feeling a bit homesick and missing the hometown grinds, pleased to learn they are my Quenga family from Guam! Buttah steak, chicken kelaguen, elote, red rice, bbq chicken, latiya...you name it! Even the finadene'! I'm not going to lie, preparing home cooked meals can be a long process, when you are making from scratch...I cheat to shave off time for events. So when I want a taste of HOME done right, I come check out the family! Every now and then they are in my neighborhood in Ewa Beach at the Ka Makana Swim Club. Along with other food trucks, yet this one has made "Most Popular" category. I love when they are in town because they do the cooking for me! Check them put on Instagram and see where they are scheduled to be. Food is tasty and filling and they will not disappoint! read more

Jeramiahs - 6.12.2024 What The Truck Waikele Trust Me Plate $20 - Guamanian Near Me

Seen this food truck at Wai Kai a few times and finally gave it a try. They had a huge crowd surrounding their truck and sample plates filled to the brim. The staff also had good energy throughout the night. Seems convincing enough, right? Well I couldn't have been more wrong. I shouldn't have let the crowd or sample plates deceive me. It was already a problem to see huge pans of crinkle fries being dumped onto a skillet with no sign of it being crisped. I ordered the Cali burrito which should be renamed to the French fries burrito. The burrito was 85% fries, 5% tortilla, and maybe 10% steak... to put it in perspective, I had a lot of bites that were only French fries and no steak at all. I've had Cali burritos from other local spots on Oahu, and they usually include some kind of pico or guac. The burrito itself ended up lacking in flavor and texture. Not even the grilled cheese on the tortilla could make it a little better. The plate was also served with seasoned corn and "seasoned" Spanish rice? Corn was alright, probably the most flavorful part of the plate. But the rice was just white rice with an orange color from their poor attempt to season. Wish I didn't sound so harsh but it really was a let down. Maybe their other plates are worthwhile, but I'll be avoiding any of their dishes that feature French fries. read more

Dude I ordered this bs and that caliber burrito was terrible. Dude I smelled a piece of the meat and I can tell that stuff was spoiled. Good people but horrible food read more

I don't understand the big deal really. It was pretty awful. 3 stars for the friendliness and presentation. But the food was NOT good. The cali burrito was nothing different than anything else. It's kinda like taco bell. Same food, different shapes. The fries weren't fried and thrown straight onto the grill? It was like eating mashed potatoes. And dude.. canned corn....come on....the side was canned corn with like Tabasco or some sort of hot sauce and the worst part was, they weren't even drained. They also only gave us a tiny bit of steak, we couldn't even find it. A side if dry "spanish" rice as well. $20 a container is NOT worth it. Being from California, your food is nothing short of a joke. We were hungry but dang, even this didn't help our appetite. We ate some of it, like 4 bites and were done. Not good. read more

The flavors are melting on my tongue! The perfect words, verbatim. I had an opportunity to order from their bombass food truck at Waikele's What the Truck, and man, let me tell you... I. Am. Obsessed. We got the Fiesta Plate: bbq chicken, kelaguen, bbq rib, with hagun suni (coconut milk spinach) and red rice. Additionally, we ordered the Dangkalu ("Trust Me") Plate: Butter steak, bbq rib, bbq chicken. Again, with hagun suni and red rice. The plates are poppin' with savoriness! Slow grilled to impeccability, perfectly seasoned, and zested with a citrusy kick! Generous portions, they aren't shy to load it up. LOVE! Being that I'm part Chamorro and never tried Guam's ethnic dishes, I'm glad my first and only experience was with Jeramiah's. They delivered! I definitely look forward to paying them another visit soon. What are you waiting for? Check them out ASAP! read more

This was my first time trying out Chamorro food and omg, it was DELICIOUS. The kelaguen had a little kick to it when I added the pepper (which I love), the bbq chicken and rib was tender and juicy, the elote was a perfect side for this whole plate, and the red rice was honestly my favorite part Literally, this whole plate was demolished in like 10 minutes. It was so good and definitely worth the money. They PACK it (as you can see haha) So next time you see their food truck, take a stop and try them out! read more

If you've never tasted Chamorro (Guam) food, Jeramiah's is the place to go. Friendly people, top of the notch customer service, and always welcoming people in. Though they don't have a restaurant front, it's always "feel good vibes" when people go up to the tent to order. Plates range from the "Trust Me", to the Cali style burritos. All of them are amazing. I looove Jeremiah's, they have the best authentic Chamorro food which is hard to come by on Oahu besides your aunty's house. Me and my boyfriend come here often and the food is always 10/10. The owner is also very kind and genuine. The chicken kelaguen is my favorite, also love the ribs especially with the killer finadene sauce. The chicken is also good and you can see they were cooking it fresh on the grill today. Red rice is ono, and the Mac salad too. They also have steak read more

This is truthfully the best food I've eaten in 3 years on the island. I didn't have very high expectations for the ribs because I've never heard of a Chamorro rib; but it was the best rib I've ever had. It was smoky and tangy (I wish I knew how they gave it that tang) maybe the finadene? The chicken is legit Smokey deliciousness and the best kelaguen I've had... we will 100% be back. They opened in our swim club parking lot on Tuesday March 1 from 4-7pm. First off- no prices were on the side of the truck. So I was shocked to get an $80 total from a food truck. I tipped $11 on top of that! The bbq chicken in the kids meal was good and that's the only reason there is 2 stars. Everything, I mean EVERYTHING was ice cold after at LEAST a 20 minute wait. I had the buttah steak- eh. Hard to like ice cold gristly steak. I'm so surprised to see the photos on this page, because our food didn't look that good at all. To top it all off a long BLACK HAIR was in the white rice below the steak. It went right in the trash and we will never be back. read more

What I miss the most about Guam besides my family is the food! I was excited to see a small sign signaling to Jeremiah's today. It led to some good grindz after an afternoon beach visit. Husband and I checked it out and were amazed at the various options available. Specials change on the daily. Was able to try beef keleguin which is just as I remembered, lemony and amazing with a side of red rice and potato Salad. Keleguin is always worth the money, but from what I've tried so far, Jeramiah's is the best. We also had to order the ribs and Buttah steak. Delicious ! Price was on point for quality and portion size. Can't wait to try their pickled Mango Guam style. Definitely will come back for the family vibe and great grindz. read more

I was wanting to try this food truck for a while , the fiesta plate was yummy! They were out of the steak kilaguen! He said the steak runs out quik! So I'd give this place a 4 but the last meal was really sub par. The steak was undercooked and the chicken was overcooked. The chicken keleguen was dry. It wasn't busy at the venue so I was disappointed. I still recommend try. They are better than the other Chamorro truck. read more

Passing through the island we were on day 6 of our vacation! Having a blast eating, swimming, eating some more We had hit plenty of highly recommended foodie locations, all were good... but being on an island(they got old). Most of the restaurants on the island were duplicates of the usual.. poke, malasadas, and snow cones. *DRUM ROLL PLEASE until I came across this hole in the wall on the way to the beach. My sister, fiancé, and I stopped in on a whim and the restaurant owner came out to greet us sadly informing us he had just ran out of food. He assures us his wife should be back any minute with more to whip up, we waited as the owner came out to talk to us. The owner and his family made us feel completely at home such a good experience! We had 3 plates and were fighting over the last bite!! The ribs, Chile, and butta steak were all amazing. The flavors are so unique unlike anything we found on the island, percent worth a stop!
