Man, I sure wish they had this place in Santa Cruz! Santa Cruz County has a ban on all flavored nicotine products, so the only flavor you get is a sweet tasting version of "tobacco." Extremely disappointed have been a customer for years and spent thousands of dollars in the store to only find out they don't support law enforcement. They need to be careful what they talk about with other customers and employees in the store. You never know who is in agreement with you or not. Cons: CRAZY HIGH PRICES. Pros: Good Service. Great shop, excellent friendly service but prices force me to shop here on a very limited basis. It's hard to pay $28 for a 60ml when you can get 180ml of the exact same thing to your door for $39. It's the same story with the mods unfortunately as well, I saw the same one I bought online for $100 more in store, atomizers that are like $5 each when you can get a pack online for $8. I wish I could support local business more but it's not a 5-10% difference, it's a 100%-300% difference. At least they dropped their "No Prices Over The Phone" bit. Friendly staff though. read more

My wife had gone to ECIG 101 in Rohnert Park 2 days ago for coils our weekly tanks that I have to buy every time my ECIG gets knocked over and breaks them but whom ever was working was extremely rude and argued with her saying they don't sell these tanks so my wife pulls there webs up and shows her that they do and they have them in stock actually but the person working said the website must need updated that they don't have them. So my wife had them order them online and was told that they would have them in this morning. My wife just got home from there store and it was the same person working and they told her that they forgot to order them that we have to wait another week. My wife responded with I ordered them with you and paid and now your telling me next week and she said what then are you going to tell me next week that you forgot to order again even though she already paid and the employee responded with why don't you leave and buy them somewhere else. So my wife got kicked out for this employe's mistake and loose out on the money she already spent, this is insane, unprofessional, rude, , and she feels like she just got ripped off by then they don't have our address to send them when they arrive even if they ordered them. I bought both mine and my wife's Ecig's here that take these take for $100 each when you can find them online for $55 but I was trying to just buy local and small businesses but when your sold garbage products with faulty piece that have to be replaced on a regular basis and on top of that when you buy E-fluid from them that they keep in stock in the back room and do a curb side pick up that it seems faulty and against the new laws I'd bet cause it feels like a drug deal and also the cost of these fluids averaging $30 a bottle when you can go online and buy for $10 for the same exact brand and flavor there tripling there money off these fluids because they tell people that they can't order online that the only reason they can is cause they have a hook up and that is why the average person just can't buy it when that is faulty info. So narrow it down customer service is horrible to the point of loosing customer, they rip you off on cost and take your money if preordered, and sell you faulty equipment. will not go here again and if you do beware of my suggestions cause I'm not in any way making this up it just happened to us. read more

I am new to vaping, I quit smoking cigarettes the minute I started vaping. I bought a bottle of e juice online and I was having problems burning my coils in my mod. I walked into e cig 101, and they were super helpful. I told them what the problem was and told me it's the juice I bought. Since I'm new to vaping I don't really know what are good juices, so they let me try most of their fruit and candy juices. I finally picked 1 out and a new coil for my mod as well. Anthony was super cool. I had a few discounts and let me use them on the same transaction. Not only just Anthony but his team as well. 5 stars all around and will definitely go back! Picnics magic Elixir bloodshot from them and I noticed that the expiration date was expired but the juice was fine didn't think much of it went in there yesterday and purchased another product noticed that juice was also expired it was horrible it wouldn't Burn Right it was disgusting. I went in there this afternoon to politely address the situation I was insulted they told me that it was not expired which it was then went on to tell me that there was nothing they can do no refund available. Where to start with this shop! It's an amazing place. I brought my father in law in recently to help get him set up. We were taken care of by an awesome staff member by the name of Amanda I believe. Wonderful service, I think she must have been helping us for at least 30 to 40 minutes. Friendly the whole time. The ability to taste any flavor is wonderful. I went into this store with literally no idea what I wanted. I've never shopped for an e cigarette before an they were completely accommodating and helped me to find something to get me started. I enjoy that you are able to try the different flavors and they are more than willing to tell you what their favorites are and recommend different ones to you. I heard that there was yet another vape shop in my hometown. This is terrible seeing as there seems to be zero stand-alone ecig shops in Sacramento, but I digress. The store is new, I've been following them on Facebook as they opened shop and finally on my trip back home I stopped by yesterday. When they posted that they now offered FuZion Vapor, I had to come in. They carry a lot of brands, some I unfamiliar with and others I knew, like Tasty Vapor and FuZion. What I liked most about the shop was the ability to try every liquid. It's a nice touch compared to the other store I've visited. Ian helped me out. I came in with the most vague description of what I liked and he just started pulling out all these carts for me to sample. They've got em' loaded up for you, just gotta pop them onto one of the store's batteries and give em' a try. I only have a little stick battery (KR808), so getting to try the e-Go was neat in itself for me. Of course, you're given your own mouth piece so you don't share cooties with other patrons sampling. After finding two that were calling my name, Fire & Ice by Big Heart Flavors and Watermelon Bubblegum by TV (I think), he told me they were having a special 3/$25. Naturally, I had to buy another. He suggested Lava Flow by DIY Flavor Shack and it was mine. Kinda bummed FuZion wasn't included in the deal, but I'm sure they'll be able to figure something out eventually. Thus place is amazing. I went two days ago cause my new vape was leaking. Super friendly I think her name was Sabrina but she cleaned my entire ecig. I been using an Ecig since 2015 but I'm not hip to the lingo. She fixed it completely! And even said if I want to hang around and make sure it works that was okay. Just nice staff and hella helpful. No reason to go anywhere else. No other vape shop would help you like they do. Man they have a huge selection of flavors to choose from. I've been to a few different vape stores in the Bay Area and this is the first store I've seen to have a binder full of flavors to choose from. As well if you look under 18 you will be carded as soon as you walk through that door. The store is very spacious as well, I mean hey I like a lil elbow room when I'm browsing, LoL. My daughter has been mentioning this store for some time now (years) & strongly recommended to me that I try ecigs101 out, and I finally did - today. How pleasantly surprised was I...? I've made do with going into the local cigarette stores here and there to get supplies and EVERY time (I swear, every time!) they sell me the wrong thing! Each and every time I visit the local cigarette stores, I tell them what I want, and they produce something that they tell me is what I need (which is probably why I feel like I'm puffing on the charred remains of a wick). So how refreshing to come to ecigs101 and finally talk to someone that really does know what I need. I have a Spinner2 battery and prefer vaping at a higher voltage, but have been experiencing a burnt taste. The guy at ecigs101 knew right from the git-go that I needed a coil that would accommodate a higher voltage and what type I needed (the local cigarette store just sells me 'whatever'). The selection of juices can be somewhat overwhelming, but (again) what a bonus to have a bar - with a menu of options - set up to try out whatever strikes your fancy! I'd like to gradually wean myself off tobacco products altogether and am grateful for the options that are presented at this store. Oh... and the customer service = Top Drawer! P.S. To the psychotic person that posted "E-Cigs cause cancer", I looked over your reviews and eating habits. Do you KNOW what is in that beef that you consume? Do you eat/drink dairy? This shop is hit or miss depending on who you talk to. Some will give you TONS of information on what battery vs tank vs vg/pg levels you should buy to maximize your usage and enjoyment, while others don't seem to know anything at all. A few of my friends have researched using vape pens with extensive detail and I've gone in to ask about some things they said and a few people there don't know what I'm talking about or know what to recommend for the problems I had with my tank doing nothing but burning and having no cloud. If they train every single employee on the basics and how to troubleshoot issues as different customers come in with many different vape pens, I think this place would be top-notch. Unless you go there a few times and gage the customer service you wouldn't know who to talk to and I ended up with plenty of wicks that were not right for my tank type, battery voltage or vg/pg levels in the juice and left me with nothing but burning taste, wasted money and products. They do have a great selection of juices and products but do your research before you come in because 75% of the staff doesn't know what items should go with each other unfortunately. read more
