Had a conflict that the employee resolved for me very well through escalation proccess. Was resolved very quickly and much to my satisfaction. Normally business's wait for a bad review to fix a misscommunication but they did the right thing today. The company does care about locals. Happy to have a positive post for once. Great job at keeping customers happy. read more

So glad that this place is still around! The hemp I received today was above and beyond. The cashier was able to get everything I needed from their huge selection. His knowledge was great. I will be coming back again and again for all of my smoking needs. read more

Great service, large selection; super clean store and knowledgeable staff members. Highly recommend

Best spot for all your glass desires and dreams. Great experience the first time - super helpful and friendly service. Came again - even more helpful and friendly service. Comin back next time. read more

Mighty Quinn - Bong - Head Shops Near Me - Santa Rosa, California

The service here is always awesome, daily! The folks here always have what I am looking for and always have it in stock. The prices I pay are fair, market prices and I won't do business anywhere else, regarding these products. read more

I freaking love this place. Has EVERYTHING I could ever need and I'm so loyal to them. I refuse to shop anywhere else and I prefer supporting such a local business. Best ever and great prices! As long as I have lungs you're my best place to go. And the best customer service with even silly requests (such as which filter I should go with ) read more

I always come into this location and San Rafael location. I just love the mighty quinn vibe !

First time visit. The staff was energetic, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. I went in for some vape juice, and the guy behind the counter took time with me to explain every facet of the flavors available! I didn't feel like I was being rushed to make a decision. The only fault that I can come up with was the selection of vape juice was limited. I wish they had more. The Mighty Quinn is now my one-stop vape shop for the foreseeable future. read more

I needed a drop down adapter for my dab rig and even though their selection wasn't very vast, Tanner was SO extremely helpful. He kept trying different combinations until we found one that I was actually happy with. I went back in this past weekend to purchase a "water pipe" and Aaron was just as friendly and willing to help. Not saying I've ever had bad service at a Mighty Quinn, but the staff here seem to want to go above and beyond. read more

For 30 years this has been my go to headshop. From the days when saying the word bong got you kicked out till now where they sell hash making kits and cbd openly. Same old same old Old guy in his late 30s-50s and one or two 18-21 year old girls who either love their new job or hate the one they are about to quit. This combination is stereo typical of all head shops and to be honest gives me a sense of security and feeling of "my headshop" more than a place with all young bros like across town, or an Indian family who sell knock offs and truly think weed ks for losers. At least the Quinn is always true to the format and they sometimes even have nice headie stuff in there like Bob Marley shirts to at least try to remind the customers to be kind. It seems like they invested way too much money in dab rigs that cost thousands of dollars these days rather than nicer yet affordable pieces. I've gone in 20 times hoping to find that nice 18inch bong but leave with just a pack of papers sold to me by the latest new girl, while creepy manager did his thing in back. read more

This place has some of the most incredible pieces I've ever seen...but I see the same ones every time I'm there (maybe every 6 months), which leads me to believe they don't sell a lot of them. They do have a nice selection of the larger boxes of Nagchampa; the main reason I go. The customer service is great, the employees are always very knowledgeable when I do have a question about something. read more

Recently came in for my first vape battery and was treated awesomely. Got a great intro lesson and nice breakdown of their selection. Very friendly and helpful personnel. read more

The Mighty Quinn is my favorite store. The people there are super cool and they have the best selection. I can spend an hour there just looking at all the beautiful unique pipes and bongs they have. It will always be my go to place. read more

This shop carries some things I buy regularly that I cannot find anywhere else, as soon as I find other vendors offering those things I'll go somewhere else. I go regularly and the staff always seem bothered to have to deal with a customer and look like cracking the slightest smile may break their sullen faces. Maybe they make really crappy wages Idk. Maybe they don't like old people because I am that. I don't want to have a conversation or anything I just want to be sold the items I buy without being treated like I'm an imposition when I spend my $50-$100 and it seems to be the rule there, not the exception. I don't know if I'm interrupting something or they think they are being cool or wtf. Anyway, I've been going there long enough and I need to find a nicer headshop. read more

Best tobacco shop in Sonoma County. Not a 215 patient so don't know what's what with the whole bud smoking crowd but as a cigarette smoker I roll my own and found the estoteric Dutch tobacco I was looking for, the UK brand of filters I was looking for, the French brand of papers I was looking for. In and out in 5 minutes. Amazing. My highest recommendation. They have all the good Tobacco, Bali Shag by the can in every variety, Peter Stokkebye in every variety, etc. read more

I've been shopping here for a while now, multiple locations. I just rolled out of the Santa Rosa store (3/21/17 @ 12pm) without buying a thing, even though I needed a new vape battery. The woman behind the counter was awful and rude and so un-inclined to be helpful my only option was to leave, or to stay and be treated like shit. Nice customer service. Sure, my questions may have been boring and I may have only represented a $24 sale, but none the less I'm a customer and me and people just like me help to keep the lights on you idiots. I'm so sorry to have annoyed you with my questions and silly banter. This woman has clearly mastered the art of losing a sale in five minutes. Whomever manages the Santa Rosa location ought to think more closely about employees. Worse yet, if that woman is the manager...holy shit what an awful choice. You may as well hang a sign that says "you only matter a little here." Good thing smoke shops have started springing up everywhere, because I recommend another option. Looks like success and multiple locations have only made Mighty Quinn feel that each customer matters less. Try a smaller shop, they'll treat you much better read more

Their staff is very knowledgeable and HELPFUL which from a consumer standpoint I think is key. TOO MANY BUSINESS GO UNDER FROM BAD TRAINING and BAD STAFF, SO KUDOS MQ! We purchased a small handheld bubbler today which I absolutely love, it doesn't burn my throat like others do. We are so happy : ) * It's off the grid, near 101 and many back roads. Their prices are fair, they have a good selection and can fit any bodies budget. read more

"Meh" pretty much sums up my feelings of this place. The staff isn't very pleasant, and the pieces are pretty much your run-of-the-mill quality items. In Sonoma County, there are plenty of other, better smoke shops to go to, so I don't plan on coming back here any time soon. read more

Scary place. Lots of weird customers that shop there. I felt very uncomfortable. I thought I would branch out and try new shops but was very surprised that there were VERY few quality glass pieces and loads of low end product. Two thumbs down. I guess I am a glass snob. read more

so I went to go get volcano vaporizer bags today. I receive the same prepare the wrong product I drove 30 minutes back south. open my container found out that it was the wrong product called back she said there is a possibility that they might be able to open a box to give me 1 of the vaporizer bags instead of spending 70 dollars on 6 of them. after driving there in all the time in effort gas money in all that it was a no all I got back was 6 dollars for the bags that. what the fucc kind of customer service is . thank god there's like 50,000,000 smoke shops in Santa Rosa. anyways if they tell you something there words probably no good. read more

Mighty Quinn is the shit. For people that say its to expensive. your to cheap and should never consider yourself a smoker. U get what u pay for. Had shopped there for 20+ years because it is close to my house. Asked them to carry a new and innovative local product called CarcinoBlock twice and they totally blew me off. It's almost like they don't want you to buy from them. I felt like all they cared about was making max money but not at all about loyal customers. I will gladly drive further for better service from now on. read more

You know, I hate sales environments. Most likely because I work in sales. I know these people are awesome because they are never "pushy". I always end up with a ton of awesome stuff having only come in for half of it. These guys give 5-star: Products, service, and smiles. Bravo. read more

Great place, only smoke shop to check out in Sonoma County.

The only smoke shop worth going to. Great prices and super friendly people! I've been to many other smoke shops in the area and none have the same quality for such low prices. I guess there really is nothing like the mighty Quinn. read more

A lot nicer than the Napa shop. More variety and its all cheaper. Cool dabblers and heavy duty glass

Not a fan of the staff . They have never been that friendly when I go there and seem on a high horse like they are better than you. They also sell some questionable things that personality I don't want to even be associated with (just by shopping there) . read more

Very cool shop, seriously tons of variety! Staff was polite. No complaints and I'll be back if I'm in the area again!

Super down to earth people. Mighty Quinn is one of my favorite stores. An easy 5 stars for selection, price, service.

I was so impressed with the inventory from the moment I walked in. From the novice to the Art collecter this shop has it all. The employees are so helpful and friendly answering all of our questions. I'm sure going back! read more

Santa Rosa is a nice shop. Just don't go to the Petaluma shop. If they are on lunch they lock the shop up regardless of the store hours. If you see them they won't open the shop up due to the labor board. Petaluma is the worst customer service spot I have ever run across. Stick to Santa Rosa, boycott Petaluma. read more

I bought pipe tobacco which was moldy. I didn't notice til I got back to my place. I called and the girl who served me told me to bring it back - she'd exchange/refund. By the time I got back there, she'd left for the day and the manager said "no exchanges, no refunds" on "loose tobacco" i.e tobacco they have to weigh. Never mind the mold/fungus he could see in the tobacco - that was his policy. Okay. This is my policy. Stop shopping at this store that CARES NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMERS HEALTH. If they'll screw you out of $3.50 - give you moldy product - then I'll stop spending my $42 (ave) there every month. I now shop across the street at the new smoke shop. So, Dumb Quinn lost over $500 a year from me plus the combined revenues of 4 of my friends who know about this rip-off. Plus, hopefully I'll save others from being suckered by Mighty Quinn. If you sell tobacco with fungus or mold, you are jeopardizing peoples health - and you, quite frankly, Mighty Quinn don't give a damn. Well, I warn others... don't buy the Danish Blend pipe tobacco they sell by the ounce. Better yet, don't buy anything from these scumbags. And spread the word. People like this should not be in business. Mike. read more

great selection great prices helpful staff at least in the Santa Rosa location and the owner is the nicest man in the world

My boyfriend and I love Mighty Quinn. The staff is always attentive and friendly. However, the gentleman who helped us this evening was above and beyond. He constantly appreciated us waiting while he helped other customers, and genuinely cared that we were satisfied with our purchase. I'm usually against businesses using Yelp to rate their staff's customer service, but in this case it is very well deserved. I regret not getting his name but he had a goatee and gauges. Thanks again guys! read more
