Huge ripoff to Medical Marijuana Patients. Prices posted on product in display cases DO NOT INCLUDE TAX! But wait, there's more. Customer's don't just pay standard CA Sales Tax of 10% but a whopping 25.5% Tax which Recreational Users are suppose to pay, NOT Medical Marijuana patients! It defeats the whole purpose of having a recommendation to pay Recreational Excise Tax. This is a blatant tax ripoff to the community, and a fraudulent representation of CA State Tax regulations, as the owner is pocketing the extra 15% tax made on Medical Patients for himself, and the state sees none of it! That BS story of needing a state issued Medical Marijuana ID to be taxed 15% on top of product price is manipulation, and you can't return the product you just purchased as all sales are final. This place is the reason why Marijuana is still considered federally illegal in this country. In no way does ripping off patients promote "Mercy or Wellness of Cotati. *****Updated photos are screenshots from the following "Tax Guide For Cannabis Businesses" website via CA.GOV: http://www.cdtfa.ca.gov/industry/cannabis.htm Brandon - Claiming a customer is confused, and throwing innocent dispensaries under the bus without providing any evidence to back up your claims, gives zero merit to your business practices and credibility. Based on CA Cannabis Tax Guide, Medical Marijuana Patients (with recommendations) do not pay 10% use tax, just 15% Excise Tax. You overcharged me 10.5% tax illegally. read more

Good value options. Online system for pick up leaves something to be desired - inefficient and poorly managed. Staff is very friendly andCovid restrictions are hard but the system is also not working well - soon in line to stand in line to stand in line to hear "oh, we can't find your order!" About ten minutes later it was resolved and we left and the lines were gone so I was left wondering what happened here? Is it worth the hassle? Not sure. But since I don't live locally I don't have to second guess. read more

Many thanks to Kailyne for all her help today re different products. She gave me a great tip about how to soften the CBD in the tube when using Wonder Extract. She was customer focused, professional and friendly. All the bud tenders at Mercy Wellness are great and Kailyne is a standout. Thank you! read more

I arrived on a Sunday morning before they opened and there were about 5 people there as well. I quickly filled out paperwork as it was my first time there. They quickly got me in the purchasing room. Ian was very helpful in helping me find just what I needed. Cbd for arthritis. He helped me to determine the dosing and was also assisting me to find the most cost effective solution. No pics allowed inside. And they are cash only. Open 7 days a week! read more

The best, best prices and selections, great service My only problem is it's an hour away from Fairfax read more

It won't let me do 3.5 stars but that is intended, I'll give the extra .5 for mercy.lol. Wonderful greeting, and did not have to wait long (maybe great timing) but checking in was simple. However the pricing was pure insanity. I purchased two items, $19 & $12 and it came out to $44.?? I was like huhhh and looked at it and added it up and was like, sure, it's medicine- let's do this. I then proceeded to pay with a card and the price raised to $50 Thank gosh they don't take credit...it declined & I was like oh snappppdragons let's do cash today eh?!?! I'm sure they are decent products but just be prepared for the price to get high with you. read more

Wish I could remember the name of the two people who helped me when I was there recently. Anyway, I had so much fun talking to them while they explained how to use the canna butter I bought. Made some great cookies with it. Can't wait to go back! Cyndy R read more

While on an extended road trip, I had to locate a Collective that caters to Medical Patients. This type of service is very limited in Southern CA, so was extremely pleased to discover Mercy Wellness. They stock many brands of high quality products i.e. RSO. The store was immaculate and well maintained for COVID-19 concerns. Service was fast, efficient and pleasant. High recommend for one of the best dispensaries I have visited. read more

Ashley has helped me the last two visits. I wanted to comment on the first visit with my sister. It's a pain thing for her and Ashley guided us through options. Her product knowledge was unbiased and helpful and my sister made decisions that helped her pain for weeks until she got surgery, today, Valentines Day '23. So grateful for your assist. read more

Really busy on 420, but very organized. 1st time there, and the salesperson was quick to approach. While her personal knowledge of a brand I had been recommended for headaches (capsules) did not include this product, she did explain the ratio and rationale of having a small amount of THC, which was valuable Intel for me. One problem though, I forgot to ask for the senior discount (and I'm obviously senior) and since I didn't get a receipt I'm not sure I received it? All in all, a pretty busy place with a high volume of noise, but smart, quick young folks make things move quickly, and everyone was extremely nice. read more

Mercy is the best dispensary around. They always have the best selection, daily deals and super friendly and helpful staff. I've visited other dispensaries in the past but once I went to Mercy I never went anywhere else again. I have other choices closer to where I live but I'd rather drive alittle further (or have them deliver to me) because they are the best!! Highly recommend stopping by for a visit. read more

I love Mercy wellness So much I drive in all the way from Occidental... however one thing I don't like is their policy on Vape cartridges... you have to bring back a cartridge that has malfunctioned within 48 hours. I always buy several cartridges so I don't have to make the trip that often, so I'm not opening all my cartridges within 48 hours... There's not a time limit at places like SPARC...I currently have one I Purchased at Mercy it worked until about a quarter of the oil was gone and just stopped so I have a Vape cartridge I can't use, I paid good money for and they won't let me return... this confuses me because I called ABX and they assured me that the dispensary I got it from could refund or replace because they take back those malfunctioning cartridges... I mean it's not my fault if there was something wrong with it, I feel ripped off... I want to add to this review that I made the mistake of not talking directly to management. Now that I have, I want to comment that I have never had better customer service anywhere...They listened and heard my concerns and helped me personally, making me feel part of their community... they're awesome products and caring of their customers can't be beat... I would give them 10 stars if I could thank you mercy wellness... read more

Excellent service, products, prices and knowledgeable employees! Top notch and much appreciated!

I've never smoked pot or taken any illegal drugs, but I've suffered from insomnia for years since I hit menopause. After years of trying all the natural options, I just gave up and I don't want to take any drugs like Ambien or any sedative. My 33 year old son convinced me to go there. He called ahead and got some advice and when I got there they were so patient with me and helped me understand exactly the difference between, CBDs, CBNs and THCs. I've tried a few things and now I think I've got it dialed in. I really appreciated the time they took with each visit to listen, understand my hesitancy and explain my options. I must say when you go in it really smells like pot, which I don't like, but what are you going to do, it is a medical marijuana dispensary. read more

I dislike the fact that I need employees to assist me. I don't appreciate everything locked behind glass. My usual dispensary does not do this. I won't be returning. read more

Very wonderful people who are well versed in the multitude of products. We buy medicinal products and they have educated me on what to use when and where! Prices seem fair. Plenty of parking. Very nice facilities. This is not some sort of "pot shop" -- these are professional health care providers that also have recreational products. read more

This shop is always working to make things better for the end user. Recently having to recertify with new credentials I found some confusion with the online ordering, payment details, etc etc. I popped online and the "chat with us"window opening on Mercy's homepage solved all my problems very quickly. I can't comment on actually walking into the physical address, only on the delivery and curbside pickup end of thanks but for this they get a solid 10! read more

Mercy has always been an ethical, client driven business that takes care of their staff and community. Even with the pandemic making everything difficult Mercy has still been my go-to dispensary Because they take such a cautious approach to the well-being of everyone who walks in the door. This has meant longer lines and I'm sure longer shifts for the workers. Through it all Mercy has communicated with customers in a responsible manner and kept a safe environment for immune compromised patients like me. read more

Wow! This place looks like a fancy bank! Make sure you either order online or know what you want before you go in. There is a glass case and if you spend too much time looking you'll lose your place in line. Might I suggest having a case in waiting room? My one MAJOR complaint is not being able to tip the budtenders. It's great to give to charity but possibly give a percentage of their tips to charity? Hector helped me and was so knowledgeable and friendly, when he didn't accept tips I was pretty miffed at owners. Come on guys. Everyone does it and it's our money to spend. These people are the face for your business and give your clients the best medicine for their needs. We appreciate that knowledge and would like a tip jar! We can always take your good employees so they can earn their tips. read more

This is not a bad despencery but if you walk in with the Ca. State compliance bag from a different despencery they will demand to sell you one of thier own bags or you will not be able to purchase the products they have. They will say your bag is not compliant with Ca. read more

Love the staff at Mercy! Almost completely staffed by women which is great to see at a Cannabis store. They know their products and are super helpful. Having exceptional pain and my RX has been discontinued by the Feds. Now I am really suffering, and can't sleep because of the pain. I thought I was living in America! The CBD products are great. The staff is knowledgeable and helped me choose what was best. Plus I got a discount which is always good. Easy to order ahead online and the new remodel on the shop is really nice. Hoping they get the plants back shortly. They were gone in a couple of hours last year. Come to Marin please. Pressure is being put on for access so we don't have to go to the next county. We welcome you here with your staff and great products. read more

Aly was very knowledgeable and nice. It's always a fun time when I go there. The products are displayed and I love to browse.

Usually they are pretty good. However today I ordered on the promo page and then when I got here to pay and pick up... no promo. Just a big sorry about your luck and thanks for bringing to our attention. Don't ever believe the online. Totally disappointed Just wanted to ad C.J. Reached out PDQ was very polite and apologized. Made me a very nice offer to make it right. Ps. Niccole that works the counter is always fantastic! read more

I've been in there a couple times and the experience is great. Ordering online ahead of time makes the process much faster. Also tried the delivery service today and Brendan was great, super friendly and professional. I felt so bad not having cash on hand for a tip (paying online doesn't allow for tipping), but he was very kind about that which alleviated the guilt I was feeling. My only complaint is the payment system. It successfully linked up with both my bank accounts (like I could even see my balances), but when I tried to select the account, it said my banks weren't supported. I had to use my fiancé's to pay. That and it doesn't accept tips! read more
